On November 1, [redacted], my Instagram account got hacked. I initially thought it was a family member messaging me, but it turned out to be a scammer. The scammer asked for my Cash App name under the guise of sending me money without explaining why. When I inquired, they didn't reply and continued to message me through text as I didn't respond on Instagram. After clicking on one of these text messages, I discovered that I was locked out of my Instagram account as the hacker had changed my email, username, and password. Despite my daily messages to Instagram for assistance, I haven't received any help yet.

I have been unable to log into my account for two days. I was supposed to verify my phone number but did not receive the verification code. Today, I encountered an issue with Instagram where my main account, @Jillerthekiller__, was logged out unexpectedly. While I was able to log in to my other accounts without any problems, accessing my main account proved to be challenging. Despite trying to retrieve a sign-in link via email and text verification, I consistently received verification codes for my other accounts, not for @Jillerthekiller__. I would like to report a member of your staff who has disabled my ability to download videos using software I pay for each year, Parallels Toolbox. This issue started after I expressed my opinions on a post about the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, where I mentioned my disapproval of extremist groups like Antifa and BLM. I suspect that my access was blocked by someone who supports these extremist left groups. It is concerning that individuals with such extreme views are working at Instagram and interfering with customer access based on differing opinions.
