Hello, I'm Raina Singh, and my primary Instagram account is @rajmao.singh.
During Thanksgiving week, the app experienced a glitch and signed me out. Upon trying to log back in, it required verification by sending a text code to the original phone number associated with the account when it was created, which I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, my current email and phone number are not linked to the account. There are numerous pictures of me, including my face, on the profile. I've attempted to verify my identity by submitting over 10 videos through the app's process but it keeps stating "unable to verify". Can this issue be resolved? I've been locked out for approximately two weeks now.

Hello! I recently updated my account email but seem to have forgotten the password. My phone auto-fills it, however, I wish to change it. When I attempt recovery via phone, I receive a link to access the account but struggle to update the password. I need assistance with this issue. The account is under the username @pivnaya_meleuz. I updated my name on June 10th last year, and while I recall the name and password from that time, I can't remember it now. My phone saves the information, but I want to reset it as a precaution in case I lose my phone.

I was tricked into thinking I was helping someone and then received a suspicious link via SMS. Now, I can't sign into my account. I got an alert saying that someone logged in from an Infinix X657 on Instagram in Warri, Nigeria on December 5 at 11:43 AM (PDT. Another notification stated that my new email is [redacted] However, I didn't change my email, and when I attempted to secure my account, I was unsuccessful.

My girlfriend was cleaning up her subscriptions when she received a message saying "your account has been hacked." She can't remember her password, even though we've tried countless possible passwords. One of the most likely ones is molochko123, but it's not correct. On Sunday, December 5, [redacted], at 12:42 p.m. local time in Guadeloupe or 5:42 p.m. French time, I logged out of my personal Instagram account to set up a professional account using a different email address for separation.
Upon trying to log back into my personal account, I was prompted to verify with a 6-digit code sent to my old phone number, which has been invalid for the past 2 weeks.
I wish to regain access to my personal account by entering my password to update my phone number.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Instagram account. Every time I try to reset the password by clicking on "Forgot Password," it says my account is not found. I have tried emailing support and calling, but it seems they don't offer that service anymore. This happened before in [redacted], and it suddenly started working again, so I believe they should still have some support available to help with these issues. My friend had her account hacked, and when she messaged me, I thought she had regained access. I shared my number to help her with account recovery, but the hacker took advantage, leading to my own account being stolen. The hacker is now using my account to promote scams on my story. They offered to return the account in exchange for a promotional video, and though I agreed, I have yet to regain control. The hacker is now contacting my friends in attempts to scam them as well.

Hello, today I received a link from a friend about an offer that required changing my Instagram email to theirs. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my friend's account was hacked, and the message I received was sent by the hacker. Regrettably, I fell for the scam and now my account has been hacked too.
