My daughter keeps getting charged four times for a $4.99 pack she only orders once, and sometimes she's charged without buying anything. I already contacted the company, but the issue hasn't been fixed. I'm considering having her delete the app. Her account name is NotJayDanxD. I find it frustrating that we can only contact customer service via email, causing delays in resolving issues. Not happy with the customer service at all.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing Roblox. I can successfully reach roblox.com, but when I try to enter a game, I am directed to Roblox. I registered using my dad's phone number and email address. His email is [redacted] and his mobile number is [redacted]2. My information is [redacted] and [redacted]. I am very fond of Roblox and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I have been waiting patiently for several weeks, hoping for a solution. Whenever I click on the game, I am redirected to Roblox, and despite entering my password, I am unable to proceed. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I had 3,[redacted] Robux in my account. While playing a game with my friend, I encountered a glitch and got kicked out of the game. When I logged back into my Roblox account, all my Robux were missing. I worked hard for that currency, and I really need it back. My username is bubble_foam13. My Roblox account has a value of over [redacted],[redacted] Robux. Recently, I was shocked to find out it was deleted due to an inappropriate username. When I created the username "ssipmoneygetlean," it didn't seem inappropriate. However, I now understand it violated the terms and conditions. I am desperate to retrieve my account. I am willing to spend 1,[redacted] Robux to change the username. Can I appeal to Roblox for reinstatement, considering I was unaware of the violation when I created the account?

While watching a YouTube video about "Adopt Me," I encountered a user named "adoptlaxana." This YouTuber has 6 subscribers. I clicked a link in her comment section that led me to log into my Roblox account. Shortly after, I received a notification about someone logging in from Amsterdam, Netherlands, which couldn't have been me since I live in Texas. When I tried to change my password, it kept showing as incorrect. I reported the issue to Roblox customer service, but their response time is disappointing. The username associated with this incident is "iamlexana," and her profile picture features someone with blonde hair.

I was recently banned from my Roblox account for one day. When I tried to log back in, I was surprised to find out that I had been logged out of my account and it seems like I have to start all over again. I was a Bacon and I feel like this situation is unfair. Despite understanding the ban, being automatically logged out and losing all my progress doesn't seem right. My account name is BellaLovesyousomucc, and I believe I should have access to it since I did not voluntarily log out. It's frustrating as this happened to me before when my account was hacked, and this time it feels unjust from the Roblox community. I am considering leaving a negative review since this situation has caused me inconvenience and I can't afford to buy more Robux. I really hope to regain access to my account without having to start from scratch as a new user.

Account: XxlMabelxX I recently had my account banned due to inappropriate behavior, including the use of a slur. Reflecting on what happened, I acknowledge my mistake. While encountering offensive content, including Nazi symbols and inappropriate art, I unfortunately engaged with a person who was repeatedly causing trouble. In hindsight, I understand that my reaction was not appropriate. Such behavior should not be tolerated, especially involving support for harmful ideologies aimed at harming others.

Could Roblox please reactivate my account XxlMabelxX? I got banned for using a slur, and I apologize for my behavior, although I felt justified at the time. There were individuals ruining other people's art with inappropriate drawings and supporting Nazis. I tried to confront one of the main perpetrators to stop this behavior. I know my reaction was inappropriate, and I should have handled it better. I acknowledge my mistake, but what they were doing was much worse.

I recently had a ban on my Roblox account, Rosarosa13131. Unbeknownst to me, my friend accessed my account without permission by taking my phone. She interacted with a stranger online, engaging in inappropriate behavior and misrepresenting her age. She used the alias JJchoppa during the incident. Subsequently, I received a 1-day ban for "offensive language," despite my intention only being to protect myself. The other users who insulted me utilized abbreviations, making it unclear if they faced consequences. The basis of their discrimination was my attire, alongside their verbal attacks, including attempts to compel me to join a voice server. I seek clarity on this matter as my ban implies responsibility for defending against insults directed at both myself and my family.

I encountered an issue with the verification process for Tradiere Royale High and made a mistake twice. As a result, I got logged out of both my phone and iPad. When I tried to log back in using my old password, it said my username or password was incorrect. I know my credentials are right as I had just logged in with the same information a few days ago. I attempted to reset my email password, but nothing changed. I'm worried about getting banned because I have Robux on this account.

I had an old account under the name "Damachioo," and due to a hacking incident, I lost access to most of the associated emails. The only email I could recover was the one linked to most of my transactions, "danmachioo." Unfortunately, my card was linked to the account, and I fear unauthorized charges may occur. My daughter's account was hacked. I understand that it is not your fault, but how is it possible that a server full of children who interact with many people cannot have better security controls to protect your customers? There is a lot of money involved in each account, yet you cannot provide a reason for this problem even though it was reported days ago. There isn't even a phone number where an adult can call to solve this issue. My Roblox account was unfairly banned recently. Another user was bullying me, but I had reported multiple other users in the past for various offenses, and they were not banned. It seems unjust that I received a ban while those who were reported for cursing and bullying were not.

Earlier, I was trying to adjust my Voice Chat settings when I mistakenly changed a setting that affected my account, restricting me to the 'All Ages' category. In a bit of panic, I set up a PIN, but later realized I didn't actually need it as everything returned to normal after I restarted my device. However, I found out that my chat was disabled, leaving me only able to use Voice Chat. When I attempted to input my PIN to rectify the issue, it wasn't accepted or rejected.

Hello, I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with an UNFAIR ban. Let me provide some context, on a game called Adopt Me, I declined a trade request, and the person proceeded to insult my deceased mother. In response, I told them to "shut up." This message resulted in my ban, while the person who insulted my mother was not banned! I find this unacceptable! If I am not unbanned within 7 days, I am considering putting the game aside or uninstalling it. I hope this email is taken into consideration. Goodbye.

Hello Roblox, I'm a dedicated fan from Malaysia. Unfortunately, my account got logged out, and I can't recall my password. The only information I remember is my username, XingHui(Jvhuaya123456), and my avatar had a golden jacket, golden hat, and glasses. Initially, I hadn't linked my email to my Roblox account, so providing my phone number or email wouldn't help in receiving a password reset.
