I signed up for a free trial and later canceled it. However, even after canceling, the system still indicated a pending trial for months and continued to charge me for the previously canceled trial. I have now successfully canceled the trial after about 2 months, but I am requesting a refund of $12.80, which was charged for the canceled free trial.

The show "Harlots" was decent overall, but the chemistry between Lord Fallon and Lucy was truly remarkable. It seemed like Lord Fallon embodied the qualities that fans wanted Christian Grey from "50 Shades of Grey" to have. Their dynamic was executed flawlessly, keeping me engaged and yearning for more. Although it was disappointing when Lord Fallon met his demise, fantastic things don't last forever. I just wanted to express how impactful the portrayal of Lord Fallon was and the potential it held. Your use of this character was truly commendable and noteworthy. It resonated with me, and I felt compelled to share my positive experience. Your creative choices were spot on and deserve recognition. Thank you for such a memorable character development!

Last February, I, Sally Raff, initiated a trial subscription with your service. As the trial period neared its end, I contacted customer service to cancel. Instead, I was offered a discounted rate of $5.99 per month, to which I agreed. Two weeks into March [redacted], I decided to cancel the subscription and did so over the phone. I assumed the cancellation was processed. However, after reviewing my credit card statements recently, I discovered that I have been continuously billed for a subscription I no longer utilize. Not only that, but I found out that I have been charged twice each month since last March – one charge on my initial account and another on a separate credit card. My original email address associated with the account was [redacted], which has since changed.

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing NBC on Hulu due to the IP address location inconsistency. My current IP address from Mediacom shows as [redacted].26.13.[redacted], registered in Mattoon, IL. Despite being able to watch NBC on my cellphone and PC, Hulu restricts access based on the IP address location. This has caused frustration as Hulu technicians have not resolved the issue. As IP addresses are dynamic, they can vary in location accuracy. It seems Hulu uses both ZIP codes and IP addresses for access control, but this has led to inconsistencies. I would appreciate it if my account could be updated, allowing me to view and record NBC on my Roku and Fire Stick. The email linked to my account is [redacted].

I signed up for a free trial for $39.95 through Roku on my television. I promptly received a "Confirmation of Billing Authorization" from Roku. However, I am unable to log in to Hulu and keep encountering an error message prompting me to visit www.hulu.com/help for more information. After struggling to make the subscription work through Roku, I have now set up a trial subscription through Hulu.com, to be paid via Paypal if I choose to continue. I am unsure if I now have one or two trial subscriptions: one through Hulu.com and possibly another via Roku from last night. If both exist, I am looking to retain the Hulu.com subscription and delete the Roku one. Roku's guidance directs me to contact Hulu for billing inquiries, leading to a circle of confusion.

After resolving the initial issue last night, I encountered a new problem when trying to log back onto Hulu. It repeatedly prompted me to verify that I am not a bot, and when I selected my profile name, it would log me out immediately. This process persisted despite numerous attempts. Previously, I did not face the bot verification step; the old Hulu system would seamlessly log me in. Presently, every visit to the official site requires me to pass through the bot verification barrier. Moreover, the issue where selecting my profile results in immediate logout is frustrating. I would prefer to eliminate the bot verification step entirely. Additionally, I would appreciate it if my account could be automatically logged in upon visiting the site, similar to the previous experience with the old Hulu interface.

I have been experiencing difficulties streaming TV shows, specifically "The Looming Tower," on Hulu. The shows would start playing but after a few minutes, I receive a pop-up error message stating that Hulu has encountered a problem, forcing me back to the main menu. This issue is unique to Hulu as other streaming services work fine. Despite trying to troubleshoot by clearing the app data and cache and restarting the app, the problem persists. My internet speed is good at 40 Mbps, and my WiFi router is in close proximity to the Amazon Firestick. This issue has been ongoing for 2 weeks and has affected both live programming on the SEC Network and non-live shows like "Smallville" and "The Looming Tower."

I have recently relocated quite often in the past year. I have tried changing my "home" address from different locations to watch movies and TV shows while away from home. Unfortunately, I seem to have exhausted my options for updating my home address to access content while actually at home. My husband is eager to watch the first NFL game of the season, but we can't log in to our Xbox ONE, which has been linked to HULU for years. This issue is disrupting our viewing experience, and I urgently need assistance. After waiting on hold with customer service for nearly 20 minutes, I decided to end the call due to the long wait time. As a result, my husband is now watching the game on his iPhone because we are unable to access live services on our Xbox One or fire stick.

I am experiencing multiple issues. Recently, I am unable to watch Hulu live on my tablet as it indicates I have surpassed the allowed devices for streaming, even though I am only using one device at a time. Furthermore, I am constantly facing sound delays while watching shows, which is quite bothersome. Currently, I am trying to enjoy the first football game of the season as an Eagles fan, but the picture is frequently breaking up. I remember canceling my service last year after a stream issue during the Super Bowl. Considering the subscription cost, it should not be this challenging to watch live TV. I am growing frustrated and may cancel my subscription again. I would appreciate assistance with these matters. D. Mulderig

Hello, I am contacting you regarding an incident that occurred this morning. While my children were watching the movie "UP," a commercial was shown. Initially, I didn't pay much attention, but upon realizing the content, I found it to be highly inappropriate. The ad was for a scary movie featuring a nun, but unfortunately, I do not know the title. It is concerning that such an ad was broadcasted during a children's film. We recently subscribed to Hulu, but I am reconsidering our membership if similar occurrences are not prevented in the future. I hope to receive a prompt response to address this issue. Thank you. For further communication, please reach out via phone or email. - Liz B. [redacted]

Hi, I contacted your customer service last week regarding a college football game that was supposed to be shown on Hulu. The game in question was Notre Dame vs. Michigan that took place last Saturday night. I was informed that because it is only available on demand and not live, it may not show up in the scheduling like the live games do. I am wondering if there is a way to check in advance if Notre Dame games or any other live games will be available on Hulu. I really enjoy watching Notre Dame football, and it would be great not to have to subscribe to NBC separately just to watch these games weekly. I appreciate the variety of games you offer on Saturdays, and it's unique compared to cable or other streaming services. I was expecting the game to be available since it airs on NBC. Thank you, Chris O'Brien.

