Since yesterday, a hacker named Luc_Kenany has been causing trouble. Despite my sister and friend declining his friend request, they found him on their friend list today. He disrupted their game in Adopt Me with eerie messages. One of his messages warned about having bots and missing pets from their inventory. Upon checking their trade history, they noticed questionable trades between their game accounts that happened while they were asleep. This situation is alarming and needs immediate attention.

Today, my account was recently unbanned after a one-day suspension due to the chat filter flagging content as offensive around 5:00 PM. Shortly after, my account was once again banned, this time for three days. I was surprised by the filter's decision as the conversation with my friends contained nothing offensive. I am frustrated that my account remains banned for reasons that seem unreasonable. I would like my account to be reinstated as I have not violated any terms. The mistake seems to lie with the filter's overreach in flagging an innocent conversation as offensive.

I recently followed my friend's advice to enable voice chat on Roblox by verifying my age. Despite successfully activating voice chat, I am encountering issues as it does not seem to be working. I have double-checked the in-game settings, but it does not prompt me to adjust input settings, nor does an icon appear over my character's head. During the verification process, when capturing the front side of my ID, the system prompted me to hold steady, and I complied. However, when capturing the back side, the system did not request the same, so I took the picture without this instruction, which may be the cause of the issue according to my friend. The first image in the media files section is my friend's Roblox setup, while the second one is mine.

I was playing the BINGO game when a guy (username: jaldol74) started trying to flirt with me. I politely declined, but he began to insult me and a friend who was playing with me. Some of the insults were directed at my family, specifically my late mother and father, which I find very disrespectful since he knows nothing about my family and insulted a deceased relative, my father. He also insulted my friend for being Roma, making racist comments. I would appreciate it if the appropriate action is taken regarding this user's behavior. Thank you.

While playing BINGO, a user (jaldol74) tried to flirt with me and my friend. I rejected him, leading to him making insulting and racist comments, especially towards my family. He insulted my friend for being Romani, made racist remarks about skin color, and sexualized my mother. His disrespectful behavior is concerning, and I would appreciate it if action is taken against him, such as suspending his account. I have identified the cause of the account theft (a[redacted]) by hackers. During a previous age verification process, there was an error where my identification's issuance date was mistakenly recorded as my birthdate, resulting in my account being labeled as under 13 when I am actually older. This misclassification led to my account being compromised after some time.
Because my account was marked as under 13, I did not provide a parent's email address. The hacker exploited this and added their email to the parent's email field. Moreover, following a customer service recommendation to contact them via an email starting with "cra" and the absence of any email change notifications in my inbox, I have formed this theory.
I am hopeful that Roblox will quickly assist me in resetting the password for my account.

I encountered some issues recently. When I tried calling twice and pressed 0, I got disconnected which was not my intention.
My great-grandson, who is six years old, was signed up for a Roblox Premium [redacted] account without my clear recollection or consent. I haven't seen him receive any Robux, and I would have opted for the most economical choice if I had indeed signed him up. I received a notification about the upcoming renewal, but I am puzzled as there is no credit card linked to his account for charges.
Another concern arose when he was with his older cousin who requested his Apple ID password to download a game, claiming it was free. I declined sharing it, and later noticed an Unsuccessful Payment text on Aug. 28th and Verification Code emails on Aug. 26th and 27th, indicating attempted changes. When I attempted to log in today using his details on my computer, the password was incorrect. I suspect his older cousins might have tampered with the account details after he left their place.

Yesterday, a total of $10,[redacted] was withdrawn from my daughter's account. Initially, $1,[redacted] was spent on Random Game Passes which we have photo evidence of. Despite changing her login and password multiple times and numerous attempts to contact customer service through email and phone calls, we were unable to speak to a representative. Additionally, $[redacted] was taken for ads. On day 2, her account was compromised again as $[redacted] was immediately withdrawn from her alternate account. Her original username is demoNic1 with the email [redacted], later changed to her father's email [redacted] Currently, I am recovering from health issues and dealing with personal loss while my husband, a Film Director, is on strike. I purchased gift cards totaling €40. Upon entering them into my account, I received an error stating "the currency is invalid in your country." I reside in France, and my account is in US dollars by default. Subsequently, I transferred the funds to my alternate account and tried to reclaim them through an avatar article.
