I was browsing my Instagram while half asleep one morning and accidentally sent an account's profile to around 15-20 people through direct message. Upon realizing my mistake, I tried to delete the messages, but one name kept reappearing. Eventually, my account got disabled suddenly without any warning.
I believe everyone deserves a chance, and my account holds many personal memories that I don't want to lose. I kindly request for my account to be re-enabled, as I value the content and the sentimental significance it holds. I hope the Instagram team understands the importance of this to me.

Dear Sir, I recently received a message alerting me to a potential unauthorized login attempt on my Instagram account. When I tried to access my account via the app on my phone, it became inaccessible and wouldn't open. Shortly after, I received a verification code via text, but after entering it, my Instagram failed to load and displayed an error message stating "could not refresh." When I visit Instagram, I'm prompted to provide my phone number for verification. After inputting my number, I didn't receive the verification code as promised. I've waited for hours, attempted multiple times (getting the response to "come back in a few minutes"), verified the correctness of my phone number, but to no avail.
Exiting the section requiring my number, I find that my feed, conversations, reels, and account data are failing to load, displaying an error message stating "sorry, we have a problem."
Interestingly, using my other spam account functions perfectly without a phone number. This account has been active since January, whereas my current one is only a month old.
I would appreciate assistance in resolving two issues: 1. Adding my number to my account successfully with the verification code, and 2. Restoring access to my feed and account details.

Instagram has disabled my account claiming I violated their terms and conditions. However, I have not engaged in any prohibited activities such as artificially boosting likes or shares, reposting the same content, or reaching out for promotional purposes. Despite having a modest following, my stories receive about 12 reactions, and my reels get between 3[redacted] views. Moreover, my hashtags attract engagement from users outside my circle.
Instagram deems my high engagement suspicious for a smaller account or assumes I am partaking in commercial activities due to the amount of direct messages I receive. I find this treatment unjust as I am endeavoring to organically grow my Instagram account. I have already submitted four identity documents as proof, but have not received any response from IG. My Instagram account was disabled unexpectedly, and I believe I did not violate any rules. A notification appeared mentioning a data breach impacting accounts, leading to mine being removed and seemingly vanished. After changing my password, I received no further assistance. I am the Community Manager for a company that owns an Instagram account.
I am reaching out to report suspicious activity on our account that led to its involuntary suspension. In June, we noticed a significant and unusual spike in our number of followers, escalating from [redacted] to over [redacted] unqualified followers in less than 24 hours. We tried to manually remove these followers but were initially restricted to deleting [redacted] per day. Recently, our account was entirely suspended due to "suspicious activity."
We regained control by changing the password, enabling two-factor authentication, and monitoring account access. While we no longer see suspicious followers, the count is still excessively high. Currently, our account is locked, preventing us from liking, posting, or sharing anything.

I am experiencing a problem on my Instagram account where I am unable to view my comments fully. Even though I can see a preview of the comments and know they exist based on the comment count, when I try to click on the comments, they do not show up. It appears as if no one has commented at all, with a message prompting me to be the first to comment. There is a person pretending to be me on Instagram and interacting with my friends. I believe it's a man using two fake accounts, one impersonating me. He sends follow requests, then messages those who accept and starts chatting. Eventually, he creates a new fake female account to trick people. He claims to be able to fix the issue by saying his cousin is a hacker. After convincing them, he continues interacting through another fake account. He then tries to ask the victims for private photos. If they refuse, he threatens them using more fake accounts, posting inappropriate content to harm their reputation. This person is a serious problem, especially for women. My friends have experienced this, and they've notified me. I've been reporting the account for months, but it's still active. This situation is dangerous, and I urge immediate action to address it.
