Hello,
We used to have someone managing our Pinterest account for us, and unfortunately, our account got deactivated without our understanding why. However, we were reassured that no spammy tactics were involved. Our previous account was @giaroseboutique.
We are looking to create a new account and manage it ourselves as originally planned. However, when we try to verify our domain on the new account, it says it's already claimed by another account, presumably our deactivated one. Our new account is @ShopGiaRose.
We have been trying to reach out for support to either regain access to our old account or detach the domain from it, but haven't had any luck yet. Any guidance on the steps we need to take to resolve this situation would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I am receiving a lot of Pinterest notifications about different programs, but I'm unsure how to open or make sense of them. I am very interested in these Pinterest notifications and would appreciate guidance on how to access and utilize them. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. I have saved the numerous notifications I received from Pinterest and am hopeful that you can help me effectively read, comprehend, and use them. Thank you.

Hello Pinterest, I had a troubling encounter with someone named Mackenzie this morning. She used offensive language by calling me disrespectful names without provocation. It began as a simple conversation until I asked her opinion on U.S. presidents. I live in New Zealand and found it a fascinating topic to discuss. I have already taken steps by blocking and reporting her, but I request your assistance in resolving this matter. Being called hurtful names like the one she used has affected me, and I believe it's important to address her behavior to prevent this from happening to others. I would appreciate it if you could ask Mackenzie to apologize. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Michaela

I had a Pinterest account with the username @julialauseng, but I've forgotten the email associated with it. I would like to have this account deleted as it has embarrassing pins from when I was younger that show up in search results. Can you help me with this, please? Thank you.

For the past few days, I've been having trouble organizing some of my private accounts. Specifically, the private board named "1 AT A TIME" is giving me issues. I typically save pins on this board using my tablet. However, when I try to rearrange items later on, I encounter difficulties. Any assistance you can provide to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Hello, I'm curious why Pinterest removed the alphabet feature when saving to boards. It was so useful, and the current line is challenging to use. It often takes multiple attempts to scroll down. Have I overlooked a simple way to make it function better? I would greatly appreciate it if the alphabet feature could be reinstated. Thank you.

Good afternoon,
I am Jana S. Recently, while searching on Google, I discovered my old Pinterest account with my profile picture. This has become a major concern for me. Despite my attempts with both old and new email addresses, I have been unsuccessful in deleting this account and removing the profile picture from appearing in searches under my name.
I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue by completely deleting the account and removing the picture from Google search results.
For further communication, please contact me via email at [redacted]
Kind regards,

My account has been deactivated without any apparent reason. Pinterest is not very user-friendly and lacks customer care like Facebook and WhatsApp. They enforce random policies and rules.
I tried to log back in but got locked out of my personal account with 9K followers due to alleged "spammy activity" that was just me trying to send messages when my phone froze. I made the account with [redacted] but can't access it now. I need my Pinterest account reactivated.
It's frustrating because I'm the only one who logs into my account, and there's no suspicious or spammy activity. Pinterest hasn't responded to my emails and appeals made through their help center.
Please reactivate my [redacted] Pinterest account. If not, I will take further action. It's incredibly annoying and frustrating.

I have been a Pinterest user for a long time, with numerous boards and thousands of saved images. Recently, due to health issues and other concerns, I took a break from the platform. Upon my return, I found the website layout and features had changed, making it impossible for me to access my boards. I am facing difficulties logging into my account and cannot find a way to contact Pinterest for assistance. I would like to retrieve my boards and images if they are still available. However, the lack of customer support from Pinterest is quite frustrating. Their approach to customer service seems inadequate, leaving users stranded with no real assistance. This experience has left me uncertain about continuing to use Pinterest in the future, as I fear all my created content might be lost, rendering all my efforts futile.

I am unable to access my email, and Pinterest reset my password.
I am having trouble accessing my email after deleting the [redacted] account due to security concerns raised by my bank about it being compromised on the dark web. Before I could update the email linked to my Pinterest account, Pinterest initiated a password reset thinking it was for security reasons. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the email they reset the password to and do not want to create a new account. I am dedicated to helping and inspiring others to set up accounts, but I am reconsidering this due to the current situation. My current email address is [redacted] If needed, I can provide any evidence to confirm my identity. Please assist me in recovering access to my account.
After receiving an email instructing me to reset my password to secure my account, upon entering my username, a new account was created without my consent. This is unacceptable.

I have encountered a confusing situation with my Pinterest accounts. Somehow, I have ended up with two accounts under the name "healthspins." One account, which can be accessed at pinterest.com/healthspins, displays a logo with an apple and a measuring tape that is linked to healthspins.com. However, upon logging in, I am directed to a different page prompting me to add a cover photo and displaying no pins. This second page, which I also own, seems to have been created in error.
Ideally, I would like to revert to the original claimed account and eliminate the second mistaken page. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
M.M.

