I placed an order for a curling iron in April [redacted], but I have yet to receive it. I paid $34 for the iron, and it has not arrived. I am considering legal action if I don't receive the product or a refund promptly. I am disappointed as this was my first time using Pinterest, and my friends have had positive experiences. It is unjust that I am facing this issue. Please investigate and address this matter promptly. I would like to receive the curling iron I purchased, or I will have no choice but to involve my lawyer. Your prompt attention to this issue is appreciated. Kind regards, L.D. from Florida.

I encountered an issue when attempting to log into Pinterest on my computer. The system indicated that my email was incorrect. When I checked on my phone, only my last name was incorrect, the rest was accurate. This was odd since the correct email is needed for sign-up. I tried to change it but couldn’t as I didn’t receive the confirmation code. Trying to delete the account also failed. When I logged out and attempted to sign up for a new account, it showed that I already had an account - the one I just logged out of with the wrong email address. Resetting the password failed as well. Although the system said a mail would be sent to the correct email address, it didn’t arrive even after 30 minutes. Therefore, I kindly request the account to be deleted so I can create a new one successfully. Apologies for any grammatical errors. Please delete the account as there are no photos or other content on it. Kindly confirm via email once this is done. Thank you.

I recently had a client who began using Pinterest Business to boost sales and website traffic. Initially, everything was going smoothly with active ads and a successful product catalog upload. We started to see positive results within a week and were eager to increase our ad spending.
However, the account was unexpectedly suspended on Monday due to "wrongful ads." I am puzzled about how this occurred so quickly, especially considering the ads were initially approved by Pinterest. It is crucial for us to quickly rectify these issues so we can continue leveraging Pinterest to drive sales and sustain the business during these challenging economic times.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, my name is Tracy B. I have been having trouble accessing my Pinterest account. I had to change my phone number due to an accident, and Google is sending recovery codes to my old email and number. I also can't remember my passcodes for Google or Facebook. Without live support, I'm stuck. I'd like to regain access to my original email [redacted] to not lose years worth of accounts. Any assistance with my Pinterest account would be a great help. Thank you for considering. Tracy B. Tyler, Texas, October birthday.

Hello,
I have had my original account for more than five years, but I ended up deactivating it. I am not sure how it happened, but now I have a new account which I did not intend to create. My new account is linked to Facebook, just like my old one was.
I have tried to reactivate my account on both my phone and laptop, but I have been unsuccessful. I have followed all the instructions carefully, but I cannot remember my password or which email I used. Although I signed up through Facebook, my new Pinterest account is not linked correctly.
I need help reactivating my original account as I do not want to lose it. The notification says I need to act within 14 days, but despite my efforts, I have not been able to reactivate my old account.
Thank you,
T.G.

I have already emailed Pinterest, but I am also reaching out here for assistance. I encountered an issue with my main business account that is linked to my personal non-business account, both under the same email address. When I tried to refresh my business account by logging out and back in, it disappeared when I attempted to switch back. Despite signing out and in again, it only leads me to my non-business account with an option to "Add account." I attempted to resolve this by changing my email, hoping it would impact only one account, but unfortunately, it affected both. Although I have been suspended before, the previous suspension was accompanied by an error code and prevented my account from being found by others. Currently, I can still see my account in the following list and message myself, but I am unable to access it.

Dear Pinterest Team,
I am reaching out regarding our account reinstatement attempts. We have not received a valid reason or explanation for our account suspension. Should we consider creating a new account? Are our branded pins lost forever? We are willing to make necessary changes but require guidance on resolving the issue. The responses received so far have been brief and do not address the problem adequately.
As newcomers to Pinterest, we might not be fully familiar with the platform's guidelines. However, abruptly canceling our account without clarification is concerning. We have observed other accounts and tutorials by certified Pinterest experts that appear similar or even less compliant than ours. We are eager to enhance our account but need constructive feedback and an opportunity to rectify any errors.
Our startup in the travel industry in Barcelona, Spain, has been impacted by the pandemic. During this period, we have been exploring new avenues for traffic generation. We have encountered no issues on other platforms and are open to suggestions for improvement.
Our images are sourced from reputable platforms, and we use tools like Tailwind for posting and AI-Writer for copyright checks. My colleague, Suzan Suemer, initially set up the account and has also contacted support without success.
We are currently developing our website and believe Pinterest is essential for our growth. We are eager to participate in the community but require assistance in unlocking our account and making necessary adjustments. Your prompt response and guidance on the next steps would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,

