Around two weeks ago, I was on Instagram when I received a message saying my account was terminated for breaking community guidelines. They didn't specify which rules were violated, and I hadn't received any prior warnings. I've emailed Instagram twice, following their instructions to send a photo holding a paper with a code, my name, and username, but haven't heard back. I really need help because that account held irreplaceable photos of my friends.

Hello, I messaged a friend on Wednesday and she hasn't seen my messages yet. Although she is not blocking me, hiding her stories, and is active on Instagram, she hasn't responded. We have mutual friends, so I can see her interactions with others. We even have streaks on Snapchat. I'm unsure if she is ignoring me or if there's a technical issue with Instagram. I'm hesitant to ask her directly as it might be awkward. This situation is taking a toll on my emotions, causing me to feel down and doubt myself. I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my personal blog Instagram page, Bolly_africa. The original account, Bollyafrica, was disabled on Sunday, October 3rd, after I logged in on my husband's phone to go live while I was performing my usual updates on my own phone. An error message started to appear, and despite my efforts, I was unable to recover it due to uncertainty about the email address associated with the account. I only had the phone number linked to it, and though a code was sent to my phone, I was unable to regain access.
In response, I began using my secondary page as a backup on Monday night, but encountered an error today after a friend followed me and I attempted to post a picture. The page prompted me to change my password on Tuesday, which I completed via my email.

My daughter fell victim to a scam where $[redacted] was taken. We need help tracking the account's IP address, user login details, and creator information. I've reached out to the RCMP, but the account holder is threatening to close the account. The account is under the name of Randy Lucas Saunders. Someone posing as a senior accountant from a Bitcoin company asked me to change my email from [redacted] to [redacted] in my personal information, which I unfortunately confirmed. I believe my personal Instagram account was mistakenly disabled or deactivated. While browsing for accounts to shop from, I received a notification about suspicious activity on my account. I provided the requested information to regain access within 24 hours, but have been unable to do so. Despite attempting other appeals and submitting a photo verification as requested, I have not received a response. I recently moved to a new country and updated my phone number. Unfortunately, Instagram has locked me out of my account and is requesting a verification code to be sent to my old number. I no longer have access to that number. Despite changing my password and sending a selfie video, Instagram is still insisting on the SMS code.
