Refund requests with reference numbers WYF7SX for Bradley and Venter, and J2DLQ2 for Godley were submitted two years ago. Status Travel in Queenstown, Eastern Cape ceased operations in [redacted] due to COVID-19. As the agent who sold the tickets, I have been trying to secure these refunds for my clients. Despite providing the clients' banking information to Lufthansa, the refunds have not been processed. I have contacted LH customer services multiple times, but they advise me to reach out to Customer Relations. Unfortunately, my emails to Customer.Relations @ Lufthansa.co are bouncing back. I am seeking urgent assistance with these pending refunds.

I bought a premium economy ticket for my return trip from Berlin to Los Angeles for $[redacted]. I needed to change my flight to the 22nd due to a medical issue, which I did by calling Lufthansa on the 18th. The agent mentioned a $45 fee for the change, assuring me I would still be in premium economy. However, I was not informed that there were no premium economy seats available or that my ticket had been downgraded to economy. I contacted Lufthansa again on the 21st to find a solution, but the call got disconnected. I have recordings of both conversations and my original premium economy ticket.

I bought a premium economy ticket for the return leg of my trip from Berlin to Los Angeles, costing $****. Due to a medical issue, I rescheduled my flight from the **th to the **nd by contacting Lufthansa, with the agent confirming the change for an extra $** while maintaining the premium economy class. However, upon calling on the **st, I discovered my ticket had been downgraded to economy without my knowledge. I had requested to fly on a different day in premium economy if no seats were available. A female agent tried to assist me in finding a similar priced premium economy ticket but we got disconnected. I never agreed to downgrade to economy. I am now seeking to have my ticket rebooked back to premium economy as close to the original price as possible due to my medical needs and financial constraints.

Subject: Missing Bag Issue - Urgent Assistance Needed From: G. Donovan Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Hello, I am Gaye Donovan, and I am contacting you regarding an issue with my missing luggage. My husband and I traveled from Munich to San Francisco on July 12, [redacted]. Unfortunately, only two out of our three bags arrived at our destination. The missing bag is identified with the locator code LH009761. It has been ten days since our arrival, and I am still without my essential summer clothing and other belongings. I received an email on July 15th indicating that my bag was on its way to SFO, but I have not received any further updates since then. As I am preparing for additional travel, I urgently require assistance in locating my missing bag. Your prompt response and guidance on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, G. Donovan

Hello, I am writing about my flight from Frankfurt to Mumbai LH756 that was supposed to depart on May 15, [redacted]. We were informed of a delay due to technical issues just before our scheduled departure time of 13:20. Despite being told the issue would be resolved in 20-30 minutes, the delay extended without a definite solution, causing confusion. Ultimately, after various rescheduled times and the possibility of flying the following day, the departure was shifted to 16:45 on May 16, [redacted]. The delay in our arrival at Mumbai airport also impacted us significantly. According to your policy, during such delays, refreshments were expected at Frankfurt Airport, which we did not receive. As the delay exceeded 3 hours, compensation due to us under passenger rights regulations is warranted. With 3 bookings on the affected flight, I am seeking prompt action regarding the compensation process for all tickets. I am prepared to provide passenger details as needed. I trust that this matter will be addressed promptly, and I eagerly await your response. Thank you, Dhruvi Mehta

Hello! I am concerned about the last day of our "Bucket List" trip to Ireland and am looking to extend our flight departure time to the next day. Currently, our transfer from Kingscourt is scheduled to pick us up at 3:00 am for a 5:55 am flight from Dublin to Detroit, Michigan. This would mean cutting out our last day in Ireland entirely, which would be physically difficult for our family, especially my 82-year-old mom, after a long day of touring on July 28th. If possible, could you change our flights for the four of us to leave on the 10:40 am flight on July 30th? This would give us time to rest and prepare for the journey home. Thank you for your assistance! Best regards, Susan K. Nahhas

