This is my first time ordering through Postmates, and it might also be my last. Even though you are the only service that delivers Shake Shack, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, after waiting an hour for my food, I encountered a messy situation. Your delivery person spilled melted shake from my lobby all the way up to my fourth-floor landing. I had to clean up the mess, and none of the food was salvageable. I would like a refund for the total cost of my order. The delivery person, Elvin P, also had a strong smell of weed. He mentioned he did not realize there was a shake in the order, even though it was clearly stated in the Postmates order.

I placed an order at Taco John's for $8.83. I waited for about 25-30 minutes without any updates on the order status. Michael K. called me and was unprofessional, claiming technical issues and advising me to seek a refund. Later he said the issue was fixed, but it took even longer for the delivery. When he had trouble finding my location, his frustration and rudeness escalated, making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I decided to cancel the order and seek a refund as he insisted. I was also overcharged by Postmates. This experience was unacceptable, and I request a prompt full refund.

Hello, I contacted Postmates customer service yesterday to address a problem with my Taco Bell order. Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of the fiery Doritos Locos combo we ordered, and we only received the beverage. Also, we did not get the 4 packets of mild sauce with our items as requested. The representative I spoke to was helpful and agreed to issue a refund for the missing items totaling $8.59 plus tax. However, I have not seen the refund on my Postmates account or debit card as promised. I was planning to order from Postmates for dinner today but reconsidered due to the missing refund. I also spoke to the delivery driver about the difficulties in reaching customer service, and he confirmed the challenges. As a wheelchair user, I rely on food delivery services, but I am disappointed by this experience and the lack of follow-through.

I am disappointed by the recent issues with my Postmates order. We were missing several items from our Taco Bell order, including the firey Doritos locos combo, mild sauce packets, utensils, and napkins. Despite contacting customer service and being assured of a credit for the missing items, I have not seen this credit applied to my account as promised. This is the second problematic order in a row, and as someone who relies on food delivery due to a disability, consistency is essential. I appreciate the apologies from the driver and customer service representative, but I am hoping for a resolution and improvement in future orders. My husband and I traveled to OK for a major surgery from AK. On July 19, [redacted], we placed an online food order through Pei Wei Asian Cuisine on Belle Isle Blvd in OK for delivery, paying $49.63 for the order with a 15% tip. While my husband was at the hotel resting, I waited for the food delivery in front of the hotel. I received a text notification that Una was delivering our food, but when I tried to respond that nobody was at the hotel yet, it suddenly said "Delivered" and I never received the food. The restaurant was unhelpful and did not provide any contact information for Postmates or the delivery person Una. The phone numbers from the texts were automated, and the Postmates helpline was not helpful. Their email support did not provide any relevant options. I am now disputing all charges and left disappointed by the experience with Postmates and the restaurant's lack of assistance.

I placed an order for alcohol through Postmates for delivery to my business suite. The driver did not appear to deliver the order, although they marked it as complete on the app. This is completely untrue. The driver seemed unwilling to use the elevator to bring the order upstairs. Postmates insists it is my fault for not meeting the driver in the lobby downstairs. However, my app clearly indicated they should deliver to my office, and the driver did not communicate any need to meet in the lobby.
Postmates is offering a refund of only $15 out of the $63 total, citing my failure to meet the driver downstairs. This is unacceptable given the circumstances. If this matter is not settled promptly, I will have to initiate a chargeback against Postmates. I have been a loyal user for years, but the poor handling of this situation is extremely disappointing. I will share my negative experience with friends, family, and on social media. I regret not using DoorDash instead.

I am a driver and I've had a frustrating experience twice now while working for Postmates. The first time, a McDonald's location only accepted cash, which was unexpected. Then, today, I arrived at another McDonald's where the fryer was being cleaned. The customer is unreachable, and I didn't receive much help from customer support in resolving the issue. I've decided to take a break from using Postmates for now. It would be beneficial if there were more helpful options for drivers when problems arise, as sometimes the available choices don't match the situations we encounter. It would also be helpful if Postmates had a dedicated phone line like Uber for drivers to call when facing these types of challenges. Calling the restaurant ahead of time to check if everything is in order could prevent wasted time and gas. I am a detective with the San Diego Police Department working on a case involving an assault that took place on 07-18-19 at [redacted] Park Blvd, San Diego, CA [redacted]. A maintenance worker was confronted by a man on a bicycle claiming to be looking for an address on G Street, leading to a disagreement. The man on the bike turned aggressive, kicking the worker and spitting at him. The sales manager witnessed the interaction and noticed the man was carrying a Postmates box, claiming to be a delivery person. The man on the bike is a tall, white male aged 20-30 with a thin build. The worker managed to take a photo of him with his phone, and there is video footage from the apartment complex. I am willing to share the pictures with Postmates to identify the suspect. Any assistance in identifying him would be appreciated.

I placed an order at McDonald's, but when the Postmates driver arrived, they were informed that bagels were not available at that time. I requested to cancel the order due to this issue, but now I'm being told I will be charged for the order and a cancellation fee. This doesn't seem fair as it was McDonald's mistake. I have spoken with two drivers who confirmed the order is not available. I am requesting a full refund and considering deleting the Postmates app due to this being the second time I've had an issue. I am Judith G. The last order I placed was supposed to have a $1.99 delivery fee, but I was charged $5, and I was told I would be refunded the difference along with a coffee that was incorrect. As of now, I have not received either refund.

