Hello, I would like to address an issue I encountered today concerning the ban on my Roblox VC. I am confident that I have not violated any of Roblox’s terms of service or community guidelines. I kindly request a thorough investigation to lift the ban on my VC promptly. Reviewing my account activity and interactions will show that I have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. Despite this being my 5th ban, I have been vigilant about adhering to the rules. I have reported misconduct by other users but have not seen appropriate action taken. I support Roblox’s mission of creating a safe environment for all users and am willing to provide any necessary information to resolve this issue. I need to update my billing address and email associated with my Roblox account. The billing address on file with the card I used has changed to [redacted] Stutts St, Muscle Shoals, AL. The previous address was [redacted] Amber Way, Decatur, AL. The name on the card is Destiney Lanier. The email linked to the Roblox account was [redacted], which has been deleted. Yesterday, my mom got me a Robux card, and I was thrilled to redeem it at home. However, upon redeeming the card, I encountered an issue stating the gift card currency must match my country. After researching, I discovered that Roblox mistakenly detected my location as not being in Sweden, where the card was purchased. I tried contacting Roblox Support multiple times through their website but only received a reference code via email. I am unsure how to proceed with this reference code to receive my Robux. I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this matter.

I was recently banned from the game for calling another player a hurtful name. She and her friend were breaking the rules by ruining my sister's artwork, so I tried to stop them. Now, I'm banned, and it doesn't seem fair. The two players who caused the issue are Leana/Lena and her friend, who have specific appearances in the game. I believe they should also face consequences for their actions. I may have used inappropriate language in the heat of the moment, but I only wanted to protect my sister's creations. My sister’s account is Kayleigh_1212f, and mine is beastly_12636. I understand the rules about inappropriate language, but I hope the situation can be resolved fairly for everyone involved. On May 21st, a user named DreamingOfyouAllNght on Display TradingOverpay sent me a friend request, which I accepted. She messaged me, expressing interest in trading her Super Happy Face for my Playful Vampire. The Playful I owned had the serial/copy #[redacted]. She invited me to Discord to confirm if my Playful Vampire was legitimate and not stolen. She then directed me to a website called Docs Trade and asked me to input a code. After doing so, I discovered that my Playful Vampire was missing from my Roblox inventory. It seems I have been hacked and fell victim to an API scam.

Hello, good morning. I'm Daniela, and I suddenly lost access to my Roblox account 4-5 months ago without any explanation or warning. I want to recover my account, but unfortunately, I don't have the invoices for purchases. I do have proof like photos of me playing on the account and some Roblox card codes I used. When I contacted Roblox about the issue, they said I couldn't do anything without invoices, which seems unfair since most people don't keep them. I recently noticed that a Security feature was added to my account without my knowledge. It's sending notifications to an old email address I no longer have access to. I'm upset because I've had this account since [redacted], and losing it is frustrating, especially due to a security measure I didn't set up. I've invested a significant amount of money in Roblox for Robux and purchases. If possible, please remove the security feature so I can regain access to my account. Hello Roblox, I was banned just 20 minutes ago for 1 day. The reasons were related to reporting, calling someone a "noob," and saying some other things. I would appreciate it a lot if my Roblox account could be unbanned. I regret what I said and it was out of frustration. I believe I was still polite. I am not a bad person, but being blocked from playing a Roblox game that I enjoy affects my winning streak and makes me unhappy. I am having trouble with the 2-Step Verification process. My authenticator app is Google Authenticator. When trying to log in, I discovered that all my double verification codes had been removed by Google Authenticator. Regrettably, I did not have any backup codes stored and overlooked saving the new ones after they were regenerated. I am requesting Roblox to deactivate this setting so I can reconnect Google Authenticator to my account. As of now, I am utilizing the “Quick Login” feature as a temporary fix. This problem also affects my secondary account: TheDestroy3r58, with a different ending numeral from my main account (6 for main, 8 for alt). Is it possible to disable 2FA from your end? Is there a way for me to verify my ownership of the account since I can still access it?

Hello Roblox, I am a user with the handle KO_Hovo. A close friend of mine, XxKACCANxX, was unfairly banned for using his language during a dispute initiated by another user who was not penalized. KACCAN did not use any inappropriate language in the altercation. It is unjust that he is facing consequences for a situation he did not instigate. KACCAN has been a valuable member of the community, and I can vouch for his positive contributions. I kindly request for your reconsideration and urge you to lift the ban on him. I was at home playing Roblox when I remembered my old account. Excited to get back in, I tried my username and the old password, but none of them worked. I clicked on "Password Reset," only to realize I forgot the email for that account. My Roblox account was hacked, and I am unsure how it happened since no one knows my password. A few days ago, I discovered I needed a parental control code sent to an email address that I never set up for my account. Someone else has accessed my account. I have been attempting to contact Roblox, but I have not received a response after waiting for two days. I have invested a significant amount of money in that account, and I am at a loss for what to do. Changing the email, password, and removing the parental control is crucial, but without a response, I am unable to do so. I have tried emailing Roblox from a spam account, but each time I attempt, I receive an error message stating the username does not match the ticket. The username of the hacked account is UN[redacted]7.

A couple of years back, around [redacted], I updated the password for my account (xoQueenRosesxo) and unfortunately forgot it. Since then, I've been unable to access the account as I didn't link an email or phone number to it. I'm not sure how to proceed from here. Hello Roblox, last night I was playing with my cousin, and in the game chat, I wrote to her: "Kiara, how long will you take?" Then, a player named darius_onmobile, whom I didn't know, said, "Too long." I asked, "Who are you?" He replied, "I am Kiara." I told him it was not true because Kiara was in the game and didn't have Robux. He started insulting me and my mother, insisting he was Kiara, but it wasn't true. Eventually, he reported me even though he started it.

I accidentally added Robux to a different account I rarely use. When I tried to transfer items to the account I use, I couldn't log in. I'm unsure if I got hacked or forgot my password. If Roblox could assist me with Robux, I would appreciate it as I need them. Additionally, I believe my friend may have one of my pets since she abruptly ended a call when I mentioned transferring pets on Adopt Me, which has made me suspicious of her actions.
