This morning, a friend messaged me, asking for help with her Instagram account. I sent a link after providing my phone number, but immediately got logged out after sending a code. When attempting to log back in, it kept saying the password was wrong. Upon selecting "forgotten password," I noticed my email and phone number were changed. The message I received wasn't from my friend but a hacker, preventing me from receiving the reset code. I am unable to regain access to my account as the codes are going to the hacker now. I've been locked out of my @naughtonart account for a week. I've contacted Instagram over 15 times with no replies. They want me to film a video of my head to regain access, which I'm not comfortable doing. I'd appreciate another way to access my account. Instagram notified me multiple times in the past three weeks about possible hacking attempts, but never provided details on how they detected it or how to prevent it. The account linked to @donskih_alena has been compromised by a scammer who gained access via email. Two-factor authentication was not in place, and the phone number was not associated with the account. The fraudster is now sharing false information, leading followers to send money to their card under the pretense of a sick relative. The original email linked to the account is still accessible. Urgent help is needed to regain control of the account either through the original email or by providing personal identification such as a passport photo and video to verify ownership. Attempts to resolve this through the help center have been unsuccessful as the scammer changed the email associated with the account. Appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I requested to delete my Instagram account on November 9th, [redacted], following the guidelines provided. After a while, the account seemed to have been removed as it didn't appear in the search bar. However, to my dismay, it reappeared after a few hours. I repeated the deletion process but to my surprise, after three days, it resurfaced again in the search bar. I am puzzled as to why my account is not getting permanently deleted. On Sunday, November 7th, [redacted], I fell victim to a scam where my Instagram account (@great_seyi) was compromised by a friend (@goodguyalbert) who had their account hacked. Despite attempting to secure my account through the email I received about the email change, my efforts were unsuccessful. The phone number associated with my account was altered from +[redacted](0)[redacted]84 to a Nigerian number starting with +[redacted] and ending in 64, along with changing my email address from [redacted] to [redacted], which was later switched to a different unknown address. Even after multiple attempts to contact Instagram through their forms, I have not received any response. Being in Ghana, I am unable to call the toll-free line for assistance. The hacker is misusing my account to promote bitcoin mining, which poses a risk to my reputation as a music producer. Despite reporting the issue and providing evidence such as pictures and related accounts, no action has been taken. Help is needed urgently to protect my friends and my image. Thank you.

My official Instagram account has been disabled, and I forgot my password. I don't know what to do. My page was deactivated because of a comment that violated the guidelines. I am continuously facing unauthorized access to my Instagram account, as someone keeps adding content without my permission despite changing my password. This occurs mainly on my Windows desktop, rarely on the phone app. I tried creating a new account with a different password, but it also faced unusual activity, prompting me to enter a code sent to me which never works. Despite verifying my phone number, I do not receive these codes. Starting a third account briefly solved the issue, but the unauthorized access resumed. While I can sometimes sign in on my phone, I am unable to access the second or third accounts, only the first one that now seems to be controlled by someone else who continuously gains access to it.

My four accounts have been blocked for 7 days. I don't understand why my accounts, melicora2207, melicora120750, corameli2207, and jmd120750i, keep getting blocked. This is the fifth time it has happened. I can't access the Instagram app because I don't have a smartphone. I initially installed Instagram on my iPod, which is now too old for a new installation. Without the app, I can't confirm my identity to recover my accounts. I created a new account to seek help, but it was also blocked. Can someone please assist me in unblocking my accounts? Hey there! I recently experienced a frustrating situation where I was scammed, and I want to raise awareness about it. I am a minor, and an adult gained unauthorized access to my account, using it to deceive others. I have gathered several screenshots and witnesses to support my case. The individual behind this deceptive act initially contacted me via a hacked account, @babibri, and managed to manipulate me into providing personal information before locking me out of my own account. When I contacted them through another account, rayla_r_r, they demanded that I make a video promoting them in exchange for regaining access, a request I refused. They can be seen running similar schemes on the account @richard_crypto695. Despite my efforts to alert my followers through @rayla_lol and encourage them to unfollow, the scammers have persisted in advertising cash app schemes on my compromised account.

I need assistance with my Instagram account. Someone accessed it and changed my password, email, and username, @christianre.43. They have been posting using my account. Hello. I experienced a security breach with my account today on November 12, [redacted]. While on my profile, I received notifications indicating someone was attempting to access my account. Consequently, I changed my password several times. Subsequently, I received an email about an email change, to which I clarified it wasn't mine. Following the email, I lost access to my account. I monitored unauthorized activities through a separate unlinked account and noticed postings I wouldn't typically make, assumed to be a scam. Urgently, I informed my friends and created a new Instagram account to caution followers about the compromised account. I now wish to have the compromised account deleted and have already reported it, as have my friends and family. Although the response suggested no proof of impersonation, I have evidence such as login attempts, email change notifications, and unexpected posts. Hello, my Instagram account is Fishing_Coconut. On November 12th, Friday morning, I thought I could win an iPhone and fell for a scam. I didn't initially have an email set up but entered the one the scammer provided. I believe the scammer changed my password as I couldn't log back in. I've had the account for over 2 years and can prove it's mine as it has my face in profile pictures related to fishing. The profile pic on the hacked account is of a fish on a white background. The scammer asked for $[redacted] to return the account, which I declined as I knew it was a scam. I don't mind verifying my identity with a photo and a code sent to my email. If you can retrieve my account, please remove any hacker details. I desperately need my account back; it means a lot to me. I have two Instagram accounts: ptite_noupette and luce.citations. On Tuesday at noon, one of my accounts, ptite_noupette, was hacked. I received an email from Instagram allowing me to cancel the email change associated with the account, but the special link to do so was missing. The hacker has now connected my ptite-noupette account to a different email and changed my password. I have been trying to recover it by receiving a new password code on my phone, but it keeps linking me to the luce.citations account instead.
Please assist me in re-associating my Instagram account with my email [redacted], and not the fake email [redacted] The hacker has been trying to access my followers' accounts too. I've tried all recovery steps without success.

Hello. I encountered an issue with my Instagram account. Last night, I accessed it on both my desktops. However, this morning, I found myself logged out on both devices. When I attempted to log back in, I was prompted to confirm that the account belongs to me. The message asked for the name of an email service provider that is 6 characters long and starts with the letter O. I am struggling to recall any other than Outlook, which has 7 characters. Unfortunately, the support resources provided by Instagram have not been helpful. I am frustrated as this platform is my main way of communicating with others, and I cannot locate an option for resolving this through security questions or live chat support, especially as I do not have a mobile phone. I have 9 accounts logged in simultaneously, but I actively use only 5 of them. Among these, one is my personal account and the other four are my themed pages with a combined following of about 40k. I engage in around 20 follow actions across these 5 accounts every 2 hours while I'm awake. Despite occasional days where I don't engage in these actions, I have been hit with a week-long action block, which is concerning for my engagement rates. Interestingly, even the accounts I use less frequently are facing similar action blocks, preventing me from commenting, captioning posts, replying to comments, liking posts, or engaging in follow actions. I'm unsure about the exact limits, but I typically stay under 25 actions per hour or 50 in a 2-hour period, as I don't engage consistently and only do so about 2-6 times a day with intervals of 1-4 hours, excluding my sleeping hours.

Despite being a registered LLC in the state, a band from Oregon claimed we infringed on their copyright, targeting us through Instagram. Our business name, 'INDUBIOUS', is different from their trademark, 'Indubious Music'. We are not in the same location or industry. We own the rights to 'INDUBIOUS', which they use as their username.
