The PLATO Society of Los Angeles utilizes MailChimp for essential communications like registrations and password resets for members. Some individuals marking these emails as spam has negatively impacted PLATO's sending reputation, resulting in a reduced email limit to 27 emails per hour. It is frustrating that members would flag these emails as spam, causing this issue. Understanding the consequences of rejected emails and seeking clarification on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Elaine Reber.

I have an older account with Mailchimp that includes the free service. Yesterday, I tried to add a new user but had to revoke access for two users. Since the free service only allows one user, I couldn't add the new user. Can I restore access for the additional user to my longstanding free account? I don't require more features as I send only four newsletters annually. Despite this issue, I recommend Mailchimp to my clients. The account name is Gagliano Associates, LLC.

I designed a template with two columns throughout the body. On mobile devices, the columns are displaying all on the left side first and then all on the right. I've attempted to adjust the mobile options but have been unsuccessful in changing the column layout.
Is there a method to have the columns display in a left-right-left-right order? I have crafted approximately 30 emails following this format and I'm seeking a solution that doesn't require me to reconstruct them all.

As the new Executive Director of our organization, I am experiencing difficulties accessing our account due to the system requesting verification via a phone number of a person who is no longer with Anchorage School Business Partnerships. Furthermore, the email on file was changed some time ago and was never updated. This has resulted in me being unable to log in to our account. The email address currently on file is [redacted], and my contact email is now [redacted]

Good Morning,
I am Carlos Herradez. I did not authorize any payment for your services. In December, I used your service once and clearly stated my disinterest thereafter. Therefore, I request a refund for the unauthorized charges. I did not order anything and demand the return of the charged amount.
Sincerely,
C. Herradez

Hi! I need assistance with an issue I'm facing with Mailchimp. When I added new names and email addresses to my existing email list, Mailchimp started displaying one subscriber's name in front of all the new emails I added. For instance, if a new subscriber was [redacted], all the emails I added would show "JaneDoe" in the "From" bar in my Inbox, even though the correct names and email addresses were next to it. This mix-up is causing my Gmail to show this incorrect name for various people who emailed me. This problem only started after I added these names to Mailchimp, even though I haven't sent anything using Mailchimp yet. I am unsure if this is a Mailchimp or iCloud issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Catherine.

We have a Mailchimp account for our Neema-Huruma newsletters set up by Mary Kate Aston, who left five years ago. We used her login details to access the account until recently when Mailchimp started requiring verification. We need to access our account but do not have Mary Kate's mobile number or email she used for sign-up. Our current login details are: User ID: mkaston, password: Imbirikani#9. We require assistance in gaining access to our account to update the necessary information for our Spring Newsletter.

Hi Mail Chimp,
I have been trying to figure out how to remove the 'drop content blocks here' fields from my template. Despite reading that they are not visible live, I am still encountering issues with them appearing in pairs side by side on my template. This prevents me from utilizing them effectively by adding content. Additionally, previewing the template reveals that these fields are causing unwanted gaps where they are located. Could you please advise on how to delete these fields entirely from my template? Thank you.

As the administrator of a small nonprofit organization, I'm looking to join MailChimp as a customer. I need to transfer my current subscriber list, less than 90 contacts, from another service to send out monthly newsletters via MailChimp. In the past, I was able to manually import subscribers. Is this still an available feature? Additionally, I'd like to know if I can create multiple lists on MailChimp, such as one for the newsletter and another for a different part of the organization.

Hello,
I am unable to access my Mailchimp account after switching phones and not transferring the data from my previous Google Authenticator to my new phone. Now I am locked out of my account as it requires the authenticator code, which I no longer have access to since it is not set up on my new phone. I cannot edit or set up the authenticator without first logging into Mailchimp. Is there a way for Mailchimp support to disable the authenticator on my account so I can regain access? I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I am struggling to see good results from the campaigns I am sending out. Even though I put the effort into creating appealing content, the response I am getting is minimal. I would appreciate some guidance on what might be going wrong and how I can enhance the response rate. Since Mailchimp does not offer a customer service phone number, I am hoping someone could review my recent campaigns and target audiences to provide tailored tips and insights. I am open to upgrading my account if I can see the value in it. Please address any responses or recommendations to [redacted] The linked email for this account is [redacted]

I recently realized that my Mailchimp account now has 2-Factor Authentication activated for logging in outside of my office. We did not request this feature and need to disable it. I need to grant access to our graphic designer to modify our template. How can we turn off 2FA or authorize her to log in for this task? We can provide her phone number for 2FA if necessary.

