I believe my account was hacked as when I tried to log into Roblox, I found myself locked out. Even after attempting my password, I couldn't access my account. Surprisingly, when I created a new account and searched for my old one, I discovered a completely different character under the name Leahboo1121. This left me bewildered because I never shared my password with anyone. My new account is Aaliyahrose737, and unfortunately, I cannot recall the exact password for the hacked account, but it might have been Babyboo.60, uncertain about the numbers at the end. Hello, I wanted to inform you that my Roblox account has been deleted. The issue arose when my friend used my account temporarily and was subsequently banned from 27.3 to 4.4. Upon trying to log in, I was unable to access my account and she mentioned something that was possibly lyrics from a song. I sincerely request your assistance in unbanning my account as I have invested approximately €[redacted] in Robux. If my account is unbanned, I will promptly change my password and refrain from sharing it with anyone. I assure you that I will remove my friend from accessing my account as it is unfair for me to be permanently banned for something she did. My Roblox username is xKGirlyKx. I would like to address that my account "jynz_l" was mistakenly terminated. I genuinely believe there was an error in deleting my account and am kindly asking for it to be reinstated. I acknowledge that Roblox prohibits the use of external links, such as Guilded, YouTube, Facebook, Discord, Twitter, and Twitch. I am dedicated to complying with all Roblox rules and standards moving forward. I am respectfully asking for a review of my appeal to have my account reinstated. I was working on a game in Roblox Studio that involved shooting guns. I used some free models in the game. However, after publishing it and saving it, I found out the next day that my Roblox account got deleted for reasons related to inappropriate content in the game. I'm confused because I didn't import anything inappropriate. A friend suggested it might have been a script from one of the free assets that triggered the ban. I'm seeking help to understand why this happened as I never intended to violate any guidelines.

Hello Roblox, I unfortunately fell victim to a hacker who has taken over my Roblox account. After being scam by a fraudulent game promising Robux, my account was compromised. Ever since, I have been unable to access my valuable Roblox account where I enjoyed interacting with friends and playing games like Jailbreak. My Roblox username is sheilabebs, and my previous email associated with the account is [redacted] Some of my old Roblox friends include CamrenJenlisa, Fuzzywazzy1, paul_saa, and TEAMmarcy. I purchased a $[redacted] gift card and it only gave me 94 robux instead of the expected 10,[redacted]. I am also unsure if my account is set up for automatic monthly robux charges and would like assistance with this. I have had previous issues with Roblox gift cards not providing the advertised virtual items and have not received helpful responses via email. I believe it's important for them to investigate the cry face on Roblox known as the Kardashians and the beginning of the Truman video featuring me on my Facebook. I'm unsure how to handle all of this as it's new to all of us. The timing is uncertain, and we really can't afford any more negative events. We are currently in New York. Thank you for your understanding. The whole Truman situation has many layers, and I sometimes feel like everything is focused on me. Hello, I recently discovered that my account, with the username ‘’pika_pop12’’, was deleted due to account theft. I was unaware of this happening. It all started when someone I met in a game on Discord added me to a group chat. I was naive about their intentions, and we spent time playing games together. One of them even donated 4k robux to me, which I felt uneasy about and tried to return, but they insisted I keep it. Later, I received a message demanding the robux back, threatening to involve ROBLOX. Despite my innocence in this situation and being unaware of any wrongdoing, my account got deleted. I've been frustrated with the repetitive responses from support and would appreciate a direct contact with a moderator to resolve this issue. I recently requested a password reset, but unfortunately, the customer support locked me out of my account. Their unhelpful responses left me feeling frustrated. The key to resolving this issue seems to be requesting evidence, which, if provided, should lead to account recovery. Despite providing extensive evidence, the support team continued to deny my request, claiming they couldn't confirm ownership. Interactions with their player support have been unproductive and left me feeling disheartened. It's disappointing that Roblox, a successful gaming platform, struggles with incompetent staff. Many users, myself included, face similar challenges due to unresponsive and unhelpful support personnel. Hopefully, they can improve their service in the future for the benefit of all players encountering such issues.

I suggest adding a new horse to Wild Horse Island for the upcoming update. It would be great to see a spring-themed Appaloosa, Arabian, or Thoroughbred. Instead of requiring Robux, it would be fair to offer it for coins, maybe around 4,[redacted] coins. This way, more players would have the opportunity to acquire the horse without worrying about affordability. What do you think, Roblox? Let's make it fair for everyone to enjoy!

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty logging into my daughter's Roblox account. We are receiving an error message stating "invalid user/password." We are confident that the information entered is accurate as we have it documented. Despite numerous attempts to reset/alter the password via the registered email, we have not received any instructions. This situation has occurred several times. When reinstalling Roblox and entering my email and password, a verification check to confirm I was not a robot would pop up (by adding up dice numbers and listening to an audio for numbers), but after completing it, the screen would go blank and return me to the start. I would have to re-enter my details and do the verification challenges again. It seems my account may be blocked due to many attempts, and I think ROBLOX needs to unlock it.

My email associated with the account is [redacted] On Saturday, I was directed to click on a link promising me three free weapons in Roblox. However, all attempts to log back in or reset my password have failed as I'm not receiving any reset emails. I'm considering creating a new account with the same email, but I'm puzzled why this might work if my original account was compromised.