I have subscribed to Spotify Premium for Students using my email [redacted] I previously signed up for Hulu with the same email, but encounter two messages: one regarding an error loading my account information, and another suggesting to either renew my Hulu subscription or begin a free trial. I am looking to avoid starting a new trial and want to properly connect my Spotify Student and Hulu accounts. I may have used two email addresses for Hulu before: [redacted] (the one I utilized for Spotify) and [redacted] I want to confirm that I am not paying for two accounts with different emails. Any assistance or clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am facing issues streaming Hulu shows using my Samsung BD-JM57 player via wi-fi. Although the site and available programs load correctly, once I choose a program, it stops playing after a few minutes displaying a playback failure code ([redacted]). The screen goes black, the program stops, and it doesn't reload. I have tried rebooting the wi-fi and the player, but the problem persists with all TV shows on different channels. Interestingly, Netflix and other services work fine, ruling out issues with my TV, wi-fi, or player. I have a non-commercial subscription. Would appreciate assistance in troubleshooting this matter.

I am disappointed that the show Metalocalypse is no longer available on the Adult Swim network. I used to enjoy watching it on Hulu; however, they have removed it from their lineup. Instead, Hulu offers shows like Black Jesus, Brad Neely's Harg Nallin' Sclopio Pappino, Dream Corp LLC, Neon Joe: Werewolf Hunter, Tim & Eric's Bedtime Stories, Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell, Mr. Pickles, and Eagleheart, which I find unsatisfactory. I am considering canceling my Hulu subscription because of this change. I feel frustrated and let down by Hulu's programming choices. I might switch to Netflix, even though it costs the same, to avoid feeling this way. I hope Hulu reconsiders its decision and brings back Metalocalypse.

I signed up for the free trial of your premium services on 07/08/18. I decided to cancel on 08/07/18 after changing the password, as I realized I had only used it briefly at the start. Since I have Dish Network with most of your content available on demand, I didn't find much value in keeping the service. Following my cancellation online, I received a confirmation and was logged out as the account was closed. However, I've noticed two charges of $11.99 on my bank statement for the last two months despite canceling and not utilizing your services. I'm a tech-savvy 26-year-old college graduate and made sure to follow your cancellation process outlined in the terms during sign up. I kindly request a refund for the unauthorized charges and the removal of my details from your system.

I signed up for a free 30-day trial of Hulu because I plan on opening an account. I wanted to test the best plan with live TV and HBO to see if it suits me. Before completing the sign-up, I ensured there were no hidden fees or contracts. However, I noticed $50 was deducted from my account a week later without my realization. I continued using Hulu assuming it was still within the 30-day free trial as advertised. I do not want the live TV plan; instead, I only want the regular plan with HBO included. I kindly request a refund of the money withdrawn from my account as I am a struggling broke college student. The trial was advertised as 30 days free, and then I intend to sign up for the regular Hulu plan. Thank you for your assistance.

The primary reason I subscribe to Hulu is for my nephew, who loves watching Family Guy. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't continue paying $12 monthly for the subpar service. Despite being a member for nearly a year, the movie selection seems unchanged since I signed up. The buffering issues persist, even though my internet works fine for Netflix, Amazon, and HBO Go. It's frustrating that only Hulu experiences this problem. I have contacted customer service, and apparently, many other customers have similar complaints. It's disheartening to pay so much for unreliable service. If Family Guy were to move to another platform, I'd swiftly cancel my subscription.

Hi Hulu team, I wanted to express my enthusiasm for the opportunity to work at Hulu. After reading your article "What Defines Hulu?" early in the morning, I was incredibly inspired by your core values and employee dedication. I am a third-year finance and computer science student named Matthew at UBC's Sauder School of Business. I am eager to contribute to your team by embracing your values, conducting Costco runs, and learning all I can about Hulu's future. I am excited about the possibility of working with you and have attached my resume for your review. Thank you for considering my application. Best regards, Matthew

I recently canceled my Hulu subscription to avoid being charged, but my cancellation was interrupted by a Windows update on my computer. Despite my efforts, I was still charged. I haven't used Hulu for several weeks and would appreciate a refund of $8. I'm requesting Hulu to refund the charge so I can proceed to cancel my subscription and remove my account.

Good morning, I recently noticed that I was charged twice for my $7.99 monthly Hulu fee – once on my American Express and once on my PayPal, without my authorization. I only have one Hulu account and did not receive receipts for either transaction. This has been going on for nearly 4 years. I've paused charges on my American Express account but am unable to do so on PayPal as I never signed up with that account. Please cancel the unauthorized PayPal payment associated with [redacted] before the next billing cycle. I request a thorough investigation into this issue and a refund for the unauthorized charges. I'm a long-time Hulu subscriber and hope to continue using the service. I trust Hulu will resolve this problem efficiently. I appreciate your assistance and eagerly await your response. Thank you, Nicholas Sanders
