I am Austin Cantrell. Yesterday afternoon, my Instagram account, @cantrellflyak, was hacked by someone from Nigeria. Unfortunately, I did not have two-step security enabled. The hacker changed my email address to [redacted] and added their phone number. They have been posting Bitcoin content and even uploaded a fake video of me.
My friends have reported the account, but I have been unable to regain access by following Instagram's prompts. I use this account for personal and promotional reasons and have cherished memories there. I am reaching out for assistance to change the email back to [redacted] and set the phone number to [redacted]7.

My Instagram account, @mirelarotaru, has been hacked. I received emails about login attempts but couldn't recover the account. The password reset didn't work as the email had been changed. My account was compromised by an abusive individual who gained full access. I was unable to change my password or email as they also breached my iCloud. The hacker messaged inappropriate content to others, leading to my Instagram being disabled. Despite reporting the issue to Instagram support, no help was received. I was hacked. The person who hacked me added their email to my account, so Instagram sends them the sign-in email. I tried to use my phone number instead, but never received the security code. When I finally got a code, it didn't work. I've been trying to log in without success.

As a singer and artist, losing access to my account has been challenging since the thief changed all the passwords and emails associated with it. Since my phone, containing all the passwords, was stolen, I have been unable to recover my Gmail account, which was linked to my official account. Hello, my Instagram username is beatum8, and I'm unable to log into the application at all. It all started on January 10th when no updates were showing in my feed. I could still view previously uploaded content intermittently. On January 11th, upon opening the app, I couldn't see my profile picture or followers anymore. The page turned completely white, with a message saying "Couldn't refresh feed," then it immediately redirected me to a new window asking for a code sent to a number ending in [redacted], which I never received. I tried logging out and back in, using Facebook, updating the app, and even reinstalling it, but as of today, my Instagram is still not working. When I search for my username, I can't be found at all. I kindly ask for assistance in identifying the issue and restoring my account.

I accessed the account from an iPhone and a MacBook Pro using the Safari browser. The page was referred to as successfulone at some point. I believe Mosiah did not have the authority to take over my account. The last password I set was erase2020 on 2/6/21. Due to illness, I hadn't logged in for a while, and only recently realized this had happened. When I confronted him, he changed the password, preventing my access to the account. I urgently need access to the messages for legal purposes in court TODAY. I request a new password to be generated and given to me, the original account owner for resolution. I have noticed that many people are using the "add yours" story feature, but despite updating the app, deleting and reinstalling it, restarting my phone, and checking the help center and settings, I am unable to access this feature. I can see the prompt and the profile picture, but the "📷add yours" button is not clickable. The sticker is not available, and I cannot view other people's responses. It seems like a text box on someone's story rather than an interactive feature. This issue has persisted since the update, and I am becoming increasingly frustrated. Yesterday around 11:30am EST, I unfortunately fell for a phishing scam on Instagram. I've tried reaching out to Instagram through various channels to regain access to my account. I followed their instructions and submitted a video selfie multiple times in the hopes of expediting the process. I received a reset link at 3am, but I missed the email, and now the link has expired. When I attempt to use the "Need more help" option during login, I keep encountering an error with the message "We're sorry. Something went wrong, please try again." I'm at a loss about what steps to take next. All I want is for the hacker to cease posting and messaging from my account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My Instagram account (username: kristy_amore) has been hacked. The hacker disconnected my email and altered the password, linking my email to a different account (username: fxrthd). When I try to reset the password, it leads me to an account I didn't create (username: fxrthd). The hacker is contacting my friends, posing as me, and asking for personal details. My friends have been alerting me about this issue since December. It's frustrating. I would appreciate it if the Instagram account could be deactivated to stop my friends from receiving messages from the hacker.

Hello, I am the owner of the account princess_emma_rose_32, formerly known as princess_emma_rose. My account has been hacked, and I am unable to access it. The issue started when I received an Instagram message from an account posing as one of my close Facebook friends from Hawaii. Thinking it was safe, I opened the message. The imposter account claimed to have a new phone and needed my phone number to receive a code to log in to their Instagram. Trusting them, I provided my phone number, after which my account was compromised. Although I can change my password, Instagram requests a two-factor authentication code that I never set up. I've faced numerous hacking attempts in the past year and even set up two-step verification. I'm not sure if I was mistaken for a bot. I'm eager to resolve this quickly. I submitted a photo with a code as requested last week, but I haven't received a response yet.
I've encountered hacking issues on Facebook, which were resolved. Similar problems arose on Twitter, Google, and YouTube. I suspect it's due to being a YouTube content creator.
