I previously reached out regarding the account recovery for [redacted] and the username kpmhs on www.adhd.doctor. Unfortunately, we have not been successful. I am new to the company and eager to resolve this issue. It seems there are 1, and possibly 2, contact lists that belong to us but are inaccessible, hindering our ability to utilize your services. We are keen on continuing to use your services, but without access, this is not possible. The individuals who managed the accounts are no longer reachable. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have been using Mailchimp for several years. The last newsletter I sent was in early September [redacted]. When I tried to log in last week to prepare my next newsletter, I was directed to a login verification page. I clicked on "send code to email," but I did not receive the email. My username is totallyirishgifts, and it seems like the code was sent to [redacted], which is not my email address, causing the code to get lost. Can anyone offer assistance? Thank you, Shauna.

Our organization recently discovered unauthorized activity in our bank account, prompting a review of our expenses. We have around [redacted] members who rely on MailChimp for our newsletter, currently paying $20 per month. Given our size and recent account compromise, I'm re-evaluating our expenses. Our account username is Women in Film and Television Nashville under the account WIFTNashville. One of our members uses the account, linking from IP address 99.[redacted].40.55 in Antioch, TN, USA. When prompted to update billing information, I'm unsure if we should be billed at all. Could a representative please reach out to guide us on how to proceed with our account usage? Thank you. Dear Mailchimp Support, I submitted two requests but have yet to receive a verification code from Mailchimp. The code is not being delivered to my email on file, [redacted] (Name: Light Reach). Please address this promptly as I am unable to send out a campaign without the code to access my account. I previously received confirmation from [redacted] that the account was created on 09/25/19. I am the secretary of a church that owns the MailChimp account we use for sending announcements to our church members. Recently, I have been unable to access the account due to login issues. After trying to recover the account by answering security questions and setting up email verification, I still couldn't log in the following day. I suspect someone may have tampered with the account settings. Unfortunately, the password reset instructions would go to an email ([redacted]) for which I don't have the password. Creating a new account isn't a solution as all the church members' emails for announcements are stored in the inaccessible account. The church's name is Faith Lutheran Church.

Dear Support Team, Username: mybarnite95 I recently purchased a standard subscription for $14.99, which should allow me to have up to [redacted],[redacted] contacts. I uploaded 15,[redacted] contacts and was incorrectly charged $[redacted] because according to Mailchimp, I am allowed to have only [redacted] contacts, which is incorrect. The free subscription permits up to 2,[redacted] contacts for free. I have downgraded my account to the free subscription, even though I have already paid for the standard subscription. We have a paid account with your service, getting billed on our credit card ending in [redacted] monthly. Today, I found only nine subscribers in our list instead of around 3,[redacted]. Upon checking, the system showed we have a FREE account with no billing information, despite the regular charges. Retrieving our full subscriber list is urgent as our email communication depends on it. This situation is critical for our operations. Your immediate assistance is needed to address this issue promptly.

I'm experiencing an issue with the email campaigns I've been sending out using Mailchimp for my client, whose account is under [redacted] While the majority of the campaigns have been successful, the last 3 or 4 haven't reached me or the rest of the mailing list. My assistant informed me this morning that they are unable to access our account or even reach customer support. I would appreciate it if you could send a message to the support team on our behalf. Please explain that both my assistant and I use the account, and we have updated the phone number for two-step authentication. However, the authentication codes I receive via text are not working, which prevents me from monitoring our campaigns. Kindly inform me of their response once you have contacted them. I was under the impression that Mailchimp was a one-time fee of $[redacted], but now I understand it is an annual charge. To proceed with a purchase order from our Procurement office for the yearly fee, I kindly request a credit to our account for the four monthly payments already made. Hello, I drafted 2 emails on Friday evening, but when I checked yesterday, one was missing entirely and the other only had an earlier version saved. I would like to request a permanent block be placed on my email address in your system. Someone has been using my email and signing me up for various services without my authorization, causing me to receive hundreds of emails daily with "mail chimp" noted at the bottom. This hinders my work productivity as I spend approximately 20 minutes each day unsubscribing from these unwanted emails. Kindly implement a permanent block to prevent further occurrences. Additionally, I kindly ask for the IP address of the individual responsible for these actions and the total number of accounts linked to my email address. I serve as the secretary for a fraternal scholarship organization known as the Alpha Nu Omega Alumni Association (501c3). Our membership is limited to less than [redacted] individuals, which is below the average for most businesses. We have been using MailChimp to distribute our newsletters to members with success, and I am responsible for creating these newsletters. We currently have a domain, website, and email account through GoDaddy, but the costs associated with these services are becoming burdensome for our organization. As our website renewal approaches in three months, we are exploring alternative options. I have experimented with the beta website builder offered by MailChimp and find it comparable to their newsletter templates, meeting our basic requirements. This platform is simpler than WordPress, making it easy for others to take over newsletter creation with minimal training. I have a few inquiries regarding permanently migrating our website to MailChimp. Firstly, GoDaddy suggested we needed an SSL for our domain - how does this factor in with a MailChimp site? If we switch our existing domain to a provider offering SSL, can we implement that with MailChimp's basic service? Secondly, should we opt for a MailChimp website, we would need to relinquish our current email address. While we don't heavily rely on our email account, we require a commercial email for sending newsletters. We are not attached to using Outlook for this purpose. Thirdly, is it mandatory for the free MailChimp website domain to include the "mailchimpsites" suffix? Although this was automatically added to the trial website I created, I noticed the option to select an alternative site domain name. Lastly, I have observed a subtle background watermark on the pages I created - is this a feature I inadvertently activated or a characteristic of the beta website trial? After MailChimp required us to upgrade due to unsubscribes counting towards our limit, we removed them and reverted to the free account with just over [redacted] subscribers, below the [redacted] limit. Despite this, they attempted to charge us for an additional month of paid service. As the payment failed, they prevented us from sending our weekly email blast to club members. If a swift solution isn't provided, we're considering exporting our contacts and switching to a different service provider.

I received an email today stating that the payment for my Mailchimp account under the username cynthiakc was declined. I ensured that there were no changes on my account and verified with the bank that everything is okay. Even after updating my CVV on the website, the payment continues to be declined. I am concerned about the threat to pause campaigns due to this issue.

It's possible there might be more than one account associated with Ayantra, Inc. I didn't set up this program originally, but I'm experiencing issues with editing cleaned emails. I need to re-add or correct them but am unable to do so. Some emails have spelling errors that need simple corrections, but I can't edit them. It's crucial we maintain contact with these individuals and vice versa, as they're not receiving our emails. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. If you're unable to help, I believe this is an issue your program and team should address.
