Two days ago, I had a delivery for Burger King where the address provided led me to a Jimmy John's instead. It took me extra time to locate the correct place. After informing the customer and finally making the delivery, I realized I was only paid $4, not the $10 I believe I should have received. Checking my Postmates Fleet app this morning, I saw $4.71 in the account, but that amount was not deposited into my bank as expected. I earned two tips totaling over $4, which were also missing from my account. I am frustrated with this recurring issue. This is the fourth email I have sent without a resolution. I request the $9 in missing tips from the deliveries and the correct adjustment for the Burger King order. Please, I hope to receive a prompt phone call at [redacted] to address these concerns.

I placed an order for ramen and sushi from Huntington Ramen & Sushi in good time before their closing hours. Unexpectedly, when a call came in labeled as a scam, assuming it was the Postmates delivery, I answered. To my surprise, the caller informed me that the restaurant had closed, leaving me baffled. Upon contacting the restaurant, I learned that my order had been ready for a while, but no one had arrived for pick-up. I was unable to reach the Postmate courier or Postmates support, causing unnecessary confusion. Sadly, the lack of communication prevented me from informing the delivery driver that the restaurant was still open for him to pick up my order; otherwise, it would be canceled soon. Ultimately, I missed out on my meal, feeling frustrated by the situation and realizing my inability to intervene. All I can do now is express my concerns through this email, doubting its effectiveness.

Our delivery driver from Panera Bread failed to reach us with our order, resulting in a frustrating situation. Despite tracking showing "delivery attempted. Customer unavailable," the driver never made contact or arrived at our location, leaving us without our $68 purchase. We communicated with Panera Bread, and they directed us to contact postmates for a refund. Our initial delivery ETA was 12:30pm on 4/30, and the issue arose at 1:15pm. We are seeking resolution within 24 hours and urge for swift action. The Panera Bread confirmation number is [redacted]31, with special instructions to ask for Cassandra in Sales. It is disheartening that our food was not delivered, and we request the removal of the delivery fee promptly.

About 10 days ago, I got locked out of my account, being told I violated standards and would no longer access the platform. I was assured a payout in 7 to 10 days. After reaching out for my money and confirming my bank account info, I am still waiting for $[redacted].05 owed to be released. It's already Tuesday night, and the funds have not shown up. My bank is saying they have no record of the transaction. I urgently need this money for food and don't know what to do.

I applied to be a driver for Postmates but was rejected because a background check from Chekr incorrectly showed I didn't have a license. Chekr has since updated the report to show a clear record with a valid license. Despite multiple emails to Postmates with the updated report, I have not received a response. When I try to reapply, the app indicates that my license number is invalid due to an issue with the new format of Washington state driver's licenses. I ordered from Kneaders today for a tuna sandwich and had to choose multiple combos. Yesterday, I had the same order without onions or peppers in the tuna, and it was fine. Today, the driver called saying they couldn't make changes. Please refund the money taken for this order since I have allergies and didn't want onions or peppers. I use the Postmates app often and don't want to pay for a meal I couldn't eat.

Our restaurant policy is to accept Postmates orders via walk-in only due to past issues with undelivered food. Today, a driver behaved aggressively when told to order in person, prompting a police call. This experience has led us to decline future orders from your company due to safety concerns and the behavior of your drivers.

I placed an order at Jam and Honey restaurant on 4/26/19. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues with my order that day. After contacting customer support via Twitter, I was initially told I had been refunded. However, upon checking with my card services, I discovered that the refund was not processed. Only the initial purchase is showing on my card statement. I am requesting a refund and a credit for a future order with a different restaurant. I am disappointed with the service I have received and had to throw away my food, ordering from a different restaurant instead of using Postmates. I hope to resolve this matter promptly as I believe this situation should have been fixed by now. I am eager to speak with someone from the corporate office to address these issues.

I am reaching out via email as my numerous attempts to resolve an issue with Postmates over the phone were unsuccessful. Despite calling 20 times and being assured my problem would be fixed, it remains unresolved.
Yesterday, I ordered a $10 meal from Captain D's with expected delivery charges totaling $21. However, I received a $37 bill for a subpar meal that I couldn't eat. Despite speaking with both Postmates and the Captain D's location, I received a Deluxe Platter with multiple items missing, incorrect items, and the seal broken.
Since I am disabled and had difficulties with the delivery driver, I was left with a misrepresented meal. Furthermore, I am now being asked to tip the driver for this unacceptable service. I insist on reparation for this experience, as a disabled veteran, I have legal resources to pursue this matter.