Hello, I need help with the following issue: After logging in with my username and password, the page redirects to a login verification asking for a verification code. As a Catholic Church, we don't have a cell phone listed on the account. I selected the option to receive the code via email. There might be two other email addresses associated with the account: [redacted] or [redacted] Unfortunately, I am not receiving the email from MailChimp with the verification code to confirm our account.
I hope for your assistance. We value Mailchimp's service, especially with Ash Wednesday tomorrow; we wanted to reach out to our parishioners today with our schedule. We have a mailing list of [redacted] emails and clip art we've used over the past four years using the account. Please check and provide guidance.
Thank you very much and peace to you.

We utilize MailChimp for our church communications. The individuals managing this are no longer available and their contact information is outdated. We are struggling to access the verification code necessary to update the email and phone details for the new church contact, which should now be Bonnie Cole. Our Pastor's daughter, Bonnie Cole, also used the platform, and we are unable to reroute the verification process to her email. Our Pastor needs to inform the congregation about a recent loss. We have tried to update MailChimp with the relevant contact information to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Mail Chimp has been charging our small nonprofit business $72 a month, which we find difficult to afford. Despite using the service only once or twice in the last nine months, we have been consistently charged since October. We are in need of a non-profit rate, a sponsorship, or an arrangement to be billed only when the service is used. Our nonprofit hosts a free festival annually in June and requires the service to send a few emails before and after the event, not in between. The monthly charge of $72 is significantly impacting our account. We have previously tried to address this matter without success. While we appreciate the service when it is utilized, we cannot sustain monthly payments for unused services. We are struggling to find a phone number to call for assistance as the current communication channels have not been effective for us.

Hello support team! I am Howard S. I have been unable to access my account with the username hls313. After reaching out to Dexter for assistance, I was directed to the login verification, however, I still could not access it. In frustration, I created a new account under the username slaughter313, but unfortunately, I am still unable to log in. I kindly request that my Mailchimp account be permanently deleted. Please ensure that my credit/debit card ending in [redacted] is not charged. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

As the treasurer of the Grace Center of Charleston, I would like assistance with our Mailchimp plan. Zach Arnold initially set it up, but we now want to transition to our independent plan. We are looking into the possibility of exporting our existing data rather than starting anew and having to input everything from scratch. Assistance in navigating this transition would be greatly appreciated before we proceed.

Dear GetHuman,
I am Stefania C. from DlServices Ltd., reaching out to request more information about MailChimp services and for technical support on platform usage. I have noticed that there is no phone contact available for clients with the free package. Our company would like to better understand the platform's usage, potentially by activating a paid package if needed. Therefore, we would appreciate documentation with various proposals to review and address some technical issues simultaneously. Here are our requests:
- Understand why our emails are ending up in recipients' spam folders and resolve this issue.
- Change the sending email address.
- Remove MailChimp advertising from each email, even if it incurs a cost, and receive the contract terms.
- Learn how to include a button in a newsletter linking to a website or information.
- Change the language from English to Italian without creating a new account if possible.
I look forward to your response and hope for your prompt assistance.
Best regards

Good afternoon,
We would like to request a change in the registration email for the "casaxeuropa" account from [redacted] to [redacted] The email [redacted] has been closed and is no longer active. We are unable to make this change independently as Mailchimp continues to send a code to the email [redacted] for identification, which we are unable to view since the email is no longer active.
Kind regards,

To Whom It May Concern,
As a long-time user of Mailchimp's free service, I've come to rely on it for communicating with my customers. However, with Wordpress now offering a similar service for free, I find it challenging to justify staying with Mailchimp. My current issue revolves around retrieving my entire customer list, not just the subscribers. I have [redacted] contacts, with [redacted] as subscribers, and I'm unsure if the remaining [redacted] are receiving my posts. I respectfully request straightforward instructions on how to download my complete customer list. Your assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated. If this can be resolved, I may no longer need to use Mailchimp, considering Wordpress offers a similar service at no extra cost.
Best regards,
J. P. Harvey
