Hello ROBLOX moderators and developers, I am inquiring about the termination of my account. I recently received a one-week ban, which has escalated to my account being terminated. This action was taken after simply engaging in a conversation with a friend. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the new moderators to reports, there seems to be an influx of false reports. As a result, individuals are hesitant to engage in any communication for fear of being reported and subsequently banned - a situation I have unfortunately found myself in. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account as I believe I have been unjustly terminated. Thank you.

Roblox account suspension appeal Hello, During a chat on mic with friends, we were verbally attacked by other players using racial slurs. I didn't engage in inappropriate language or behavior. I've used my account for years without any bans until now. It's disheartening to have my account suspended for three days. I believe a voice chat suspension would have been more appropriate. I recently discovered that my Roblox account has been compromised. When I logged into Roblox today, I found myself logged out, which I initially brushed off as a glitch. When I logged back in, I was relieved to find my password still worked. However, upon entering the game Adopt Me, I noticed my newly acquired dream pet was missing. Upon reviewing my trading history, I noticed a trade that I did not authorize. I have reported this trade and hope that the Adopt Me team can assist. Additionally, I discovered an unknown user on my friends list and realized their username matched the one involved in the unauthorized trade. The username in question is jamshut33, and I have reported and blocked them. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I encountered an issue trying to send an email, prompting me to reach out here since my account was recently deleted. Despite not accessing my account until 3:00 am, it was reactivated following a 7-day ban, happening while I was at my cousin's party from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am. The only evidence I have of my ownership are my phone number, password, and the 2-step verification app. I'm deeply invested in this account, having spent over $[redacted] on it, and losing it has been distressing. I misplaced my 6 backup codes and recovery codes. I stored them on my phone, but unfortunately, they were deleted when I downloaded a cleaning app. Roblox sent me a message with a reference I am unfamiliar with. Hello. I encountered a scam involving a Frost Dragon back on April 29, [redacted]. Two individuals were involved in this incident. One of them urgently offered to trade a sled for a Frost Dragon in the chat, while the other person accepted the trade by offering a golden dragon ride and a peacock ride. I recently tried to log into my old account on both my phone and Xbox using the same password, but encountered an issue where it was not recognized. I was searching for a trial for a race awakening and came across someone offering assistance with a good moon. After contacting them, I was sent a private server link. Unfortunately, when I clicked on it, I wasn't logged in. Since this had happened before without issue, I didn't think much of it. Once I logged in, nothing happened. It wasn't until later that I realized what had occurred and hurried back to Roblox, only to find I had been logged out. Upon attempting to log in again, I discovered that my password was incorrect. Hello, My son's Roblox account has been hacked. Since I used my credit card to buy him Robux, the hacker has used the same card to make purchases on Roblox without my consent or authorization. He hasn't been able to play since yesterday as he can't access his account, but the purchases have been ongoing until this morning. On May 8th around 6:20 pm, I received a call from another player to join a game at the pet simulator exchange. Once I logged in, I was prompted to re-enter my account password. Unfortunately, I lost access to the account as the password was changed. The player also removed my friends and took all the diamonds and my beloved pet, HUGE, from the shared warehouse.
