Hello, I'm a fan of your game and I've been having trouble updating. If I can't update, I can't play. I prefer a phone call over messages. I'm unable to update my Roblox account and fear it's been hacked. I'm under 18, actually 10, and need help urgently. Please contact me as I struggle to explain through messages. I had a Roblox account with [redacted] Robux this morning, but when I checked, all my Robux were gone. I suspect my account was hacked because I didn't use them all up myself. I really need my Robux back as I use them to buy things in different games on Roblox. My account not only lost Robux, but also all my outfits. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly as I rely on Robux for my gameplay. If my Robux are not returned, I may need to stop using Roblox to prevent any further issues. I need to update my account as I mistakenly entered the wrong birthdate during registration. I tried reaching out to Roblox Support, but I only received automated responses explaining their age policy and limitations on changing age details. I understand their concerns about age accuracy for safety reasons but I genuinely need to correct this error. The emails reiterated the importance of accurate information and directed me to their guidelines, but I still need help adjusting my birthdate. I hope to have this issue resolved as I am indeed over 13 years old, and I would appreciate any assistance in rectifying this.

While playing Pet Simulator X, a player approached me proposing a pet trade. Subsequently, they requested access to my in-game bank under the guise of a glitch. After adding them to the bank, they claimed it was malfunctioning, showcasing valid pet deposits. To verify the authenticity of my pets, I replicated the steps. Sadly, upon joining the bank, they absconded with my prized possessions. Is there a method to recover the lost pets?

I encountered an unusual situation on Barry Avenue. A person with a yellow boom box bumped into me while I was playing across the map. Suddenly, a glitch message appeared, stating my account was deleted due to hacking. I decided to restart my phone and rejoin the game, however, I found myself in a different server without the previous game progress. Shortly after, I received a threatening call mentioning harm towards my family.

Hello, I recently experienced a concerning issue on the Roblox game Adopt Me. Sadly, my beloved cow and golden dragon pets were hacked from my inventory. Upon checking my trade history, I discovered that my pets were mistakenly traded to a user named "dontyour331" while I was offline. The hacker altered my password and my account, under the username XAVIER_ADDAMS1, has been permanently terminated. I have created a new account under the username DEATH_PRO71. I kindly request assistance in retrieving my pets. I possess a screenshot as evidence to support my claim. Your prompt attention to resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello Roblox, I have an issue where I cannot use emotes or chat commands properly in the game. When I try to type "/e sleep" in the chat, it says I haven't equipped that emote, even though it shows as equipped in my inventory. Other players can perform emotes, but I am unable to. I am having trouble accessing my old account, chocobossladey. It was created before the requirement to add an email or phone number, so I never did. Today I bought [redacted] Robux, I already had [redacted] so I had [redacted]. I purchased a [redacted] Robux pass for an experience that turned out to be a scam since I didn't receive the item in my inventory. I reported the object and the group that created it (the group is called Mayaugc and the item is called Kawaii headless). After that, I decided not to dwell on it and played with a friend in Da hood, then I left and wanted to buy an outfit with the remaining [redacted] Robux, but they were gone. I am certain I didn't use them as there was no interaction with the store after my report. When I tried to buy Robux, it said "The purchase has not been completed" and I can't buy any items from the store now. Even non-limited items show as unavailable. I can't buy Robux, I'm missing my Robux, and I can't interact with store items. I have checked to ensure my account hasn't been stolen, it's still secure (according to Roblox). My son cannot access his account. He has been attempting to use his Roblox gift cards that he received for his birthday, but he is locked out.
