Hello Pinterest, I would like to report an account that continually posts hate speech on all pins related to the Castlevania Netflix series. The user in question, GARYEL THE IMMORTAL, frequently changes accounts to avoid backlash from fans. Their hateful comments, directed at a fictional character, are becoming intolerable for me and other users. I urge for more respect towards different preferences without insulting any character from the series. The constant display of hatred is inappropriate and disturbing. It seems this individual has a history of changing accounts, likely due to previous reports. I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly. Best regards

I'm having trouble accessing my Pinterest account. After requesting a password reset, the email link provided doesn't seem to work. Instead of allowing me to reset my password, it just prompts me to log in again, which is frustrating. The automated emails aren't helping to resolve the issue, and I can't seem to find a way to report this problem or reach out to customer support. I would appreciate it if the link could be fixed or if a temporary password could be sent to me for resetting my password.

I am facing multiple issues with my Pinterest account. Firstly, I have an old account linked to a deleted email address but I want to retain all the data from it, including years of pins. Secondly, I have changed my name and email address and need to transfer all the content to my current account. Thirdly, I am receiving numerous notifications on my workplace email and need to stop them. Despite trying various solutions, I am unable to resolve these complexities. Lastly, I deleted some material from my work computer and I am concerned it may have affected my thousands of old pins. I hope to access them on my new computer at home. I have received notifications regarding the issue, mentioning that some pins on my account are copyrighted and should not be pinned. However, I am unsure how to differentiate between the allowed and prohibited pins. Despite following the suggestions in the daily emails to review my pins, I am now facing this predicament for the second time. I am questioning why prohibited copyrighted pins appear in the feed, potentially leading users to unknowingly infringe on copyright laws. Encouraging users to explore forbidden pins through email notifications seems contradictory. I am requesting the restoration of my account and guidance on identifying forbidden pins to prevent future copyright infringements. Hello, I have a basic Pinterest account. I followed someone. I blocked approximately 8 other people who were following my account. I only wanted to follow one person to control my feed. I decided to close my account but may not have completed the final steps. I still see my account active. I want to only follow one person. When I try to follow them, it shows that I am following, but then reverts to not following after a few moments. My home page indicates I am following 0 people. It seems to be a glitch as the status changes randomly even though the person hasn't blocked me. I can still view their content, profile, pins, and send messages to them. I'm confused why this is happening unintentionally. Can you help me understand and fix this issue? Thank you, Dawn A.

I want to warn everyone about a company called eeeoeleven that advertises on Pinterest. They are a scam, selling women's shirts and coverups that look nothing like what is advertised. There is no way to return items or get a refund, as they have no customer service number or valid email address. They ask you to email them for a refund/return form, but the email listed is fake, so they never respond. The products received are poor quality and not the correct size, like a polyester top instead of a knitted sweater as shown. I have opened a dispute with Paypal to get my money back, but I believe Pinterest should not allow such dishonest businesses on their platform.

On April 13, [redacted], I was searching for a rare Refinery face and eye cream when I came across an ad on Pinterest. I clicked on it and entered all my information, including my address. After making a payment of $[redacted].89 Canadian with my Mastercard, the page disappeared without providing an order number or any confirmation. I am unable to track my order or receive a refund. Hello, My account, which had numerous boards I've been working on for years containing valuable content, was deactivated recently for reasons unknown to me. After appealing, Pinterest kindly reactivated the account, but unfortunately, it was the wrong one. They reinstated an old account I hadn't used in a while. The account I lost last week is much more extensive and holds information I deeply care about. Some of the board titles include Peace, Cakes and Biscuits, Desserts, Modelling, Marie Antoinette, Miniature Crafts, Miscellaneous, Crafty, Felt, Needle Felting, Inspiring, Chicken Recipes, Fish Recipes, Red Meat Recipes, Vegan and Vegetarian, Useful, Other Places, Textile Projects, Health and Fitness, Weight Watchers, Photography, Strange, Wonderful and Beautiful Architecture, Historical and Archaeological, Decor, among others. A few years ago, my account associated with [redacted] got deactivated due to accidentally sharing manga images illegally. I deeply regret this misunderstanding, as I was unaware of the public settings of my Pinterest groups. My intention was merely to bookmark these images for personal use, not to infringe on any copyrights. I would have ensured the group was set to 'private' if I knew. I am now looking to create a new Pinterest account under the same email, but it appears to be in use because of the previous deactivated account. I understand if I lose access to that old account but would like to know if it is possible to reuse the email for a new account, promising to abide by all regulations. Hello, my name is Tholakele. I've been encountering issues with my Pinterest account due to someone impersonating me online. Despite reporting the problem multiple times to Pinterest, no action has been taken against the user. This individual not only copied my board titles but also saved identical pins, essentially stealing my ideas and harassing me. I provided evidence to Pinterest, but the impersonation by the user @SillyBlackGirl continues. I'm looking for a resolution to this situation as it is causing me distress. I have been receiving unwanted emails from Pinterest. When I try to unsubscribe, it redirects me to another Pinterest page. I attempted to use the chat feature, but it directed me to a website that requested payment to chat. I have not created a Pinterest account and do not wish to receive these emails. I am frustrated with the process I have gone through so far. Please cease sending me emails and address the issues with your unsubscribe option.

Hello, I believe my account has been mistakenly deactivated. I submitted an appeal via the Help section of your website and received a response from a Pinterest Team bot, stating that my account would not be reinstated. I kindly request to be informed specifically why my account was deactivated. Despite thoroughly reviewing your Community Guidelines, I am still unsure of the reason. If I unintentionally violated a guideline, I am willing to remove any pins you find problematic. I am new to Pinterest and use it solely for planning my upcoming wedding. My boards are private, and I am not engaged in selling, soliciting, spamming, or interacting with other users. My account was suspended shortly after I pinned a metal beverage tub from Target. As Target.com did not offer a direct pin option, I manually created a pin using a screenshot of the item and included the Target.com URL. I am unsure if this action violated copyright or was considered spam. Please clarify if this is the cause of my account deactivation. If so, I request the reactivation of my account, and I will promptly delete the pin. I assure you that I will not repeat this action now that I understand it isn't allowed. Pinterest has been incredibly helpful for planning my wedding, which is approaching in 3.5 months. On the 12th of May, my Pinterest (P) account got suspended because of alleged copyright issues related to several saved items. Individuals claimed their ideas were stolen and not properly credited, causing this situation. I typically use Pinterest on my iPhone and iPad Air to save and explore ideas. I have diligently followed all reinstatement instructions but to no avail. Despite trying various emails, factory resets, and password changes, I am still unable to save pins or navigate directions on my iPad. As I have a disability that requires a larger screen, this limitation is frustrating. This ongoing issue is draining, especially considering my declining physical health. I urge for assistance in resolving this matter promptly so I can once again enjoy browsing Pinterest on my iPad, exploring new ideas, and engaging in creative pursuits. My Pinterest account got suspended, probably due to setting up Tailwind smart loops and neglecting them while working full time in education during the COVID shutdown. I didn't have time to create new content or maintain my pin schedule, violating spam rules unintentionally. Pinterest inspired my metal art projects, and I was about to start new design projects and share more free dxf files before the suspension. I am willing to disconnect Tailwind, remove duplicate pins, or take any necessary steps to regain access to my account. Thank you for your assistance.
