Hello, when I was in 3rd grade back in [redacted], I created a Roblox account named Taterjo2. I used to play on it regularly, but unfortunately, I have forgotten the password over the years and haven't been able to access it since. I did set up an email for that account, however, I was young back then and didn't fully grasp how emails function, so I believe I might have used [redacted] as my email. Roblox, I understand that free Robux is not something you provide, and the only solutions are to purchase Robux or a Builder's Club membership. Despite trying the options mentioned, all involve spending money, and my parents refuse to invest in a game. I enjoy Roblox but face bullying for being a beginner, which is disheartening. Yesterday, my friend and I attempted to play a casual role-playing game called Dog Days on my VIP server, but we couldn't connect. Despite multiple tries, we couldn't get it to work. Finally, we decided to play on an open server, but we still couldn't link up. I even tried joining a random game, but had the same issue. Today (12/27/18), I attempted again with no success. While playing Pet Simulator on ROBLOX, a user named kevinator approached me demanding good pets or threatening to hack me. Despite my disbelief, he persisted until I gave in and handed over a few pets. Subsequently, he asked me to add him as a friend, a decision I now regret. This morning, upon logging into ROBLOX, I discovered I was logged out, my password didn't work, and it appears he changed my email. His claim of knowing my PIN has left me alarmed. My ROBLOX username is fron99, the account that was hacked. After six years of playing on ROBLOX, I recently spent $50. If ROBLOX sees this, please take action against the hacker Thekevinator333.

This morning, I discovered that my Rakiziz account has been compromised and renamed PortalHolder1. Meanwhile, my Defleqted account is missing limited items, 42,[redacted] robux, and control of the Bluestreak Publishing group. All the limited items and robux seem to have been transferred to the PortalHolder1 account. Even though I can still log into Defleqted, I fear it may also be at risk.
Moreover, Rakiziz has a TBC membership that renews monthly using my family's credit card. I am willing to provide any necessary information to reclaim control of both accounts and restore my possessions on Defleqted.

I purchased a $40 card on 9-1-18 to buy gears for a game, but the code doesn't work. Despite calling over 50 times, I haven't received any response from Roblox. The card has been unused since 9-1-18. While playing the game Car Crushers 2 under the username Cr_Y2, I've encountered issues where the cars are not fully displayed, with parts missing. Similarly, in other games, certain elements that should be present are not visible. For example, when playing Parkour, I sometimes face a situation where after a few minutes, my character freezes in place with the running animation active, rendering me unable to proceed. Additionally, there are instances where specific clothing items do not appear correctly, only on select outfits. On rare occasions, parts of the character’s body, such as a foot or an arm, seem to be missing. Furthermore, within a Roblox Group, I am unable to join or engage with the group's functions. Functions like Liking, Favoriting, or Following a game, as well as purchasing a VIP server, are also inaccessible to me.

His account name is Zackzazaz, and after purchasing several Roblox gift cards for him to redeem, he seems to have forgotten his password to log in on the website. He is always logged in by default on his iPad through the Roblox app and never had to manually sign in on the website.