Subject: Regarding Flight Cancellation and Refund Process Flight reference: KQV2HZ, [redacted]6 Upon receiving notification that our flights, operated partly by Lufthansa, were canceled, we promptly contacted Lufthansa and Swiss Air. Despite the unavailability of reasonable alternatives to continue our holiday to Bangkok, we are struggling to obtain confirmation in writing for the purpose of initiating the refund process. Both airlines have directed us to our booking partner, vliegtickets.be, for processing the refund. Regrettably, vliegtickets.be and the public database still show our flights as confirmed, hindering any progress. This situation is causing further distress on top of our already compromised holiday experience. We kindly request your assistance in ensuring that our flight cancellation is accurately reflected, and that compensation is promptly arranged. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Good morning, On July 2, [redacted], my son and I traveled with your airline from Costa Rica to Frankfurt with a connecting flight to Barcelona. Upon arrival in Germany, we received the attached email notifying us of a change in our original itinerary. I am currently working with the Costa Rican insurer (INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE SEGUROS) to claim a refund for the loss and rescheduling of that flight. They are requesting confirmation from Lufthansa, explaining the reasons for the change. The media has made it clear that the flight suspensions affecting over [redacted],[redacted] passengers, including myself and my son (ANA MARIA RUIZ CASTRO & SAMUEL CAMPOS RUIZ), were due to a warning strike by Lufthansa ground employees demanding a 9.5% salary increase. I need confirmation from you that the cancellation and rescheduling, lasting 19 hours and including accommodation, transfers, and meals, was due to the strike. Please reply to this email at [redacted] Thank you for your understanding and attention.

I am writing because I experienced issues with a Lufthansa flight from Toronto to Tehran on June 19. My mother was supposed to board the flight but it was unexpectedly canceled, causing inconvenience. In preparation for the flight, I contacted Lufthansa customer service on June 17 to request a wheelchair, add my email to the booking, and pay for additional luggage. Although I was charged $[redacted].52 for the extra luggage, the services were not fully executed. Upon arrival at the airport, it was discovered that the payment for the extra luggage was not reflected on the ticket. Ultimately, my mother flew with Turkish Airlines, but Lufthansa failed to communicate the paid extra luggage to them. Consequently, I had to pay an additional $[redacted] to Turkish Airlines for the third luggage. Despite multiple attempts to obtain a refund for the unused services, I have not received the reimbursement. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Below are the passenger and flight details for your reference: Passenger: Safieh Sadeghianamin Address: #[redacted], 38 Carluke Crescent, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M2L2J4 Phone Number: (+1)[redacted] Flight Number: Lufthansa LH [redacted] Flight Date: June 19, [redacted] Ticket Number: ETKT [redacted][redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter. Subject: Request for Credit for Booking LOQVPR Dear Customer Relations at Lufthansa, I am a loyal customer who has been flying with Lufthansa for over 52 years. I want to address an issue regarding my recent booking. I originally had a non-stop flight from SFO to Munich booked on March 18 with the ticket number OSW5ZL, departing on May 13. Due to circumstances beyond my control, my reservation was changed by Lufthansa on March 25, and on April 18, I received a full refund instead of the intended rebooking. I later booked another non-stop flight from SFO to Munich on May 27 with booking code LOQVPR, and unfortunately, I had to cancel this flight for health reasons. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to your customer service, I have not received any communication regarding a credit or voucher for the unused ticket. I recently received a partial refund of $[redacted].26, leaving $1,[redacted].09 unused. As a senior citizen, I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I kindly request a voucher or credit for the remaining balance of $1,[redacted].09 so I can utilize these funds for a future booking. I am disappointed by the lack of support I have encountered and hope for a swift resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Hildegard H. I am reaching out on behalf of my daughter, who is deeply upset about having to cancel her flight to Australia for health reasons at the last minute. I have emailed Lufthansa requesting to reschedule the flight (£[redacted].70) instead of losing all the money, as she also had to cancel her 6-week Australian East Coast tour but could potentially rebook for early September if the flight is rescheduled. Her booking details are as follows: Booking code: KMQU7R Ticket number: [redacted][redacted]-26 Flight date: 24/07/22 Return date: 21/09/22 Date of booking flight: May [redacted] Cancelled flight: 24/07/22 My daughter, in distress, had to make a decision to cancel the flight due to unexpected covid symptoms the day before her journey. She has been saving for this trip for over three years and was not adequately advised on her options. She wants to defer and rebook the flight at a later date without losing most of the cost. Your understanding and assistance in rescheduling her flight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Gillian Spain

