I am reaching out regarding my Instagram account, "pastamanufaktur_saarbruecken," which has been hacked, causing a major issue as it is my business account. Previously, it was linked to my private account, "tinabonaffinicaputo" (Tina Bonaffini Caputo), but unfortunately, they are no longer connected. I received a blackmail message via WhatsApp demanding payment for the return of my account. When attempting to reset the password using the "Forgot Password" option, I noticed that the email for the reset is now displayed as "h******m@s*****.com" instead of "t**a@m***********.de" as it should be. Additionally, the WhatsApp message with extortion threats came from the number "+90 [redacted] [redacted] 35 69."
I would appreciate guidance on how to regain access to my account, pastamanufaktur_saarbruecken. In the meantime, I have created a new account as "pastamanufakur_saarbruecken" (note the missing second "t") to assist temporarily.

Yesterday, on 8/23/23, I set up a business IG account under the name Gage Endodontics. I uploaded two pictures, one of our office and another featuring dippin' dots ice cream at our pharmacy location. However, today, when our staff tried to log in to post, we encountered issues. We were unable to access the account and were told our login information was incorrect with no internet connection. Surprisingly, the email linked to the account is not the one I provided during setup. When attempting to use my phone number to log in, it indicated there was no user associated. It's concerning that our account may have been compromised within 24 hours. As this is vital for our business, regaining access to our account is crucial. I have already reported the issue through the app with no resolution so far.

My Instagram account got deleted because I posted "why y'all so ugly" on someone's post. I acknowledge my mistake, but I believe deleting my account solely for that reason is unreasonable. I made the comment in response to another user who had left a disrespectful comment. I find it unfair that my account was deleted instead of theirs. It would have been more understandable if I had been banned for a few days, but losing my account feels harsh and unjust, especially since it's important to me. I have many photos and contacts on Instagram that I can't access now. Thank you for any help.

I recently updated my phone number in WhatsApp after changing it. However, when I tried to log back into my Instagram account, it prompted me for the SMS code sent to my old number, which I no longer have access to. I also couldn't provide the Backup code. I still have access to my Gmail account. Is there a way to receive the codes through Gmail instead of my old number? I attempted the video selfie option but was unsuccessful due to not having enough pictures.