Kenny informed me that mac and cheese was not available and helped me choose kids' applesauce instead. The chicken noodle soup was a small portion but tasty, albeit difficult for me to swallow. I had a shake, Greek yogurt, and fruit, all totaling $18.58 after applying a $10 discount. I tipped $5 as Kenny did a great job assisting me. There are charges of $0.96 and $17.62 on my bank statement. I'm unsure of the cost of the applesauce. I am requesting to cancel my membership due to financial constraints, as I am on disability with limited income. I appreciate the service for delivering soft foods post-surgery, but I cannot afford the yearly fee. I ordered lunch for the Senior Vice President at my company, who is vegan. Unfortunately, the restaurant and Postmates made a mistake by mixing tofu with chicken in her salad. The platform lacks clear options to specify ingredients, making it difficult to customize orders without paying extra. This issue affects all customers who have dietary restrictions. Additionally, the app does not always show updated menus for the restaurants. The mixing of tofu and chicken caused the Senior Vice President to become sick, emphasizing the importance of taking food allergies seriously. Since the order was also delivered almost an hour late, we are requesting a full reimbursement for the unsatisfactory experience.

I recently came across a post on Facebook from a friend discussing an email he received about tariffs. It made me ponder if your company should consider operating in China. However, the thought of a majority Chinese investor, likely imposed by the Communists, stealing your intellectual property and competing in your market is concerning. The issue of China's history of stealing from the U.S. without consequences is frustrating. The frustration mounts as the U.S. has supported other nations for years, only to have our intellectual property targeted. This situation has made me hesitant to consider using your service in the future.

On August 6th, I ordered a Little Caesars Pizza and a Wild Berry Pepsi through Postmates. My friend had recommended the service when we were in a tough spot waiting for a ride at a hotel room. Due to losing my wallet the day before, I had to use my Western Union NetSpend prepaid card which was the only one I hadn't canceled. Unfortunately, the order was late and incorrect. The delivery driver called after being delayed to inform me that the items I selected were unavailable. After some confusion, I settled for whatever was ready to avoid further delay. Despite the stressful situation, I'm grateful my cousin was alright. The charges from Postmates were unexpectedly high for the subpar service. The delivery was made to [redacted] Commons Dr, Birmingham, AL [redacted]. The order placed was a 3-meat pizza with a 2-liter Dr. Pepper. I signed up for an account that morning, possibly after this order. I work in Los Angeles County and should have received the $[redacted] bonus for 4 deliveries. I am certain Pasadena is in the Los Angeles county, as my friend also works there and received a bonus when working with me. Despite doing [redacted] deliveries and meeting the criteria, I did not receive the expected bonuses from DoorDash or Lyft. This has led me to feel frustrated and misled by Postmates. It seems like there might be inconsistencies in how bonuses are being distributed. I will be sharing my negative experience with others and providing feedback accordingly.

Also, many items I ordered were unavailable, which was not communicated to me beforehand. It seems there is no way for restaurants to contact your platform for such issues. I recently ordered food delivery from a local restaurant through Postmates. I would like to inquire about the delivery policy for Postmates. On two occasions, I have ordered food through Postmates and encountered issues with the delivery drivers not being truthful about delivering my items. I work at a hospital with specific front desk hours, and I provide very detailed location instructions.
In the first instance, the delivery person claimed they were at the front desk waiting for me, which was inaccurate as our front desk closes at 7:00 pm. Despite attempts to contact them, I did not receive my food. The second incident happened recently when the driver said they were at the front desk with my order but later mentioned they were parking. This inconsistency was frustrating, as I had to intervene to receive my food.
I am disappointed with these experiences and believe customers should be informed of Postmates' policies to avoid such incidents. It seems delivering to our hospital is challenging for your drivers. Clarifying policies and ensuring better communication with customers would greatly improve the service.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Postmates support, stating that my current order was flagged for card fraud and needed to be canceled. He sent me a text with a verification link to confirm my account details. After doing so, he mentioned my account would be temporarily disabled for instant deliveries and that a refund of $50 would be processed to my bank account on Monday. He assured me a support team member would call back within 20 minutes, but no one has contacted me yet after waiting for over an hour. The number he called from is not in service. I need assistance with this issue.

I recently purchased 5 sandwiches from Jersey Mike's. I noticed that each sandwich was over $2 more expensive than what was listed on Jersey Mike's website, resulting in a total overcharge of $10. On top of that, as a new customer, I was supposed to receive my first order free. However, I was charged $7.50 for a service fee and $2.99 for delivery. To my surprise, the final bill amounted to $58, but I was actually charged $64 according to my bank statement. This discrepancy totals to $28.50 in fraudulent charges. I have already taken the necessary steps by contacting my bank and filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. Such actions should not be taken lightly as they constitute fraud and must be rectified promptly. I did not agree to these higher prices, fees, delivery charges, or the incorrect total amount, and it is essential that this issue is addressed and resolved.