I am suggesting the construction of a plywood house with beautiful designs that I particularly like. As a wheelchair user due to disability, I have contacts globally. I am interested in having a plywood house for my wife and me, preferably in a garden, on a rooftop, near a swimming pool, or in front of a villa. I assure you that if you build this house, I will showcase it to help market your plywood houses globally through my connections. My family is well-known worldwide, and I am eager to leverage my network to promote your business. I believe there is a promising market for your plywood houses in hot climates. I prefer to interact with a person instead of an automated system. Thank you for considering my suggestions.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with Pinterest for several months. They have been adding a "shop" sign to most of my boards, which is causing frustration. As an artist who creates photo-montages, with over 6,[redacted] original images and 12,[redacted] followers, it is disheartening to have my boards cluttered with promotional content that I did not authorize. Despite my repeated requests on each board asking them not to add the shop sign, Pinterest has not been responsive to my messages. Every time they add the shop sign, I am forced to duplicate and edit my boards to remove it, resulting in multiple new boards. This has become a time-consuming and aggravating process that I have to repeat about twice a week. It is no longer enjoyable or aesthetically pleasing. I recently had to delete six of my boards to get rid of the shop signs. I want Pinterest to understand that my creations are not for sale and should not be used to promote other businesses. I hope that by bringing this matter to your attention, we can address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Pinterest account. While browsing through my boards on December 27, I adjusted my browser's cookie settings to block third-party cookies. This action caused Pinterest to log me out, informing me that it requires enabling cookies to function properly. After re-enabling third-party cookies, when attempting to log back in, I encountered a "safety mode alert." Despite clearing my phone's cookies and caches, the issue persisted. Using a different device led to an "Authentication failed" message and empty pages without a feed. To update my email address after my Hushmail account closure, I tried adding my new email, only to have it default back to the inactive Hushmail address. The problem is puzzling to me as I have used the same Android devices without issue since opening my account. I reached out to the Help Center by submitting online forms twice within a two-week span, without any response or confirmation emails received after three weeks. Repeated login attempts have been unsuccessful, leaving me eager to regain access to my account.

Dear Pinterest Support,
We appreciate the platform you provide for established and aspiring entrepreneurs. It's no secret that quality design comes at a cost. However, our Pins, especially those of BTH, seem to be reaching an incredibly small fraction of Pinterest's vast audience. Despite Pinterest encouraging investment, our Pins are only receiving minimal impressions, far lower than expected.
Given the significant audience on Pinterest, Pins like those from BTH should be garnering thousands of views daily. Regrettably, the reality is that our Pins are only receiving a handful of impressions, most likely not from the millions of Pinterest users but solely from our team.
Would it be wise for Pinterest to expect a return on investment from Pins that are not being viewed by a substantial audience? Even the least appealing products have buyers, which brings us to the conclusion that although BTH may not be among the top designers, our efforts should at least generate more visibility. Currently, the lack of views doesn't justify further investment in Pinterest ad offers.
We understand that our concerns may not be unique to the Pinterest team, but we hope for a resolution beyond simply declining advertising offers. Where else could BTH improve visibility and engagement on the platform?
Thank you for your attention and stay safe,
B.

I have reached out several times for help from Pinterest, yet received the same response repeatedly. My account was deactivated erroneously, citing that I am under the legal data consent age of 14 in Belgium, although I am actually 16. The emails from Pinterest require a reply above a specific line to confirm my email, but the text is in grey on a grey background, making it unreadable unless highlighted. There is no visible line to respond to. All I need is to have my account reactivated promptly so I can regain access to Pinterest. Thank you.

Someone seems to have accessed my account without permission. I cannot access anything or contact Pinterest as they even changed my email address. I am upset as they have taken away my boards and stripped me of almost everything. I've used Pinterest for years and enjoyed it greatly, but this situation has become a nightmare for me. It feels like my identity, thoughts, and years of saved items have been stolen. I fear I may never recover what I once saved. They have deleted almost everything and left me with very little. I am unable to contact Pinterest because they have hidden the phone settings on my phone.

Application Rejection
I recently received notification that my application did not meet the Merchant Guidelines. However, I find myself unclear about the specific reasons for this outcome. Despite thoroughly reviewing the guidelines and ensuring compliance, I still encountered this setback. I am unsure how to proceed or what steps to take to address this issue. I would greatly appreciate it if someone from Pinterest could provide further clarification and guidance regarding this matter.

Hello, I made a purchase on January 28th through Pinterest from the website Amelia. I received an order confirmation (#[redacted]) for a TeddyBot - realistic plush dog, which cost €29.99. Sadly, the product has not been delivered, and it appears to be a scam. After multiple attempts to contact them via email at [redacted] with no response, I'm frustrated. I have noticed others facing a similar issue with Amelia online. I'm urging Pinterest to remove their advertisements to prevent more people from falling victim to this scam. As of now, I have lost €30 due to this situation. Jean-Louis S. from France

I am having trouble logging into my Pinterest app. Every time I try, I receive an error message stating, "something has gone wrong on our end. Sorry about that." Despite attempting to reset my password, I am still unable to access my account. I can confirm I do not have any additional accounts as suggested. It is frustrating that this issue is unresolved, and I am eager to regain access to my account to resume enjoying Pinterest as before.
