I created this account without attaching an email or phone number a long time ago when it wasn't emphasized like it is now. I need to top up [redacted] Robux. I tried to pay with my credit card, but it said "Payment unsuccessful" after entering the details. I attempted the procedure multiple times without success. Then that afternoon, I decided to buy a €10 Roblox card from Game Stop. Once I got it at home, I rushed to my computer to top up, but it said "This card is not valid." I need assistance recovering my Gmail account and password. Recently, someone hacked into my account and made unauthorized purchases totaling [redacted] ROBUX. I used this currency to buy a permanent dragon in a private server, as well as some permanent fruits for trading in Blox Fruits. Additionally, I spent 25 ROBUX on a stat refund in Kings Legacy. I was looking forward to enjoying my new permanent dragon, but the hacker has caused a lot of distress by taking more than just the items purchased. My daughter was trading her friend in Adopt Me. She was sharing her frost dragon with her friend but somehow it appears like she traded it with herself. I checked her friend's inventory, and the dragon is not there. While my daughter has made mistakes in the past by accidentally accepting trades, this time seems different. I believe this issue may be due to a glitch on Roblox's end.

Hello, I recently received a one-day ban on Roblox approximately an hour ago. I am hoping for assistance in having my account reinstated. During the incident, an individual (whose username and avatar appearance I am unaware of) continuously insulted me by calling me names such as "noob," specifically targeting me as "Angel" while I was playing as the killer in the game Survive the Killer. In response, I simply mirrored his comments, causing him to persist with his inappropriate behavior. Unfortunately, shortly after this exchange, I found myself banned from the platform. I am feeling upset and frustrated by this situation as I did not initiate any inappropriate behavior. My intention was merely to show him the impact of his hurtful actions towards myself and others.

Hello, I was banned from Roblox about an hour ago for a day, and I'm hoping my account can be reactivated. While playing a game called Survive the Killer, there was a player constantly harassing me by calling me names like "noooob." I responded by calling them the same name back, and shortly after, when I left the game, I found out I was banned. I'm feeling quite upset and frustrated about this situation. I recently got banned, and I believe it may have been due to my Username or Bio. My Username is "Michaelafton_0121." I was banned for sharing "PII," but I feel it was a mistaken ban. Although my bio may sound harsh, my friends didn't have an issue with it as it wasn’t targeted at anyone. I never received any prior warnings prior to the ban. I reached out to appeal the ban, but instead, they categorized it as bullying and harassment without providing specifics on my violation or how to rectify it. I'm frustrated by this lack of clarity. I simply wish to have my account unbanned from this erroneous ban or have the ban lifted with a temporary restriction.

After reaching out to Roblox for assistance, I was informed that due to the inability to verify ownership, they couldn't help me with the account. They then disabled 2-step verification and locked the account. I provided evidence including purchased Robux, previous email interactions, and passwords to prove my ownership. My sister's account has been hacked while she was playing Gacha Life. Shortly after, she got kicked out of Roblox and couldn't log back in. Her phone number was disabled and not working. She just purchased Robux today and the hacker is now spending it on different items. The situation is concerning as the hacker has blocked me, posing as my sister. I am experiencing an issue with the age on my ROBLOX account.
One of my friends inadvertently set my age to under 13, limiting my access to certain features like voice chat and user ads. Despite providing identification such as my ID and passport, the ROBLOX support team has not been able to assist me. Upon returning from our family trip on July 7th, my daughter encountered difficulty accessing her Roblox account. Despite meticulously keeping our passwords on sticky notes, we couldn't log in using the ones we had. After going through several previous passwords, we attempted to regain access through the verification process with the ticket system. Eventually, we managed to log in, set up a new password, and enabled 2-factor authentication. However, she discovered that her Robux and in-game items were missing, including her beloved Adopt Me! pets. I was trying to accurately portray him, so I engaged in behavior that was mean-spirited towards other players. Unfortunately, I used inappropriate language towards another player who was cosplaying as Kenny, a character who is often bullied on the show. In Bloxburg, there were some girls pretending to offer Robux, attempting to deceive players. My friend and I warned them that their deceit wouldn't work, which upset them. They threatened to report me, and my in-game actions were manipulated, appearing as if I said things I didn't. My account was unexpectedly banned, and disturbing messages were displayed. I left briefly, only to find I couldn't log back in due to my account being accessed from another device. I'm troubled by this unfair situation, as I was falsely accused of actions I didn't commit. I encountered a uuc beamed glitch while trading limited items on Roblox. After agreeing to a trade, it got stuck on pending, and my limited Troublemaker (Serial #[redacted]) disappeared from my account without receiving anything in return. This issue is known as the uuc scam and has affected many traders on Roblox. I did not share passwords or engage in shady deals. The trade partner's username is kraettos. I am seeking a resolution by either receiving a replacement Troublemaker or having my original Troublemaker (#[redacted]) restored.
