Hello, I am seeking assistance in reactivating my cat's Instagram account, which was mistakenly disabled. My name is Em Glasser, and my Instagram account, @em.glasser, was disabled recently. Around 1 pm today, I fell for a scam on Instagram involving a fake "friend account recovery code." A hacker manipulated me into adding the email ([redacted]) to my account. I mistakenly trusted them, granting access, and they promptly changed my password, locking me out of my Instagram as a result. Despite my attempts, I've been unable to regain access. I've taken necessary precautions such as changing passwords, enabling two-step authentication, and updating email addresses for certain apps as a security measure. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in changing the email and resetting the password for my account (tinierobbin, displayed as Alexis Hopper), or if not feasible, deleting the account.

I need to report a suspicious Instagram account, @Liguana53411, for blackmail threats. An individual from iCloud email [redacted] coerced me into sharing intimate texts and photos, then demanded $[redacted] or they would share the content with my friends and family. This is a violation of my privacy and blackmail. I have already blocked this account on my phone and Instagram. Instagram's response was not satisfactory as I was not able to fully explain the situation. I am in a dangerous situation as someone has taken over my Instagram account and is posing as me. My 4-year-old son and I could be in danger because the imposter has shared information about where I am moving. Despite my efforts to keep my profile private, the person has made it public. I am experiencing glitches with the Bonuses and Badges monetization features. I received a notification that I was eligible to enable Reels Bonuses in January [redacted]. However, after following the steps to enable the feature, the Bonuses section disappeared from my professional dashboard and creator settings. While I can still see the section when creating or editing Reels, it disappears intermittently. Despite being eligible for monetization with no strikes against community guidelines, I am unable to use Live Badges, which were working fine since the summer of [redacted]. I have attempted to seek help through the creator monetization help form, but encounter error messages. My regular support requests have gone unanswered since January [redacted] when these issues started occurring.

I have sponsored several posts without any problems before. Last week, you deactivated and reactivated an ad. I encountered another deactivation last week, submitted a complaint thinking it was another error, but received an email stating my advertising account is blocked. My Instagram accounts, @_jaamieet_ and @bigreddsnuthouse, were hacked yesterday. I've tried all night to recover them, but the hackers changed the passwords, phone numbers, and emails associated with both accounts. I usually start over when this happens, but these two accounts are special to me as they have sentimental photos, videos, and messages, including memories of my late brother who passed away in [redacted]. I no longer have these memories on my new phone, so it's really important for me to regain access to these accounts. Despite my efforts and reports from friends, the situation hasn't improved. Someone is using my account to ask for money from my family and friends. I desperately need help to recover at least one of my accounts. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Good evening, For the past two days, I have been trying to log in to my Instagram account without success. Whenever I attempt to log in, Instagram asks me to verify my account (for my personal data) by providing my phone number to receive a code. The issue is that I am not receiving any code on my phone, even though the phone number is correct as they verified it. I suspect the problem may be on their end because aside from messages they send, I do not encounter this issue with my other personal messages. This situation is quite delicate for me as I am a very active Instagram user, and many important professional conversations rely on it. I hope the problem will be resolved soon. My account cynniem50 was hacked and altered to cynniem50_. It is being used to deceive friends and family into investing in bitcoin and crypto, which is a scam. I have reported the issue, but no action has been taken. The hackers are exploiting an account supporting breast cancer to gain attention, which is how they are deceiving people. My account is personal and used to raise awareness about breast cancer, a cause I am recovering from. The hackers are misusing it to scam individuals. Despite all my efforts to report the problem to Instagram, the hackers are still able to use my account freely. I am seeking guidance on how to delete my account to prevent further damage to my name due to this hacking. The impostors are pretending to be me, and I have ample photographic proof to support my claim.

I am having trouble logging into my account. I had disabled it a few months back to take a break and now want to reactivate it. However, every time I try, I receive a suspicious login attempt notification that prompts me to request a confirmation code to verify my identity. Despite receiving the code via text or email from Instagram, I repeatedly get an error message saying, "Sorry, there was a problem; please try again." I suspect this issue arises because the system detects a deactivated account when requesting the code. Despite this, Instagram seems to recognize my contact information associated with the account, as it sends the code successfully. I have also attempted to reset my password, but the system states, "There is no account linked to this email." The problem seems unique, as I couldn't find a solution on Instagram's support page and have received no response after reaching out through a secondary account in the app. I have been grappling with this issue for nearly a year and would appreciate any assistance.

Hello, I am Mimi Kubheka. I encountered an issue on the 18th of February while updating my personal details on Facebook for my account Kubheka Olwethu. My account was promptly disabled along with my linked Instagram account @kubheka_olwethu. Despite submitting my government IDs through Facebook's appeal process, I have not had any success in reactivating my account.
