I recently discovered that individuals can send messages to my Gmail if they are following me on Pinterest. I trusted Pinterest's safety and allowed my daughter to have her own boards. After realizing a middle-aged man who followed my daughter's Pinterest boards contacted me through my Gmail, I am deeply concerned. My daughter only pins with my supervision through my phone, but this breach of privacy is alarming. If strangers can access personal Gmail accounts through Pinterest, this needs to be highlighted clearly. I am upset about this and await a response to address this issue promptly.

I need help with Pinterest. I accidentally deleted a board and I'm not sure how to get it back. The "Help Center" didn't address my problem. I'm worried about losing six years of content stored there. Some pinned topics are duplicated on my boards, and I'm only able to pin four things to my account. Deleting subjects from the page is also troublesome. I'm frustrated with these issues on Pinterest and need assistance.

I have 11,[redacted] products listed on my Shopify store, automatically created as pins on Pinterest. When attempting to select pins for an ad campaign, I encountered a problem with the search function. Searching by pin title does not display all relevant pins, making it difficult to efficiently choose products. Furthermore, when attempting to save products to a board, only a limited number are visible, with further products failing to load after scrolling through multiple pages. Despite spending three hours searching for a solution, I have been unsuccessful.
I am seeking assistance with the following queries:

Dear Sir/Madam, I recently found myself blocked by another Pinterest user for reasons I can't quite understand. I engaged with a photo from a Mr. Steven Proctor. Initially, he responded to my query, and when I replied, he simply sent a 'thumbs up' symbol. Due to my error, I accidentally clicked a 'black heart' symbol, which then transformed into a large red heart. In my attempt to correct this, I inadvertently ended up with four red hearts that I couldn't remove. I suspect these hearts were mistakenly included in my message. Although I promptly messaged Mr. Proctor to explain this mishap, I received no response. A day later, upon interacting with another of his photos, I was informed of being blocked by Mr. Proctor. I wish to clarify that the use of hearts was unintentional, and it is regrettable to be misunderstood. I assure you and Mr. Proctor that I am a [redacted]% heterosexual individual. Dear Pinterest Support, I have encountered an issue while trying to reply to messages on the Pinterest app on my phone. When I respond to someone, the keyboard obscures the text I'm typing after a few lines, making it hard to see what I'm typing. Additionally, at times the red pointer disappears, preventing me from sending the message. When the red pointer is visible, tapping it results in a "saving" message with a spinning red circle but no action. This problem only occurs with Pinterest messages. I am having an issue with Ootdmw.com, as seen on Pinterest. I ordered items that don't match what they advertise on Pinterest (false advertising perhaps? I'm not sure yet). I asked for an exchange for the items as shown online or a refund. The order total was €83. They offered me $25 as a solution (see response below). How should I go about resolving this dispute? Lately, I am being followed by numerous men with foreign names and receiving notifications daily about new followers. Furthermore, I received a message from one of them seeking to connect, which I declined due to lack of reason. I have noticed that every Pinterest board I own has a "collaborator" named jiggity+[redacted] I am certain of the person behind this and I did not authorize this individual. I am requesting to have this person removed from my account as they seem to have hacked into it, gaining access to all my boards and pins. They have also created an "all pins" board exposing my pins randomly, despite my boards being set to "private" except for one particular board named "Truth and Health to you." Can you legally confirm that this jiggity+[redacted] belongs to Allison Fernley, a stalker of mine? I am not asking for her removal, but rather for a formal identification for legal reasons. My board is managed by Toni Mann under a different email address.

Kürzlich stellte sich heraus, dass die Bilder in Pins von anderen eingefügt wurden. Meine Freunde und ich möchten allerdings nicht im Internet präsent sein (es wurden sogar TikToks zu den Fotos erstellt, was unerwünscht ist). Hier sind die Links zu den Seiten, auf denen ich sie entdeckt habe. Alternativ kann man einfach nach "Mottowoche Assi" suchen und findet Fotos, auf denen vier Mädchen zu sehen sind (eines mit roter Hose, eines mit Nike Cap und Gucci-Pantoletten sowie zwei Mädchen mit Dutt und schwarzer bzw. grauer Jogginghose).
Falls möglich, wäre es ideal, wenn die Fotos zügig entfernt werden könnten.

My idea pins, or story pins as some may call them, are not appearing in the bubbles at the top of my followers' feeds. To confirm this, I used one of my non-business accounts, and they are not showing up at all. A friend also checked and confirmed that my pins are missing. I've had a business account for nearly two years and have been posting idea pins for the same duration without any issues until now. I can see the pins on my profile page, and some non-followers have viewed them, but my intended audience is missing them. Despite various attempts like deleting the app, deactivating/reactivating, changing my account type, and trying different pins, the problem persists. I'm unsure if this can be resolved, but thought it's worth reaching out about.
