Yesterday, I received a strange alert indicating a potential hacking attempt on my account, though a similar incident in the past only led to its temporary disabling, not deletion. Hello, I have been with Instagram for many years. My account @zptoday has been disabled. There is not a single day that I do not log into my account because I know that my city, relatives, and loved ones are all waiting for me there. I work in the media industry and report on the news happening on the streets of my city. Over all this time, together with community groups, we have helped thousands of children and adults. If I have done something wrong, I apologize as it was not intentional. I also want to point out that most of my audience are friends and caring citizens, but there are also those who send complaints because perhaps they have very little good in their lives and too much time. After getting my phone repaired, I faced challenges with accessing my Instagram account due to the 2-factor authentication setup. Even with the backup phone, I couldn't generate the required code as the authenticator app was on my damaged phone that got wiped. Despite trying to use Google Authenticator and backup codes, I couldn't bypass the authentication screen. Even logging in through Facebook didn't resolve the issue as I kept getting redirected to the authentication screen. I followed the support options provided by Facebook/Instagram, received emails stating the 2-factor was turned off, but the barrier persisted. Exhausting all available options, I couldn't find a way to speak with an Instagram or Facebook representative directly and felt stuck.

I am facing a serious issue with another user on Instagram. The account @Keepin.up.with.cole has been impersonating me, a creator account, and spreading false accusations about me being a predator. This individual has gone as far as cyberstalking me, even after I set my account to private, and is attempting to access my private Instagram account. Their actions are completely unacceptable, and I am deeply disturbed by the false allegations they are making. I urge Instagram to remove any posts related to me on that account and consider banning it altogether. Accusations of this nature are appalling and should not be tolerated.

On 11/09/21, there was a false report of my death. This hacker @zz.end is falsely reporting deaths and has targeted me. He is violating guidelines, removing accounts, and getting paid for it. I have not violated any community guidelines and will ensure to comply in the future. I have dedicated years to building my account, gaining followers through hard work day and night. My account was compromised and accessed from Russia back in July. Although I was able to regain access through an email password reset, I later encountered an issue where my account was not found. Despite submitting two support requests through the app, I have not received any responses from Instagram. I continue to be unable to log in, and the reset emails do not reach my inbox. Even when attempting to log in through Facebook, the "account not found" message appears. When searching for my username on Google, the link to my account leads to an unavailable page on Instagram. I am at a loss as I have been unable to reach out to anyone for assistance.

Hello, A few months ago, I decided to take a break from Instagram and uninstalled the app. However, I encountered an issue since I had changed my phone number and no longer had access to it. My account is linked to Facebook, but when I try to log in through Facebook, nothing loads. The screen remains black on my phone. The account in question is "atilla_ct." Unable to regain access, I created a new account called "AtillaT95." If possible, I would like to either regain access to the old account or have both accounts merged. I am willing to provide my ID for verification purposes. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello, my Instagram account @_vaishavi_1 got disabled for allegedly violating the terms of service. I reviewed the terms and I believe I did not violate any rules. I have attempted to reach out to Instagram multiple times but have not received any replies. I responded to an email from Facebook as instructed but have not heard back. My Instagram account, Fabcevolution, was hacked on Sunday, September 5th. The hacker has gained access to my phone, changed passwords, emails, and phone numbers. They are now demanding payment to return my account. The hacker is harassing me and scamming others through my account. I have evidence of our conversations and their contact information. My original account details are: Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]. I cannot find an option to submit a request. Can I receive an auto-response email from Instagram Security Team to verify my identity? The hacker is causing harm, and I urgently need to regain access to my account.

I am unable to access my personal account due to an issue with my two-factor authentication setup using Duo. Whenever I enter the code from Duo, it fails. This problem occurred after I uninstalled and reinstalled the Instagram app on my device to fix an issue with my secondary business account. Despite having used Duo successfully for a long time, now none of the codes seem to work after multiple attempts. I have tried to use the "Get Support" option on the Instagram login page but have not received any response. While I have backup codes available, they are not working, possibly because I might not have the most recent one. I still have access to the email and phone number associated with my Instagram account for easier recovery. Hi, I am facing an issue with my Instagram account. It got disabled due to a phishing scam, and I am unable to recover it as both my phone number and email are outdated. The account is linked to my current Facebook, which has the correct email and phone number; however, Instagram does not recognize this information. My Instagram account (_iibukun_) was disabled, although I didn't violate the terms of use. Despite contacting the Support team, my issue remains unresolved. Instagram requested a photo holding a handwritten code for verification ([redacted]) with my full name and username. I complied with their requirements and sent the necessary photo.
