Dear all, I've been experiencing some difficulties with accessing my account for approximately a month. I'm currently awaiting a response from the support team regarding an issue with the acceptable use policy. I'm puzzled as I haven't engaged in any significant actions except for creating an email list compiled from visitors who signed up at the local farmers' market to send them updates. Regrettably, this has hindered my ability to upgrade my account and consequently has affected my ability to communicate with my email list and proceed with the upgrade for improved support. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. My account username is drinkfoxtail. Thank you.

I am working on my initial email blast to reach my customers. I want to offer a FREE eBook as an incentive for them to engage with my content and potentially set up a new autoresponder series. How can I include a sign-up option for the eBook in the email? What steps should I take to gather their email addresses through the email template and subsequently automate the process of sending out the eBook to those who sign up?

I organized a campaign and published a blog last night, but it didn't send out. I'm also uncertain about how to set up the email that goes out and what it should contain. I just wanted a standard email that mirrors my blog to be sent out whenever a campaign is launched. I'm really in need of assistance with this. My blog has been up for a while, and I've been facing issues with it the entire time. However, I did manage to set up the subscribe feature correctly.

I am new to CRM systems. Currently, my company utilizes CaseWorthy for our case management and metrics. We are seeking a marketing tool similar to MailChimp to enhance the promotion of our new financial literacy program within a specific city area. Our goal is to send group emails, texts, and newsletters efficiently. The feature of tracking when emails are opened is appealing as it aligns with our program's requirement for multiple touchpoints. We aim to promote financial workshops and share wealth-building messages with our community. Integration with CaseWorthy for reporting purposes is important to us. We are interested in learning more about pricing and additional features that align with our needs, such as campaign management. Our department consists of two users.

I need to import my [redacted] email list from another server to Chimp Mail. Unfortunately, the list is not formatted with tables, so I created a shorter list of 34 emails without names for import. I encountered an issue when trying to upload it under my List Name "Marquette Index." When selecting "emails" from the dropdown and clicking "next," I was taken to a "resolve" window indicating I hadn't selected an option, despite having done so. I have spent the morning trying to import my CSV file without success due to the table formatting. I fear I may need to manually input all [redacted] emails. Can you assist me in importing my email list?

Hello, I'm Tinda Holland, the Executive Director of The Concerned Kids charity in Toronto, Canada. We utilize MailChimp to communicate with elementary school principals. Recently, while importing lists, an error occurred leading to a high bounce rate due to the incorrect extension used by my Program Director. Although the issue has been corrected, I am now unable to import more names in bulk. Manually adding them is not feasible, and the suggested double opt-in process is time-consuming for us. I seek assistance to reinstate our previous status to continue our important outreach efficiently. Thank you for your help. Warm regards, Tinda Holland.

Hello, I encountered an issue while manually importing contacts. To clarify, I inputted the email address, name (separated by a space), phone number (also separated by a space), and city on the same line. Upon attempting to import, I was prompted with an error stating the requirement of at least one email address column. Subsequently, when I clicked a button located at the bottom right corner (I cannot recall its exact label), the import page was reset, leading to the loss of all the information I had diligently typed over the course of an hour. Although I accessed the Import history section, the option "Import from copy/pasted file" displayed an incomplete status without the ability to select "undo" or "view." I seek guidance on how to retrieve the list of contacts I painstakingly inputted and intended to import under the title "Major Companies & Labels (Maisons De Disques)." Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, K.V.

Hello MailChimp Support, I am experiencing an issue with accessing our account. Due to a change in staff, we are unable to log in as the previous admin, who did not provide us with the necessary login details. Despite our attempts to use other email addresses, we have been unsuccessful in gaining access. Regrettably, the previous admin, Valerie Vuille, has been uncooperative. As MailChimp is crucial for our press releases and campaigns, we urgently need to resolve this situation. Our account details are as follows: Account Name: SAJV Former Admin Email: [redacted] We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with her login credentials or assist in appointing one of our Managers, such as Coco Loco, as the new admin. This way, we can continue to manage our account and settle any outstanding payments promptly. Thank you for your assistance in advance.

I recently reset my phone and lost access to my 2-factor authentication codes for my account. Despite reaching out to support multiple times via email, I have not received a response yet. I believe there should be a way to verify my identity using the phone number on my account. It's crucial for me to pause and update my current campaigns to avoid them being marked as spam due to outdated information. I have a process in place utilizing the API successfully. Would it be advisable to use the API to deactivate 2-factor authentication? Is that even a possibility?