Hello, I am Yuval Ben Shach, and my family has made reservations for two flights with Lufthansa in August. The first flight is on August 6th, LH681, and the second flight is on August 19th, LH684. My grandfather, Eliezer Sicherman, will be flying with us on both flights. Over the past five years, my grandfather, "Eli," has been dealing with back pain and a condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis, which makes sitting with limited leg space very painful for him. Last year, he fell at his home, worsening his back condition. We are concerned about his comfort and well-being, especially as we start and end our vacation in Germany. Therefore, I kindly request your consideration in upgrading Eli to Business class so he can have a more comfortable flight experience. Thank you, Yuval Ben Shach

My flight to Bucharest was cancelled last night. I am currently in Orlando. The airline rebooked me for a day later with three connecting flights. Despite calling twice to get checked in and adjust my return flight, I was disconnected after being on hold for almost an hour each time. No one has followed up with me. I am still unable to check in for the new flights. Due to the delay, my Greece tour has been rescheduled, and I now need to return from Athens on the 19th. However, I have been unable to get assistance from the airline. When I called last night, I was told to speak to the airport personnel, who in turn directed me to call the airline. I have made two unsuccessful attempts to reach out and feel abandoned as I am unable to speak to anyone at the company.

The ticket numbers are [redacted][redacted] for Sabrina JARRELL and [redacted][redacted] for Natalia JARRELL. The Lufthansa open tickets are [redacted] and FB ID [redacted]3. I am seeking a refund of 6,[redacted].27 euros for the costs I incurred. I have provided a detailed list of expenses incurred after the return flight on 07.07.[redacted]. Despite no response or compensation yet, I had to secure a loan to cover these expenses to adhere to my travel plans.

I submitted a request for compensation for our canceled Lufthansa tickets without receiving any response. On August 4, my wife and I were supposed to fly from Gothenburg to Munich (LH2433) and then to Nice (LH [redacted]). The flight to Nice was canceled, and although we received compensation for the flight to Munich on the same day, we didn't receive anything for the flight to Nice. We had a short holiday planned, and it was crucial for us to reach Nice on time. I had to purchase a one-way ticket from another airline to make it to Nice as scheduled. As a result, we couldn't use our Gothenburg departure ticket due to the cancellation. I am requesting compensation for the canceled departure from Gothenburg. Booking No: NXGQWL. Best regards, F.A.

On July 1, I flew from Fort Myers to Frankfurt with Eurowings. I faced challenges with the connecting flight to WAW due to a prolonged security check. Despite running to the new gate provided on my boarding pass, I missed the flight, unaware of the last-minute gate change. I sought assistance at the Lufthansa counter, directing me to contact Eurowings Discovery. After hours on hold, I was rebooked for the following day, incurring a [redacted] EURO hotel cost. However, upon arrival for the rescheduled flight on July 3, I was not on the passenger list despite email confirmation. With no available seats, I purchased a new ticket for [redacted] EURO. To add to the ordeal, my luggage was missing until July 7. I request reimbursement for the [redacted] EURO ticket and the [redacted] EURO hotel cost due to the inconveniences, stress, and financial losses endured during this travel experience.

Subject: Unfair Treatment and Refund Request - Opodo Booking Reference: [redacted] Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the treatment I received from Opodo UK, a travel agency affiliated with your organization. I had a booking to travel to Nigeria on April 6th, returning on April 12th, [redacted] via Frankfurt with Lufthansa LH [redacted]. However, upon arriving at Manchester Airport, I was denied boarding due to the lack of a transit visa, which was not specified during my booking process on the website. Despite my efforts to reschedule for December, I was informed that my ticket was forfeited and no refund could be provided. This situation has been incredibly distressing for me, especially considering the circumstances of my travel, which involved a family bereavement.
