My friend is having trouble accessing her Roblox account. When she turned off her phone, the Roblox screen stayed on and now she is unable to log in. Her game name is bybby_baby. When trying to create a new account, the page says there is no connection even though she is connected. Additionally, she has Robux in her account, forgot her password, and does not have an email associated with the account. She wants to know if the password can be retrieved since she forgot it.

While playing a game on Roblox, I encountered an issue. Another player was rude to me, and I reacted by saying some things to them resulting in both of us getting banned. After being banned for three days, today I should be able to access my account again. However, when I try to log in, I am still unable to access my account. The screen remains gray and dark, without a reactivation or retry button in sight. I've attempted to log in on different devices, including my laptop and through Roblox Safari, but the issue persists. It is confusing why there is no option to reactivate my account despite the supposed ban period ending today. Roblox, please help resolve this!

I recently made a trade with a user named FUNTOEV on Roblox. The trade involved exchanging a Roblox account named VecSzn and two groups, Alternative Universes (owned by GroupHolder Nienow29537) and Universal Time Studio (owned by GroupHolder VecTheAssBeaturr), for his blue Valk. The trade went smoothly, but afterwards, FUNTOEV asked to borrow back the blue Valk for three days. As a friend, I agreed. Unfortunately, he ended up scamming me by refusing to return my blue Valk, which is on my main account, Lixianshen.

I logged into Roblox one day and clicked on my favorite game, Adopt Me. When I entered the game, I noticed that all my fly rides and valuable pets were missing. Upon checking my trade history, it indicated that a user named MCblessed123 had traded all my pets away by unauthorized access to my account. I invested a significant amount of money into the game. While playing a game, someone offered me 20,[redacted] Robux which I suspected was a scam, but I ignored my doubts assuming my account pin would secure me. Unfortunately, I didn't have a pin, and after sharing my account details, the person changed my email and password. My account was banned for using the word "nazi" in response to another Roblox user promoting offensive content. I used the term only once to warn my friend not to engage with this user. The context was not meant to be racist. I received a day ban, which I believe is unjust as I did not use the word in a discriminatory manner. I have appealed this ban as I feel the moderation was unfair. I kindly request for the ban to be lifted promptly.

I have once again been banned from my Roblox account due to false reports! This has happened several times now, and I find it UNACCEPTABLE for you to make such mistakes!! It happened in a game on the platform where I had scheduled an appointment at a spa in the game. The user I had the appointment with asked me if I wanted an inappropriate massage, to which I declined, and then she reported me, falsely claiming that I was the one who made the request!! She had an accomplice who also reported me, and now I find myself in this situation!! I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible!!! Thank you in advance.

Despite subscribing, we have not been able to enjoy the benefits, and we are unable to cancel the subscription. My daughter's Roblox account, 21x09_x, has been hacked. I set up an email and password for her, which I believe was correct, and added my phone number, but it seems that someone has hacked into the account. I may not have set up two-step verification correctly. It appears that the hacker might have changed the email, phone number, or password. I am confident my password is correct because I would have needed it to log in. This has occurred multiple times, and I urgently need to regain access to my daughter's account.

I have already addressed all the necessary points. I made the membership payment over the phone, waited for 24 hours, reached out to the Roblox customer service, and a representative got in touch with me once but never responded again. I provided all the evidence to show that Google (as Google Play initiates the membership) received my payment. Although the money went through, my account transactions do not reflect the Robux purchase, and I have not received the premium subscription. This ongoing issue with Roblox is frustrating me.
