Hello, I am facing a major issue with my account as I have forgotten my password. Unintentionally, I discovered an account that I initially mistook for mine and purchased a $[redacted] Roblox card for [redacted] Robux to use on the website. Sadly, upon checking, the Robux was not in my account, and I was disheartened by the situation. Eventually, I realized the Robux was in the account I mistakenly identified as mine. Feeling shocked, I reached out here for assistance. My username is HeerCoolnis. It would mean a lot to me if you could resolve this quickly as I am quite upset about the whole situation. I was playing BedWars when unexpectedly I won the game. However, I received a one-day ban notification on my account. The reason given was for using inappropriate language that I am certain I did not say. My account username is froggerj5 on Roblox. I have invested approximately $2,[redacted] in real money on this account and recently acquired a $60 Robux voucher. I have numerous valuable items stored, including various kits in BedWars. I kindly request for Roblox to review my situation and lift the ban on my account. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

While on a Discord server, I clicked on a link a user posted, where I entered my account information, including the 2FA code. Shortly after, I was disconnected, my Gmail was changed, and I couldn't regain access to my account. Despite reaching out to Roblox support, I received automated responses instructing me to provide a Google Store purchase receipt, which I can't do as I never used Google Store for Roblox transactions. Despite explaining this, the support team continues to repeat the same request. I'm unsure how to proceed with verifying my ownership of the account.

While browsing Adopt Me Trading Values page, I came across an offer for a Frost Owl for my Strawberry Bat Dragon NFR. I agreed to the trade, but the other person claimed it was their secondary account and asked me to send a friend request to their main account on Roblox. They instructed me to do it through YouTube. During a game, they mentioned someone else was using their account. I quickly realized it was a scam, changed my password, but unfortunately, my Strawberry Bat Dragon NFR was taken from me in Adopt Me. Please be cautious of such scams. This incident occurred just half an hour ago. I would like a refund for my Strawberry Bat Dragon NFR. My username is WwMiiaWw7w7. I have screenshots of the conversation as proof.

While browsing Adopt Me Trading Values, I came across an offer for a FR Owl in exchange for a NFR Strawberry Bat Dragon. I accepted the offer and contacted the person offering it. They instructed me to go to their YouTube account to find their Roblox username. As I logged into YouTube and played a Roblox game, I was suddenly kicked out, with a message indicating someone else was using my account. Realizing it was an attempted theft, I swiftly changed my password. Upon returning to Adopt Me, I discovered that my NFR Strawberry Bat Dragon had been taken. I kindly request compensation of [redacted] Robux or more, or the return of my NFR Bat Dragon. My username is WwMiiaWw7w7. This incident occurred approximately half an hour ago.

I am a premium member on Roblox. I have been saving up my Robux to purchase a pass for my favorite game. Initially, I had around [redacted] Robux, but over the course of a week, it dropped to 75. After another week, I noticed it had decreased to only 5 Robux. I haven't made any purchases or given any Robux away. Since getting the premium membership, I've been experiencing issues with my Robux balance. I am unsure if my account has been compromised. I am concerned because the dwindling Robux means that my funds are being wasted instead of being used for something I enjoy. I would greatly appreciate assistance in resolving this matter and retrieving my lost Robux.

Hello, I hope you're well. My day has been okay. I've run into an issue with my teenage daughter's Roblox account. She mistakenly set it to be for a nine-year-old when she was thirteen, and now she can't seem to update it to her real age of fifteen. It would be wonderful if you could assist in resetting her age to fifteen or enabling her to make the change herself. I really appreciate the feature that allows Roblox users to change their usernames annually and I hope a similar option will be available for age in the future. My account has been compromised. The hacker changed the email associated with my account, preventing me from logging in or resetting my password. The hacker also removed my information and replaced it with theirs. I am willing to verify my account with billing information if necessary. Hello Roblox, I am facing a serious issue. I received a one-day ban because another Roblox character used racist language towards me, and I was simply defending myself. The player was playing Spanish music over the game mic, and when I asked politely for a change, they made offensive remarks towards me. As a Black woman, these comments were hurtful, and another player joined in with more derogatory language. I believe this is unacceptable behavior, and I feel discriminated against. I hope for a resolution, or I may need to consider involving the authorities.

I am experiencing difficulties playing games like "Survive the Killer," "Paintball," and "Kat" on Roblox at 17 years old. I attempted to adjust my age in the settings to resolve the issue, but without success. A message appears stating, "This experience is not available due to the configuration of the privacy settings of the account," despite not having parental controls enabled. I have verified that I am allowed to play these games regardless of age requirements. Despite multiple attempts to modify the settings, I remain unable to access these games. I am puzzled by this restriction as I previously could play them. Could someone offer assistance with this matter, please?

While playing the army tycoon on Roblox, I encountered an issue where someone alleged I was unfairly targeting them. This led to a frustrating exchange, and shortly after, I experienced a hack which resulted in a suspension from the game. Upon my return, I found that I couldn't access my account and attempts to reset the password proved unsuccessful. My account username is xjdjdh213 and the associated email is [redacted][at]qq.com. I received a new login notification on July 2nd at 4:06 pm showing a login from a new device in Indonesia. Shortly after, I got an email stating my 2FA was deactivated. When I tried to change my password on Roblox, I was prompted for a PIN that I never set up. My email address and account were changed without my authorization. Some relevant background: I switched my email from [redacted] to [redacted] on 2/15/[redacted]. My display name is Bukiga, and my original username was solowa08. I changed it to TimidTerror, and then to SimplicitiesOfLife around February [redacted]. There is now a different account connected to [redacted] that isn't mine. I am working to regain access to my account, SimplicitiesOfLife, which had its email and possibly phone number changed. I hope the information I provided proves my ownership of the account.

Hello, I recently had my account hacked while playing Blox Fruits on your platform. A friend exchanged my Dragon Fruit for their Poison Fruit, teasing, "That's what you get for being friends with me," or something similar. They then left. I genuinely believe that a one-week ban is excessive given the circumstances. I kindly ask you to reconsider the length of my ban and apply a more appropriate penalty that matches the seriousness of my offense. My Roblox account under the name "Leaylaug" has been compromised. I saw an article on TikTok offering free Robux, but in order to receive them, I had to provide my password to a phishing website. Unfortunately, now I have been kicked out of my own account. I haven't verified my email on Roblox, but I have confirmed my age using my ID. For verification purposes, my name is Kevin Laukert, born on April 1, [redacted]. Prior to giving it to the scammer, my password was "[redacted]87." I'm hoping to validate my ownership.

I am attempting to update the legal age on my Roblox account. However, the email responses I received indicated that I cannot change it due to initially setting the account with a date of birth before the age of 13. The thing is, I created the account in [redacted], and the date of birth was automatically set to the day I made the account, which I didn't even enter. I have been reaching out to Roblox support via phone, but unfortunately, I am only able to leave voicemails without receiving any callbacks. I am frustrated with this situation as I am a dedicated player who spends a significant amount on this game annually, yet my concerns are being ignored.

Yesterday, I attempted to log into my Roblox account when I accidentally deleted it. As I was trying to log in, it prompted me to do "two-step verification" (something I never had to do before). However, I did not receive any email notifications (I verified the email on my Roblox account) and also tried with my phone number but received no messages. I have been trying to reach out to Roblox regarding my hacked account under the username "6shxwn" that I've had for over five years. Someone has compromised my account, changed the password, and added an account PIN that I cannot access. Despite explaining my situation to Roblox multiple times, they insist on a Robux receipt which I do not have access to.
