Subject: Refund Request for Seat Allocation Issue - Booking Ref WSLLA9 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request a refund for a seat allocation issue on my recent trip from Frankfurt to Victoria Falls and back. My Booking Reference is WSLLA9 and my Ticket number is [redacted][redacted]. Upon boarding in Barcelona, I noticed that the assigned seat on my Boarding Card was different from the one I had paid for and selected. The staff mentioned it was a similar seat, but it was not suitable for me, being over 1.87 meters tall. The return journey also had a similar problem with the seat not being as paid for, leading to discomfort throughout the trip due to limited legroom. I kindly ask for a prompt refund of the total amount of [redacted] euros spent on seat selection. Dear Sir/Madam, I am requesting the email address and phone number for the baggage store at Frankfurt airport. My son, C.M., traveled from Bucharest to Sao Paulo via Frankfurt. Due to a delay on the first flight, he missed his connection and had to stay overnight in Frankfurt. The airline staff assured him they would transfer his luggage to the new flights, but upon arrival in Curitiba, his baggage was missing. He, being a seaman currently at sea, urgently needs his belongings which are all in that suitcase. The vessel's agent has contacted Latam Airlines Group, who confirmed that the baggage was not loaded onto the flights in Frankfurt and Sao Paulo. Thank you in advance.

Dear Sir/Madam, Good day. I kindly request the email address and phone number of the baggage store at Frankfurt Airport. Due to a delay on his first flight (LH1421 on June 29th at 18:35), he missed his connecting flights and his itinerary was changed. A staff member in Frankfurt assured him that his luggage would be rerouted accordingly. However, upon arriving in Curitiba, his luggage was missing. He has filed a lost baggage report as all his belongings are in the suitcase. He is currently at sea working as a seaman. I submitted a refund request over a year ago, but I have yet to receive any update or response regarding my refund. On January 20, [redacted], my flight LH978 from Dubai was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight LH631. Due to this situation, I had to pay [redacted] euros for a new antigen test as my COVID test had expired. Despite being at the airport for over 30 hours, the company did not provide any accommodation or meals as promised by the customer service representative. Eventually, I was rebooked on flight LH980 the following day. I am seeking information on when I can expect to receive my [redacted] euro refund for the antigen test and compensation for the flight delay.

Hello, We recently made a flight reservation through Lufthansa with the flight being operated by United Airlines. After contacting Lufthansa regarding traveling with our pet, we were initially given misinformation about the pet policy by a Lufthansa representative. When we tried to make the necessary arrangements following their guidance, we received an email from United Airlines stating that our pet couldn't accompany us due to their policy, leaving us unable to cancel the booking as it was outside the 24-hour window. Our attempts to discuss alternatives or changes with a customer service representative were met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. My son's Lufthansa flight from Dublin Airport to Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila on July 8, [redacted] (Booking Reference: SH3UJI) was scheduled 2 months prior; however, upon arrival at the airport, his name couldn't be found in the system. After losing my wife and son, my daughter and I have been approved to sponsor a Ukrainian citizen to come to the US. We were misinformed by Lufthansa about bringing her dog, Chia, with her on the flight. Despite having all the necessary paperwork for Chia, she was denied boarding due to her size. I made a booking with Lufthansa for a flight from Naples to Bremen from August 1st to the 7th. The original departure time from Naples was at 13:10 with a layover in Munich, and the subsequent flight to Bremen was at 18:40 with flight numbers LH1877 and LH2196. Today, July 13th, I discovered on the Lufthansa website that they changed my flight times. The new departure is at 17:20 from Naples to Munich and at 21:45 from Munich to Bremen. I am upset that this change was made without consulting me. Additionally, it is frustrating that I cannot reach them as their official phone number is constantly busy. Our group of four experienced a flight cancellation after boarding from Munich to Zagreb. Unfortunately, all our checked bags were lost, leading us to buy extra clothing and essentials. We received two bags after 9 days in the USA and one more after 11 days at the airport. However, the fourth bag is still missing. When attempting to claim the [redacted] Euro reimbursement for delayed bags, we were informed our flight wasn't eligible due to it being weather-related, despite clear weather that day (June 24). The pilot shared our confusion about the cancellation. How can we seek compensation for the expenses we incurred during the trip?

I planned for a relaxing vacation in Copenhagen before heading to a festival, but it was a nightmare from the start. After a 2-hour flight delay, the worst flight experience and food, I arrived only to find my luggage missing. Hours of waiting, only to discover they hadn't sent it. I spent hours in line at the airport, finally getting my luggage, but it was the wrong bag. Hours more to file reports, stranded in slippers and borrowed clothes. Forced to spend money on essentials, left with no clothes, no money, and my festival plans ruined. I ended up sleeping on a staircase and even had my phone stolen. This whole ordeal has left me devastated and frustrated. I hope for proper compensation for the chaos caused by Lufthansa. - Jan K.

I am looking for information about my son's lost racing bicycle that went missing on its way from Canada to Frankfurt to Belgium last weekend (July 10). I have reached out to the North America Lufthansa baggage center, who informed me that it should be delivered. However, my son has been unable to connect with anyone from Lufthansa in Europe. The phone lines are constantly busy, with no luck getting through. My recent call to the North American number had me on hold for an hour, only for the agent to take the baggage claim number and never return. I am reaching out regarding the email correspondence I sent earlier. It has been three weeks since my seat on the Munich to Montreal flight on June 24th was canceled at Munich Airport. Upon arrival at the gate for check-in, I was informed that there was no ticket or seat assigned to me, despite receiving confirmation emails from LH. Baggage Loss! Our suitcase has not arrived at RSW yet. A loss report was filed at EW Discover (no Lost & Found at RSW), but we did not receive a receipt for it. The ground staff seems overwhelmed. The EW Discover counter is only open for flight processing, making it challenging to inquire about our missing baggage. We have been checking at RSW every flight day. The suitcase was supposedly found in FRA on 10.07.[redacted]. We are a family of 3, and all our belongings are in that suitcase. We need to know when to expect the delivery of our luggage. Without a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) number, we cannot even report any damages, which the RSW ground staff seems unaware of. How do you propose we proceed? We are quite upset, have no luggage, and need to manage with some essential items we purchased for ourselves and our young daughter. When will we get our suitcase?

Hello, I accidentally left one of my bags at the Barcelona (Spain) Airport while transferring between United and Lufthansa Airlines. I was flying in Business Class from Washington DC to Munich via Barcelona. The bag contains essential items, including my medications. The Baggage Tag number is 0[redacted]81, and I flew on July 6th departing and arriving in Barcelona on July 7th. The missing bag is a Black with White Stripe Upright bag with a large Green Ribbon and a small Blue Ribbon. I am unable to return to Barcelona to check the Lost and Found myself.
