My account, "charlesgreen1998," was temporarily suspended without explanation and requested identity verification. I attempted to verify but had no cell service then and did not receive a reset email to my registered email. Now that I have service, the SMS code to access my account does not work, stating that "charlesgreen1998" does not exist. Oddly, when trying to create a new account with the same name, it indicates that it is already taken. I am frustrated with the complex account recovery process for my rightful account. I provided proof of ownership to Facebook, which I believe the account is linked to, including a photo of myself with specific instructions, but have not received a response in two days. This situation needs to be resolved promptly.

I placed an order on Instagram in August for sandals from Keenwalking. After waiting weeks, I received a shipment notification from China. Wanting to cancel due to the long wait, I was informed it was not possible as they were already in transit. Upon receiving the sandals on 9/10, I found them ill-fitting and reached out to the company. They agreed to a return with strict instructions for a refund but required it to be sent back to China, not mentioning this detail on their site. Even though the sandals were shipped to me from a CA distribution center, they insisted on the return to China, costing $27.75 for standard shipping or $44.05 with a signature receipt. Offering minimal refunds of 10% or 15% to keep the sandals seems unfair given the situation. I feel the company's return policy lacks transparency about the return process to China. I urge Instagram to consider banning such companies that don't meet user expectations.

I was unaware that using this app would lead to my account being disabled, as it was recommended to me when I first got Instagram and I have seen several ads promoting it online. Hello. I contacted a person on Instagram who had been promoting investments after I lost my job. I thought it was a legitimate opportunity, but later found out the account had been hacked. 1. I recently received an email from Instagram and Facebook requesting account verification. They asked for personal details like my name, city, and phone number, claiming a $[redacted] charge for verification. I became suspicious and ignored the email. My Instagram account was hacked by someone promoting scams. While conversing with a person whose account was also compromised, I unknowingly sent them a code they used to hack into my account. Despite reaching out to Instagram, I haven't received any response. I informed my friends to report the account and took precautions by changing my passwords for Facebook and Gmail accounts. However, I am unable to log in or reset the password as the hacker changed the phone number and email associated with the account. The hacker used a Samsung device to access my account, which now bears the name _only_1_abel. I fear I may not be able to retrieve the account since the hacker altered the contact information. The account has been used to share fraudulent content with my friends and family through direct messages. I hope that the numerous reports will lead to the account's removal.

Yesterday evening, I tried to log into my Instagram account when I got home, but I received an error message saying "couldn't refresh feed". I confirmed my internet connection was good as other apps were working fine. When I attempted to send direct messages, they failed to send, showing a red x mark. Hello, recently I discovered a temporary access restriction to my profile, which appeared as a network issue or a phone failure to load the page (?). Only a couple of days later, I accidentally found a message from the computer version stating that I allegedly violated the site's rules with a certain post. I wanted to express that there should be clearer notifications about being blocked because this message didn't appear immediately, and was only visible on the computer version. Secondly, the reason itself is unclear to me. What post, to whom, when. On YouTube, for example, they point out violations to make users aware of what they specifically did wrong if it was unintentional. With Instagram, I don't understand why it's so one-sided. They block you, and you have to guess what went wrong. What message did the system recognize as breaching the user guidelines? Plus, the warning of re-blocking in case of recurrence. It would be helpful to know the original reason for the block. I use your service periodically to advertise and receive such careless treatment.