Hello MailChimp, I need your assistance with an issue regarding my campaign test messages. After sending the first test message to 4 addresses on our Test List, I received a notification stating that my account with the username Global Wellness Solutions has been disabled due to a review by Omnivore, the automated abuse prevention system. The message mentioned that there was content or actions conflicting with the Acceptable Use Policy or posing a risk to deliverability. I am unsure why this occurred as our business is legitimate, and the test message sent only went to internal email addresses. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, S.S.

I am facing an issue with accessing my OktoberfestDepot MailChimp account. When attempting to log in, the system indicates that there is no account associated. This is surprising as I have not encountered any login problems previously. Our account had over [redacted] contacts, and we regularly send campaigns from this account. We were on the verge of upgrading to a paid plan due to our business growth. Our email list consists of attendees from German festivals who willingly share their contact information after making purchases. We utilize Brite Verify to ensure the validity of our email list. I hope that any suspension or disappearance of our account can be rectified promptly, as we adhere to ethical standards and put significant effort into gathering these contacts. It is frustrating to experience this issue, especially considering the lack of communication regarding the problem. As we consider upgrading to a paid plan, we are evaluating whether to continue using MailChimp or explore alternatives with better customer support accessibility. Your immediate assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Good afternoon, I am Paola Ospina, the new Marketing Director of [redacted] Park House Hotel in Bogota, Colombia. We are looking to reactivate our accounts and would like to confirm their status with your platform. If the accounts are inactive, we are prepared to make a payment of USD 75 directly through Mailchimp to resume services promptly. Please advise on the next steps to reinstate our accounts. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Paola Ospina

Our Calvary Chapel Worship Center account with the username "ccwcnpr" and password "Awakening2018@" linked to the email contact [redacted] is experiencing difficulties with a verification code being sent to an incorrect phone number. The correct contact number is [redacted]. This has caused a problem with logging in and updating payment information, as a notice of declined payment was received recently. I am a university office worker who relies on MailChimp for our newsletter distribution. We encountered email bouncing issues due to outdated lists, prompting us to switch to a double opt-in system. To streamline our operations, I created a new sign-up form and aimed to consolidate all our lists into one. However, I faced a setback when I realized I couldn't upload contacts due to the account restriction. With course registrations ongoing, sending out a newsletter is urgent, but we currently lack a recipient list. I wondered if MailChimp could temporarily disable the double opt-in requirement or directly send the sign-up form to contacts without manual entry. This would ensure efficiency and allow for demographic data collection without labor-intensive manual input.

Lakewood Community Services Center has recently launched its Winter [redacted] campaign. During the campaign, we encountered 50+ hard and soft bounces from email addresses. We have since deleted the unverified addresses and edited the ones with fixable errors. To correct them, I clicked on the email address, selected EDIT, made the necessary changes, and saved the edits, marking them as CLEANED. However, I have noticed that these corrected emails are now not being accepted due to previous bounce issues. To clarify, none of the corrected emails have ever bounced; only the incorrect versions did. For example, [redacted] bounced, while the corrected version [redacted] was never sent incorrectly. How can I ensure these corrected contacts are captured correctly? Thank you.

I am encountering an issue with MailChimp as the email address linked to reset my password seems to be incorrect. Despite attempting to reset the password due to forgetting the old one, the email address starting with the letter "w" provided does not match any of our organization's email addresses. I am Erik Metzdorf, the company owner, and my MailChimp username is metzystaqueria. Since last night, my marketing coordinator and I have been struggling to sign in without success. Regrettably, we have been unable to locate a contact number for assistance, leading to significant frustration. Kindly reach out to me on my cell phone at [redacted] promptly so we can resolve this matter swiftly.

My account was unexpectedly restricted on Monday, and I have been unable to access my email all week. It's crucial that I send it promptly. Despite reaching out to MailChimp on Monday to address this, I have yet to receive a response. I have authorization to email all recipients as they have either enrolled in my class, provided their email at an event for class updates, or subscribed via my website. I suspect my use of a VPN triggered the automated system due to privacy concerns. Despite deactivating the VPN, the account remains restricted. Please inform me promptly of the reason so I can send the email to my customers. After investing significant time preparing the email, I was disappointed to encounter this issue without any explanation. Thank you.

In the past, I set up campaigns and lists using Mailchimp's free account option for automation. When the feature was initially discontinued, I switched to Convertkit. However, now that automation is back on Mailchimp, I've installed the Mailchimp Plugin on my WordPress site, fabulouslyfit.com. I've created a new form to better suit my current needs and changed the code within the Mailchimp form on WordPress. Unfortunately, when I test the form, it doesn't direct to the new campaigns in the recently associated "Live Long Free Report [redacted]" list I created. Although I can see my test email has been added to the list, I'm not receiving anything. Despite watching various YouTube tutorials and reading through articles, I'm still unable to resolve this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