Hello, I am a Postmate Driver who contacted the Support Line regarding some Merchant issues. Unfortunately, I was informed that the matters need to be reported by the merchants themselves and that there was no supervisor available for further assistance. Here are the issues I raised that could improve the delivery process and enhance customer service in the Portland Oregon Metro Area:
1. McDonald's does not offer lunch items during breakfast hours.
2. Panda Express serves Coke products, not Pepsi, and the location at Washington Square Mall is often congested with limited parking, while another Panda Express on Nimbus is nearby.
3. Carl's Jr. in the metro area does not serve Green Burrito items.
4. Broder Soder at the Scandinavian Center on Oleson does not participate in any delivery platforms.
I bring these concerns forward in the hope of making our jobs as drivers easier and achieving quicker order to delivery times. Thank you.

I have been reaching out via email to Postmates, but I haven't received any help. My account was closed without reason due to a mistake on your end. I was sent to a restaurant that doesn't accept the Postmates card multiple times, which led to my account suspension after canceling the order as I had no other choice. It is unfair that I got deactivated when the issues were not my fault. I waited 45 minutes for support to respond, but no one called back, so I had to cancel the order. The lack of communication from support led to these problems. Please review my account activity; you will see that I did my best to fulfill orders. There was an error caused by the restaurant not accepting the payment method. I have tried to resolve this matter and only received email responses. While picking up an order through Postmates, the app indicated it was prepaid. However, when I arrived at Rachel's Kitchen, the staff mentioned that the order had not been paid for. After speaking with the customer, who has experienced this issue before, I was informed that the restaurant might not have an account for processing payments. As a result, I had to cancel the order upon the customer's request since they were unable to make the payment. Despite attempting to use the Postmates card, it was unsuccessful, and I received a message threatening deactivation for canceling orders that are out of my control. I am concerned about being penalized for this incident as I did not have a choice. Furthermore, I am frustrated because this has happened multiple times, causing me to incur expenses for driving without compensation when orders are canceled.

I made a purchase at Sticky Fingers. One item cost $5.50 and the other $10.99, but my card was only authorized for $53, which is more than expected. According to the offer, orders over $15 qualify for free delivery. I am confused as my total should have been around $25. I know I will receive a refund, but I am wondering why my account was charged over $20 extra.

I ordered a #8 combo and 2 drinks, which included 10 burgers, 20 chicken rings, and a sack of fries. However, I experienced delays with the delivery estimate, and discovered that the driver was parked at White Castle for over 30 minutes without contacting me. Upon opening the bag, I only found chicken rings and 2 drinks, totaling $35.88. When I approached the driver, I saw her with her boyfriend enjoying the missing food between them. Despite confronting her, she was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation and seemed intoxicated. She mentioned only taking a picture of the receipt for payment. I believe I should receive a full refund not just for the missing food, but also for any additional charges incurred on the app. The situation was frustrating, and I had to go collect the correct order myself, resulting in further expenses.

Hello, my name is Kayla Howard. I recently ordered from Burger Boy and was disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, LISA M. delivered my order two hours late and consumed some of my food, including my fries, fried shrimp, and fried mushrooms. I am very displeased with this situation and would like a full refund for my order. The items I ordered were 2 orders of 3-piece tenders, one side of home fries, a 21-piece shrimp meal with 2 sides, and 1 order of fried mushrooms. I did not leave a tip due to the circumstances and have also reported the issue on my Postmates app. Thank you for addressing this promptly.

I am incredibly frustrated with my recent order experience. The errors were beyond belief, but some food did arrive. When attempting to report the issue in the app, I encountered a problem - none of my responses would save or submit. Despite multiple attempts, the app failed to save my feedback. I then tried emailing through the app, only to be redirected to the same page repeatedly. While I typically tolerate such inconveniences, this has been a particularly unpleasant ordeal, and I am seeking appropriate compensation. Issue: My order was canceled (not by me) after I had already picked it up and was on my way for delivery. I didn't receive payment for this canceled order, and to make it worse, money was deducted from my base pay. On checking the information tab, it incorrectly states that I canceled the drop off after picking up the order, which is untrue. The cancellation happened after I had already obtained the order. I have pictures as evidence, but I am unable to attach them here.

This was my first time using Postmates. I made an order at 11:55 am, expecting it to be delivered within 35-50 minutes. However, the estimated time of arrival kept getting extended. An hour later, the driver called to say they couldn't fulfill the order because the restaurant was busy and would only start preparing once the driver arrived. Now it's been an hour, and I haven't received my delivery. I tried to cancel through the app, but it warned me about being charged in full. I need to cancel right away because I have to go pick up food myself after this long wait. Please process a refund and release the hold on my account immediately.

I occasionally order from a restaurant, Pressed for Juice in Henderson, NV, through Postmates. They are incorrectly listed as closed every day except Sunday on the Postmates website. When I contacted Pressed for Juice, they informed me it was an error and they are open for orders. They do not take Postmates orders over the phone and suggested I place the order through the app despite the incorrect closed status. Unfortunately, I am unable to bypass this issue and place my order. I am seeking a resolution either by having the listing corrected to show they are open or finding an alternative way to place an order.
