Two months ago, we had a Hulu account, but we decided to cancel it. My teenage daughter assured me that she contacted Hulu and requested the cancellation. However, to my surprise, I recently discovered that the service is still active on her iTunes account for a No Commercials Hulu subscription. She insists that she spoke with a Hulu representative who assured her the account would be closed. The Hulu account in question is associated with either [redacted] or [redacted], and the payments are being made through her iTunes account, totaling $23.98.

I recently canceled my Hulu account, yet I noticed a pending charge of $11.99 for 9/17/18. When I checked online, the account page prompted me to "renew or start a free trial," even though I did not select this option. I cannot find where to remove my payment details or make changes. It seems like my cancellation went through since I can't access any account functions. Could you please refund the $11.99 and provide confirmation? Thank you.

I am sharing some important information regarding Monty Oum, the creator of RWBY. Please know that for my own safety, I need to remain anonymous. Monty Oum, who created RWBY, had a troubled past involving drug use and a cult-like group. Despite this, he later gained appreciation for his animation skills. After securing a job at RoosterTeeth and creating RWBY, he tragically passed away. The details surrounding his death have been concealed by RoosterTeeth and his then-wife, Sheena Duquette, who went on to benefit from his work. The company is aware of these events but tries to hide the truth. This is a challenging topic, but it is essential to shed light on it. Further investigation may uncover additional evidence related to these secretive issues.

I have been attempting to cancel my Hulu subscription for several days now. Every time I try, I encounter an error message stating "[redacted] bad request" when I attempt to access my account. This is frustrating as I needed to cancel before the next billing cycle. Since signing up for the free trial, I have had issues navigating the website and can't even locate which email address is associated with my account. I am disappointed with this experience and I am requesting a refund if I have been charged.

I temporarily placed my account on hold due to insufficient funds to cover the $12.98 charge. I had expected to have the funds available, but unfortunately miscalculated. I kindly request to extend the hold on my account for another week. If possible, I would appreciate a refund of the charged amount. Your service brings me entertainment during a challenging time, especially since I lost my job recently. Hopefully, I can restore my account within a week. I am currently facing a negative bank balance. Thank you for your understanding and assistance, Hulu.

I recently finished a chat session where I was supposed to be transferred to a review specialist, but the chat abruptly ended. I've been experiencing ongoing issues with my Hulu service, which I discovered today may be due to using a legacy device. Despite not receiving any notice, I continued to use the service without realizing the cause of the problems I encountered, such as skipping shows and repeated ads. I was informed that Hulu would refund me starting from May 3 because of this issue. However, after contacting Apple iTunes, who handles my billing, I only received a refund for one month. They claimed they couldn't refund me for the extended period when the service was not functioning properly. During my conversation with a customer service agent, I felt misled when they inaccurately mentioned a mismatch in billing zip code. They later confessed this was due to their lack of access to my billing information, as it goes through Apple. This miscommunication led to the abrupt end of the chat. I expect Hulu to resolve this matter promptly without requiring my further involvement. Hulu should contact Apple directly to handle the refund. If this situation cannot be rectified, I am open to canceling my account due to the poor treatment received and lack of transparency.

I am currently logged into Hulu on my Xbox One, but suddenly got logged out. Upon attempting to log back in with the correct email and password, an error message pops up, stating, "We're sorry! There was an error attempting to log you in. Please try again later." Recently, my mom changed the payment account and password, but assures me that she hasn't made any recent changes that might cause this issue. Last night, everything was working fine with no disruptions. Interestingly, I also noticed that I got signed out on my phone, prompting me to check my internet connection, even though my WiFi signal is strong and my service is stable.

I was watching my show "Castle Rock" on Hulu when suddenly the browser displayed a message that it was not supported. I haven't been able to access any programs since then. I tried to cancel my subscription, but I couldn't access the site. I've been searching for a solution for hours and it's frustrating not being able to watch anything for a couple of days now. I just want to enjoy the shows I pay for on Hulu or cancel my subscription if this issue persists. Hulu, please address this problem promptly.

I am interested in knowing if there is a way to increase the variety of commercials being shown. I don't mind watching commercials as I use Hulu as a substitute for regular TV. However, the constant repetition of the "Life Itself" ad and its variations is becoming unbearable. I have watched Hulu extensively, and within the last few weeks, I have been bombarded with this particular commercial. Having a wider range of commercials would not only benefit viewers like me but also increase exposure for your sponsors. The current level of repetition is off-putting and might discourage viewers from engaging with the advertised products. Moreover, I believe that the ads being shown do not align with my viewing preferences. After watching shows like South Park, It's Always Sunny, and Workaholics, I am puzzled by the advertisement for Chanel, which seems out of place. If it's possible, I would appreciate it if more variety could be introduced without any action required on my part. But feel free to reach out via email regarding this matter if necessary. Thank you!

