On the morning of May 13th, [redacted], while checking my account, I received an email notification informing me of an unknown sign-in from a device in Charlotte, NC. Despite attempting to secure my account by following the provided link, I was unsuccessful. The hacker promptly altered my email, phone number, password, and even modified my username. Subsequently, on May 15th, [redacted], an unsuccessful attempt was made by the hacker to access my Facebook account associated with my Instagram. As I am continuously trying to regain access to my account, which holds precious memories of my children when they were younger, my efforts have been met with obstacles. Despite providing necessary identification to prove my identity, the video verification process keeps being denied, which seems unnecessary given the content of my account filled with photos of myself. I used a third-party app to view my followers, but when I logged out, it also logged me out of my account. Now, it's asking for a six-digit code to be sent to my phone number, which I never connected to my account. I know my password and my email is linked, so I would prefer an option to verify through email rather than phone.

Hello, my account @elsukova.[redacted] was hacked yesterday. Several posts and stories with fake medical documents were posted under my name. This is my work account, and mainly I only post one photo. I am unable to recover it via video selfie. What should I do? Please help me recover my account. I am attaching a photo of what was posted from my account. The hacker changed the password, switched the email to another one, and enabled two-factor authentication. My account contains my actual first and last name as per my passport; I can send originals of the photos that were posted on the account.

I had two Instagram profiles. I logged into the old one I never used and tried to log out by going into settings. I clicked on "log out" and "save login information." After that, my Instagram rebooted, and now I can't log in on my phone to any of my three accounts. I can log in using another phone but not on mine. I tried to download Instagram on my laptop, but it also says "this page isn't available," and I can't re-register. My accounts are not blocked, but I can't figure out the issue. I tried to help someone recover their account. They told me Instagram would send me a link, but instead of copying it, I should send them a screenshot. Ten minutes later, my password, email, username, and phone number on Instagram were compromised. Before Instagram could even ask for confirmation of the new login or email change, my account was already hacked.
