I want to bring up an issue regarding my photos on an Adults Only swingers site. I noticed that my profile pictures have the Pinterest symbol on them, allowing others to save them to their Pinterest accounts. This was done without my permission, and I find it a breach of my privacy. When I contacted the site, they informed me they are not associated with Pinterest. I am concerned that other members may not be aware that their private images could end up on Pinterest. I would like to know how I can disable this feature to keep my photos private and prevent them from being saved by others on Pinterest. Thank you for your help.

I recently deactivated my account because I felt this platform wasn't suitable for my business at this time. However, I was surprised to see charges of $[redacted].00, which I did not expect under the membership plan I selected. Additionally, there were two separate transactions, one of which was related to the $[redacted] Free Credit that was partially used. I would appreciate an explanation regarding these charges and why there were two transactions. As I deactivated my account before the expected duration, I kindly request a refund for both transactions.

I have attempted to contact your company twice before without hearing back. It has been weeks now with no response. The email address linked to my Pinterest account, which is no longer active, is causing me trouble. I need to update the email associated with my account, but because password reset emails are being sent to my old work email, I am unable to access them. I recently purchased and paid $65.00+ for a 3-piece Shop Tool Rack set, one for hammers, one for screwdrivers, and one for pliers. However, upon receiving the order, I found that the items came unmarked and without any assembly instructions, packaging papers, or contact information. I only received two out of the three kits, and there were missing parts. I would like a full refund and a COD return slip as soon as possible.

A few days ago, my business account was suspended on Pinterest for allegedly violating the Spam Community Guidelines. I have reviewed my recent posts and cannot pinpoint any violations. Despite studying Pinterest's guidelines, I still struggle to identify the issue.

Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email associated with the account, making it impossible to reset the password through email. I am experiencing difficulties using my phone as my voicemail seems to be full. Pinterest indicates there are over [redacted] messages, even though I haven't actively used the site for a year. Despite my efforts to delete these messages, I have been unable to as I do not recall setting up a password. This situation is urgent as I need to contact a doctor at Columbia University Hospital in NYC regarding a critically ill family member. I have an Etsy shop and recently set up a Pinterest for Business page. I followed the steps to claim my website and created a board with a pin. However, when I log into Pinterest, I keep getting redirected to the Business Hub and prompted to claim my website again, even though I already received a confirmation email for claiming it. I also encountered issues trying to access analytics or create my store due to the website claiming loop. Additionally, I noticed that clicking on my avatar directs me to my Pinterest homepage with an option to download a pincode. I contacted Pinterest support and received a response from Barry, who mentioned seeing my shop and pin but didn't address my claim website problem. Despite reaching out for help, I have yet to receive a resolution and am unable to pin my items effectively. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been experiencing difficulty with my Pinterest account as I attempt to log in. Despite entering the correct email and password, upon successfully logging in, I am immediately redirected back to the login page as if I hadn't just accessed my account. I've made multiple attempts over the past two days, even allowing for waiting periods in between tries, but the issue persists. The system seems to recognize my login information, but promptly logs me out. This cycle of logging in only to be logged back out within seconds has become incredibly frustrating. I am seeking assistance in resolving this ongoing problem.

I am reaching out regarding the recent changes to Pinterest's app/site. Previously, I had noticed that my notifications, messages, and profile picture were all enlarged, but suddenly, they reverted to the smallest size possible, and the home feed contained more pins. I am requesting that Pinterest restore the notifications, messages, profile picture to their original enlarged size, along with the pins.
These changes occurred when Pinterest was in desktop mode, and I used to access the app from my desktop screen. Now, whether I access Pinterest on the web by clicking a pinned tab or from its icon on the laptop screen, I am presented with a smaller version that I am not fond of. I believe this change may have been linked to a Windows update affecting Pinterest's size. Please revert Pinterest to its previous, enlarged version.

I have a main account and a linked business account. When uploading something on my business profile, I mistakenly entered the wrong age (1 instead of 13) in the settings. After confirming, I received a notification that my account was deleted for being too young. Could you please reinstate my account? My husband and I established our Pinterest accounts several years ago. We recently returned to the platform, but we are experiencing difficulty finding each other through searches. When I look up his name or username, no results appear, and the same happens when he searches for me. Strangely, others can find us when they search. We suspect there might be a setting causing this issue. Despite trying to follow the directions to unblock someone, we cannot unblock each other due to being unable to locate the accounts.

I am trying to access my old Pinterest account since I am currently sharing my current account with my family. The old account was created using my Facebook login. However, every time I attempt to log in, I receive a message stating that my account is suspended due to my age. I purchased a Windspinner through Pinterest and experienced significant delays in receiving it, taking about 5 weeks. The product was supposed to be 16 inches as advertised, but when it arrived, it was only 12 inches. The video on Pinterest showed it spinning elegantly among tall trees, yet it actually came with a 2-foot garden stake that had missing assembly screws. Despite reaching out 7-8 times for tracking details, the information provided was unhelpful. The seller suggested sending the item back to Spain due to missing parts, though I never submitted an application or signed any contracts. I simply wish to receive a refund of $50 since the product is unusable. While I enjoy using Pinterest, I am hesitant to make future purchases due to this negative experience with a vendor that reflects poorly on the platform. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account as I am unable to log in. I am uncertain if the account was deleted previously, but I believe it was not. I have attempted various email and password combinations without success. I can recall specific details such as the profile photo and message boards created with PINs. While trying to access the existing account, I inadvertently created a new one. My main issue now is gaining access to my original account, with which I am familiar.

I am facing an issue with my Pinterest account after switching to a new iPhone. My old account tied to an obsolete email did not transfer over to my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. On the new phone, I see a different account I accidentally created years ago with the correct email. I haven't been able to resolve this as I am hesitant to delete anything.
I attempted to delete the accidental account with only one board and tried to change the email on the old iPhone 6, but it says the email is already in use. I don't want to risk losing my old account with 80 boards. Should I delete the accidental account on the new phone and wait for 14 days? Then, I could access the old account on the iPhone 6, update the email, and hope it transfers to the new iPhone 13 Pro Max. I'm open to any other suggestions that may resolve this sooner.