I recently enrolled in the Spotify student bundle, but I have been experiencing difficulty accessing my Hulu account since the beginning of this week (09/17/18). When prompted to log in, the password field won't accept any input, showing an error message of an invalid password. Consequently, I cannot view or adjust my account settings. I wish to avoid being double-charged, as the Student Plan is supposed to cover both Spotify and Hulu services. Upon launching Hulu, I am directed to start a free trial or choose a new plan, even though I am already a paying subscriber. Updating my payment details on Spotify was successful, but I am unable to do the same for Hulu due to the login issue. I am unsure if the student bundle is still available. I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I recently subscribed to the Spotify student bundle, but I have been unable to access my Hulu account since the beginning of this week (09/07/18). When I try to sign in, the password box does not allow me to type anything in, remains blank, and then gives an error message claiming my password is invalid. This has prevented me from viewing my account settings. I am concerned about being charged twice for both services and want to ensure the student plan benefits are intact. Instead of accessing my account, Hulu prompts me to start a free trial or choose a plan, which is confusing as I already have a plan in place. Since I updated my Spotify payment information, I would like to do the same for Hulu but cannot due to the sign-in issue. I am unsure if the bundle is still available as I haven’t received any notifications. Kindly advise on how to address and resolve this issue. Thank you.

Hello! I believed I had previously canceled my subscription over the phone with a representative two months ago, but it seems that it didn't go through. Upon noticing recent charges, I attempted to cancel online. The website offered a free month, which I accepted to make up for the unused service in the past months. Although it seemed like the free month wasn't applied, I proceeded to cancel outright. To my surprise, upon checking my account, the free month was there, extending my subscription until mid-October. Unfortunately, when I logged in today, my subscription was canceled prematurely. I would like to request a refund for the unused time if possible.

I recently had to factory reset my iPhone SE due to system malfunctions and excessive storage usage. Consequently, I am unable to access my previous Apple ID, linked to my Hulu account. I need to reset my Hulu subscription under a new account as the current account belonged to my mother. She has switched services, and I need to ensure I won't be charged after October. I can still use the account until then, and I want to start my new subscription afterwards.

This is the third time I've tried to cancel my account. Despite being told it was successful before, I keep getting charged monthly. I used to be charged every two weeks, which was even worse. I can't access Hulu at all despite being charged. I want a refund for today's payment and my Hulu subscription canceled for good. This situation is ridiculous. I feel like I'm owed six months of Hulu based on this issue. I work hard for my money, and it's not fair to be charged without receiving any service in return.

I tried the free trial but didn't use Hulu much. A few days after the trial ended, I logged in to ensure it wouldn't turn into a subscription. I was unable to stream shows on Hulu.com. Later, I was surprised to see I've been charged $7.99 through Paypal for months without my knowledge. I didn't receive any emails notifying me of the payments or the change in my account status. I also can't remember my password and haven't received any email to reset it. I want to close my account permanently at [redacted] As a full-time college student with a limited budget, the recent charge left me struggling financially. Please resolve this issue promptly.

I engaged in 4 chat sessions yesterday, attempting to resolve an issue with my Hulu app after updating it on Sunday. Unfortunately, I lost access to my 3 original local stations, including WFMY-2 CBS, WGHP-8 Fox, and WXII-12 NBC. Due to CenturyLink's dynamic IP addresses, I'm being assigned to a region east of Raleigh instead of my correct west Raleigh location. Hulu is not permitting me to view these local channels, displaying an error message instead. The support team mentioned escalating my problem to a higher-tier tech support department. I'm seeking confirmation that this is indeed underway. Several neighbors are facing the same issue with incorrect local stations. I appreciate any updates on the status of this matter. - R.R., 9/24/63, billing card ends in [redacted]

I have been a long-time Hulu member facing an issue. Despite my satisfaction with the service, I cannot access it as I lost my password and the email associated with my account to recover it. This has caused me to be unable to enjoy Hulu for years while I continue to pay for it. I am hesitant to create a new account to prevent double charges. I updated all relevant information except for the payment method and the email address. Even though I have a new debit card, the old account is still being charged. I am seeking assistance to resolve this situation and discontinue payment for the inactive account. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am a Hulu subscriber with limited commercial viewing on my Amazon TV and laptop. Lately, I've encountered trouble with my Amazon TV login, as it occasionally prompts me to select a subscription plan despite being already subscribed. Even after going through the process, it just confirms my existing subscription without allowing access. I've attempted to activate through my computer, but it hasn't resolved the issue. It seems there might be a technical glitch with my account causing this inconvenience. The login on my Amazon TV can be inconsistent, sometimes working fine and other times repeatedly asking for a plan selection. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. —Abby E. Account email: [redacted]

I encountered an issue with my Hulu account on my Roku device. After getting logged out, I couldn't log back in despite verifying my internet connection. Attempts to log in online failed as well. The Hulu help center provided little assistance, mainly pointing fingers at my account's payment, email, or password. Calling customer service ended up being frustrating as the line disconnected after a couple of rings. Having recently upgraded to Hulu Live with HBO add-ons during my free trial, I'm disappointed with such service disruptions. The thought of paying around $60 monthly for unreliable service is disheartening. I plan to cancel my subscription once the trial ends due to the hassle and time wasted trying to resolve the issue. An extension to my trial period would possibly change my decision. I seek a resolution or value as a customer for the inconvenience faced.