I created a personal account on Pinterest and then connected a business account under the handle @harmoniousway. Despite creating boards and pinning content, the account was not searchable, with the URL displaying as www.pinterest.com/harmoniousway/_saved/. I attempted to resolve this by researching online but eventually decided to delete both accounts and start fresh. Although I am unable to reuse the same email address, I am okay with that. However, when I tried to create a new business account unattached to a personal one, it indicated that @harmoniousway was unavailable as a handle. It seems this is because it's still linked to my deactivated accounts along with the email. I wish to use @harmoniousway as my handle for the new business account, aligned with my website name. Your assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Last night, my account (vinylold_53) was suspended. Thank you! I posted several, but not all fake profiles that my stalker used to follow me incognito. This was my way to ask for help from Pinterest. In the board THE TRUE STORY OF A STALKER, I showed the photos of how I was affected. I also reported it to the Cyber Police, as he entered my email and changed the passwords (being an electronic engineer). I beg you to check all the boards and see how many fake profiles were created to harm me and my mental state. I have contacted Pinterest many times for explicit help. If you want, I can prove what I am saying and send you significant material along with the report I made to the judicial authorities.
I have made many reports for SPAM. IT IS TRUE THAT IN THE BOARD OF FAKE PROFILES YOU WILL SEE THE LINKS I MARKED ON THE FAKE PROFILES.
MY STALKER had profiles on which no posts appear now, despite having posted over 7,[redacted].
(CARLO STELLATI)
I WAS SCREAMING SO LOUD (with the posts) because I was desperate, and you noticed that something was wrong.
Violence against women is a very current issue, and to this day, I have suffered greatly. I want to return to my account because my [redacted] followers appreciated me. As a woman and as a being, I have been massacred.
So please support me in my fight against violence.
I do not want to die at the hands of a stalker.
Please help me!!!!
Thank you,
JolandaPerko

I recently signed up for Pinterest but now I want to cancel my subscription. When I attempted to access my account, a series of checkboxes appeared on the screen, prompting me to select preferences for unsubscribing from Pinterest. Despite clicking on these options, I was unable to find a button to save my settings. I closed out of Pinterest, but I am still receiving emails from them. I no longer wish to receive these emails or be associated with Pinterest. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with unsubscribing, as I am unable to navigate the process independently based on the issues described above. I kindly ask for someone to reach out to me to provide guidance on unsubscribing or to handle the process on my behalf. It's important to note that I am not comfortable sharing any private details such as passwords or usernames.

I recently purchased a shark toy from Sheinv.com after seeing it on Pinterest. The product they advertised was an interactive shark toy that sang the baby shark song, made noise when tickled, and had interactive movements, all for $55.00 with $10.00 shipping. I placed the order on Oct. 10th, and unfortunately, I received a non-functional rubber shark on Nov. 13th. This item does not perform any of the expected functions and is essentially just a useless piece of rubber worth far less than what I paid. I am greatly disappointed, as this was meant to be a Christmas gift for my grandson. Despite sending them two emails, I have not received a response. I am seeking assistance in contacting the company to either receive a refund or the correct toy as advertised. Any guidance or support in resolving this issue would be appreciated.

