Last night, my account "kyrieirving11" was hacked. I believe the hacking occurred shortly after updating my information. Despite verifying my email and phone number, within five minutes, my account was compromised. I received emails notifying me of the changes, although the hacker forgot to update my contact email. The hacker demanded $70 under the threat of hacking my other accounts and edited the bio of my page. Despite paying as a business transaction, the hacker did not return the account. I've reported the incident, and the page seems to have been removed, possibly by Instagram. I wish to recover my account with 21k followers and [redacted] posts. I lack access to the original email and phone number but can show emails confirming recent changes. This experience has been distressing, and I seek assistance in restoring my account promptly. My account has been locked for almost a year now, but today, I am determined to regain access. After reinstalling Instagram, I attempted to log in and received a message about a suspicious login attempt from Houston, Texas, my location. Despite knowing my login information, I used a random email that I no longer have access to, preventing me from logging in. I used to have my account @__qhizar_aman__ but I couldn't log in successfully on different devices. When I attempted to open it on my mom's phone, it didn't work. I tried something, and now there's another account with the same username and password. I found this confusing, so I deleted the new account since my original account was inaccessible on any phone. I came across an advertisement for a kayak deal on my feed. Presumably, it appeared because I've been looking into purchasing one and exploring various options. I impulsively decided to take advantage of a factory clearance deal advertised and made the purchase. I received a receipt promptly, but only after a week later, I was informed of a delay in shipment tracking. After waiting another week without any updates, I attempted to reach out via email twice. With no response and growing concern, I visited the website again, only to discover it had vanished. This company seems to be perpetrating fraud on Instagram by luring unsuspecting customers. I have already reported their page through official channels, but I am seeking additional steps to ensure the account is shut down and to prevent further fraudulent activities.

I manage a business account for Holidays by Orient Travel (@holidaysorient) and recently encountered an issue accessing it. When I try to log in, I receive an error message stating "Unknown network error," and upon further investigation, I discovered the account is no longer accessible. Surprisingly, there was no prior warning or notification about the account being removed.
Interestingly, even though the account has disappeared, scheduled posts through Hootsuite are still being published without any errors being reported. However, the account is no longer connected to Facebook, and I have stopped receiving emails from Instagram.

This afternoon, I received an email informing me that my account email address for chelseafarmerxx was changed from ‘[redacted]’ to ‘[redacted]’. I did not make this change, and I do not have the latter email account. I have tried to revert this change, but it requires a security code sent to the second email address, which is not mine, preventing me from accessing my Instagram account. Can you please change my chelseafarmerxx account email back to [redacted]? I recently changed my username from chelseagrummettxx to chelseafarmerxx due to getting married. Good evening, I am having an issue with two Instagram accounts linked to the phone number +[redacted]60. One account was blocked and disabled due to guidelines violation, which I understand. My account was compromised, and the hacker changed all my login details. Despite sending multiple emails to Instagram with proof of identity, the issue remains unresolved. I have followed their instructions to reset the password by providing verification codes and holding up my ID, but Instagram claims they cannot confirm my age and requests the same proof repeatedly. The hacker changed my profile to the username "konniagnes" from "davidcagle03," featuring a picture of me and my daughter. I urgently seek assistance as the situation could involve a potential danger. I ask for a resolution from Instagram by providing the requested information numerous times already.

I have contacted support several times regarding this issue. I am unable to share posts from my feed to my story, nor can I share a story where a friend has tagged me. I initially thought it might be my phone causing the problem, but even with a new Samsung Galaxy S10, I am still facing the same problem. Despite being a beta tester for a few months now, I have not received access to this feature, which is frustrating. There are others on a Reddit thread facing the same issue. Hello everyone! I'm a travel blogger who created my Instagram account 10 months ago to share photos of stunning travel spots. In December [redacted], I discovered that another account was stealing my personal photos and pretending to be me. The account name was @yasemin16bursa and had a substantial following of over 73,[redacted] followers. My own account (@bebe_rf) was older with around 3,[redacted] followers, and I used it for my graphic design work. Despite reporting the fake account with evidence, Instagram claimed there was no issue. To my surprise, minutes later, Instagram closed my account, accusing me of impersonation. The fake account continued to post my photos for a day before Instagram finally took it down after multiple reports. Since then, I've made numerous attempts to recover my account, providing IDs, but Instagram has not responded. I even reached out to Facebook's Help Center without success. I'm desperately trying to regain access to my @bebe_rf account as it contains work contacts, cherished memories (like the first chat with my boyfriend), and my artwork.

As a student, I recently created a dance video that I poured a lot of effort into and wanted to promote on my main Instagram account. To ensure it met the guidelines, I initially posted it on a separate account, which was approved. However, upon reposting on my main account for promotion, it was unexpectedly disapproved after waiting for over an hour. This situation is disheartening after dedicating two months to this project. I diligently removed any profanity to align with Instagram's regulations. It's frustrating given that I know of other videos with explicit content that were permitted for promotion. I encountered an issue while trying to post from my phone, where the post would not load completely and got stuck. After attempting to repost and facing the same issue, I deleted the Instagram app and reinstalled it. However, now I can't log into either my influencer account (22.4k followers) or my personal account (both linked to the same phone number). The error message "We’re sorry but something went wrong. Please try again." appears. I also tried logging in from my computer but received a message stating, "We couldn’t connect to Instagram. Make sure you’re connected to the internet and try again." I have verified my username and password and confirmed my internet connection.
