I don't have the notes feature on Instagram, which is the section above the messages. Everyone around me has it already, and the worst part is if I create another account, it shows up, but I don't want to have two accounts :(.

After receiving two emails notifying me of changes to my account, I attempted all available options to regain access. Subsequently, I received an email indicating a login from Milwaukee, which is inaccurate as I reside in Syracuse, New York. Despite obtaining a verification code, I encountered difficulties with the second step. Despite submitting a selfie video, Instagram was unable to confirm my identity. Creating a new account is impractical due to important connections I exclusively have on Instagram. I believe a human reviewer could verify my identity through facial recognition, especially since the initial verification step was successful.

I've been unable to access my account since changing my phone. Despite trying to recover it through various means, I can't seem to get it to work. I've even attempted a video call for verification. I have unfortunately fallen victim to a scam on Instagram. I have all the evidence documented in our conversations. I need this information as I intend to report this incident and file a complaint in court. I lent money to an individual who promised to repay me within a week. Despite providing their identity, they have since blocked me on all platforms and not repaid the debt. I am in the process of gathering evidence to present to the authorities. I am seeking Instagram's assistance in conducting an investigation on this individual and their accounts.

Hello, I am reaching out because I have discovered that my Instagram account (kmille_glt) has been disabled for "violating community guidelines." I am shocked because I have never done anything wrong. I believe my account may have been hacked. Could you please provide me with specific reasons for why my account has been disabled? My account was deactivated a few days ago because it was believed that I purchased followers, which I did not. I do not have many followers, nor would I pay for them, as that seems unreasonable. The only app I used was for tracking who unfollows me, and I believe this may have caused the issue. Please assist me in reactivating my account as I have important contacts on Instagram that I need to stay in touch with. Creating a new account would be inconvenient as I may not remember everyone's usernames. I assure you I have not violated any terms and conditions.

I've had my Instagram account for a few years, but recently, it's been completely blocked for unknown reasons. I used to be logged in on my previous iPhone X, which has been broken for almost three months. Now that I have a new phone, I've been attempting to log in, but it's not working. The verification email isn't being sent, and I can't figure out why. Since it wasn't working on my phone, I tried logging in on my computer, but it glitched and returned to the homepage. I really need help with this issue and hope to receive a positive response soon.

I downloaded the new update of Instagram, and since then, I can't access my account. Every time I try, it asks for a confirmation code that I should receive on my phone number. However, I haven't been getting the SMS/code, and it says it should take up to 1 minute, but I've been waiting for almost 24 hours without receiving any code. How can I resolve this, and is this a common issue since I've noticed other complaints about it?

Dear Instagram Team, I am very disappointed that such a large platform lacks adequate customer support. Unfortunately, the help center seems to be ineffective in addressing significant issues. My account under the username Tugrul.06, which holds many cherished memories and photos of individuals who have passed away, has been unjustly blocked. This happened when I was attempting to use an app to check who had unfollowed me. My account was suspended on the false grounds of buying followers, which is not the case at all. I have been attempting to seek assistance for two days without success, only to face the possibility of permanent suspension for no valid reason. This situation is truly frustrating.

Dear Team, My Instagram account (melissapapai) was deactivated on April 3rd. I verified my identity through a selfie, a code, my name, and my Instagram handle. According to an email from Instagram on April 3rd, the suspension occurred due to a login attempt from myself in Meiningen, my hometown. Despite this, my account was deactivated after 48 hours. I am willing to provide alternative forms of identification (passport, driver's license, etc.). The account is only used by me. Best regards

My account for my tattoo shop and art gallery, La Marca, has been hacked. The name and email address were changed, preventing me from accessing it. The original email was [redacted] with the user @lamarcabodyart. The new username is @lllamarcabodyartsty. The Instagram handle matched the original email as it is the name of our company. I have evidence like videos, photos, and old passwords to prove ownership. I am unable to recover the account despite efforts from our followers reporting the incident. The bio on the page lists accounts of artists from our company, who can verify the ownership situation if contacted.