Hello,
I have attempted to contact Pinterest Helpdesk regarding a copyright infringement issue multiple times. Despite my efforts and providing detailed information, the problem persists. I had to remove a pin from my board due to copyright concerns, but the direct links to the image still work. I have requested Pinterest to take them down, citing legal implications that could affect me. I have shared the copyrighted work's details and my reasons for removal. I have also deleted the pin from all boards, yet the links to the image remain active, leading to it appearing in Google search results. I have included my contact information, declaration of unauthorized use, and my full legal name, Alexander Matthias Schmidt. I have not received any update on the status of my request, leaving me uncertain about its progress. Your assistance and direct communication would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Alexander Schmidt

I need my account deleted as I did not sign up for it originally. The unsubscribe option is inaccessible, and essential information may need to be sent to you. The live chat does not allow entries, and the business phone seems fake or deactivated. I don't have or ever had a username. I refuse to create a Pinterest account to delete it or pay $5 for technical support to remove it. Your company may be violating legal statutes, especially with the unhelpful customer service attitude. My information was sold to your company illegally and unknowingly, which is a serious matter, not a joke. Please remove and unsubscribe my email immediately. I may consider joining a class-action lawsuit if my account is not deleted promptly. I will report these issues to the BBB for review of your company's practices.

While searching for quirky Christmas images on Pinterest recently, I noticed that many of the images are outdated and unappealing. It's frustrating that I have to sift through so much old content whenever I use the platform. As an Interior Designer, it's crucial for me to find current and trendy inspiration to share with my clients. Unlike Pinterest, Instagram allows users to curate their feed more effectively by dismissing irrelevant content. It would be great if Pinterest could improve its search results to provide more up-to-date and relevant images for users like me who are seeking the latest trends.

I am experiencing a hacking issue on Pinterest. My daughter, who has taken over three of my accounts, is struggling with addiction and has caused me harm in the past. Despite moving far away, she managed to find and take over my Pinterest and Facebook accounts, making me feel unsafe. My Pinterest account now shows pins related to parental abuse, which is distressing. I have evidence in the form of screenshots of threatening and inappropriate pins. I am seeking assistance to remove her from my accounts so that I can use social media without fear.

Hi there,
I recently made a Pinterest account, but unfortunately, it was disabled just two hours after I set it up. I received an email stating that I violated their Spam policy, even though I hadn't posted anything or started any campaigns. I filed an appeal but have not received a response from Pinterest yet. It's been four days since I submitted my appeal. Could someone advise me on how I can regain access to my account? Thank you.

As an educator in Hong Kong, I have been utilizing Pinterest for years to inspire my visual art and design classes. I guide my students to create new boards and gather reference materials at the start of each lesson, where they share their Pincodes in a media Album for easy review. Recently, some students reported their accounts being deactivated or deleted. Our school uses unique 6-digit numbers for Google accounts, and this issue has arisen in the last few weeks. I am unsure why this is happening and seek guidance as I am keen to foster visual research collection through Pinterest with my students.

There is someone, @gerryhookstra, repeatedly leaving false comments alleging I'm a puppy mill breeder on my posts. Despite my efforts, including blocking, she can still see and leave hurtful comments on my pins. I have no idea why she's targeting me. I reported her comments and asked her to stop, but the behavior continues. I'm unsure how to proceed other than restricting comments altogether, which I'm hesitant to do as I enjoy engaging with my followers. Any advice would be appreciated. My account is @tarasschnauzers. Thank you in advance for your help, Tara.

Hello!
I am interested in receiving information about advertising our Belgian company in Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.
I've heard that Pinterest previously didn't allow advertisers outside Canada or the US, but now they are permitting advertisers from Spain and Germany. Additionally, I noticed that the Shopify app for Pinterest is unavailable for download outside of the US or Canada.
Can you confirm if it's possible for my Belgian company to advertise and target Western Europe?
Thank you in advance.
- Max

Good morning. I am new to Pinterest and recently discovered that my Visa debit card number was stolen. Unauthorized attempts were made to pay for ads on Pinterest using my card. I have been receiving numerous emails since November 10th notifying me of failed Pinterest ad payments because I had already canceled the card. The individual using my stolen card number is using my email address, [redacted], to try and make these ad purchases under fake names like Natalie, Scarlett, and Addison. I am unsure if this is a person repeatedly trying to use the stolen card or automated messages until there's an update. Can you provide any assistance? It's concerning that someone is using my email for Pinterest ads with a stolen card as I do not use your services. Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Connie R.
