Hello, I bought a 4-course dinner deal for two at Pars Cove in Park West, Chicago, IL, valid from Sunday to Thursday. The deal was advertised for $58, but during purchase, it totaled $[redacted] for both vouchers. I accidentally viewed one voucher, making it non-tradeable. I want to trade both vouchers for the ANYDAY: 4-course dinner for 2 at Pars Cove, which costs $[redacted]. I am willing to cover the additional $18 for the upgrade. However, the system only allows me to trade in one voucher for $58, leaving the other untradeable. I'm not sure how to proceed to avoid any overcharges. If trading both vouchers for the new deal isn't feasible, I'd like to stick to my original purchase. Thanks, S.

I am having trouble with the redemption process for my orders and need assistance in receiving the items I have already purchased. One of the items cost $[redacted]. I am facing challenges with the company in obtaining my product. The redemption code for that item is 1Z8CWJRPP1XJ-3cc. Additionally, I need support in redeeming codes for other items that have not arrived yet. I frequently shop on Groupon and I am highly disappointed in not receiving my orders. Hello, I recently bought a Groupon deal for a basic manicure and pedicure. When I scheduled the appointment online, I chose both services, but the confirmation only mentioned the pedicure. I contacted the owner, and she mentioned I would be charged extra for the manicure that was part of the Groupon. I double-checked the voucher and realized the manicure was indeed included. I would like to cancel the appointment altogether. Thank you.

I have two orders that have not arrived. The first order was the Smile Clinic Professional Take-Home Teeth Whitening Kit with Gel Refills, which was ordered on September 25th. The second order was for the Dynamic Meteorite Stardust Lifting Eye Serum and Cream Set (2 pieces), ordered on September 20th. I also placed two similar orders that were successfully delivered. One was the Tru White Teeth Whitener ordered on September 25th, and the other was the Dynamic Serum and Cream Set; however, you were out of serum and sent cream instead, ordered on September 14th. I scheduled a massage with Artists in Motion Therapy. I specifically booked it online for Thursday, October 10th, but they are claiming it was for Tuesday, October 8th. They are declining to change the appointment date and have marked my Groupon voucher as used without offering a new booking or refund. I don't think I should be charged $42 for their error.

I have two orders that I have not received. The first order was placed on September 20th for the Dynamic Meteorite Serum and Cream, a two-piece set. I previously ordered the same set on September 14th, even though the serum was out of stock, and I did receive that order. However, the one I ordered on September 20th never arrived. The second order that I have not received is The Smile Clinic Professional take-home teeth whitening kit with gel refills, which was ordered on September 25th. On the same day, I ordered a different teeth whitening kit from Tru White and received that one. Can you please investigate this issue for me?

I ordered 9 pairs of the same shorts in 3 different colors, which arrived in a single package. I have printed 3 separate return labels, each specifying the color and quantity. My question is whether I can send them back in the same package they came in, using one label as the shipping label and placing the other two inside. Would this method be acceptable for the return process?

I did not authorize a charge of $4.99 to be deducted from my checking account via my VISA debit card. There is no option to speak with live agents, and all five customer service numbers redirect to automated systems that only show order history and an app. Additionally, the headquarters' phone line is not functional and goes to a voicemail with a man's name. This lack of professionalism is alarming and seems like a scam. Please reach out to me at [redacted].

I previously sent a message and email. Please disregard those. I bought a Groupon deal for a 4-course meal for two at Pars Cove in Parkwest Chicago, IL for $58. I accidentally purchased two vouchers for a total of $[redacted]. I only intended to buy one for two people. I would like to exchange it for the "Anyday" option at Pars Cove in Parkwest Chicago, IL, which costs $67, and I am willing to pay the extra $9 to go on a Saturday. Can I swap one voucher for the "Anyday" deal and get a refund for the extra one? I'm confused because I didn't realize I made two separate purchases. I hope this clears up the situation. I bought a carpet cleaning service on July 14th. When I called on October 4th to schedule, they said the only available date for cleaning was November 18th, after my house closes on the 23rd. They mentioned I used a Groupon, which I did not. I need a refund as I won't own the house by November 18th.

I bought a voucher for microblading from Rhonda Rodriguez at [redacted] Old Brick Road, Windermere, FL. After trying to book with Rhonda, I received a confirmation with a new address at [redacted] South Orange Ave, which is far from the original location. I reached out to Groupon for a refund but was only offered a trade for another voucher. I didn't receive enough details for the trade and was later informed that the voucher was returned to my account because a trade wasn't determined. Groupon's handling of the situation is disappointing, as they promoted the wrong location and are now refusing a refund. Their customer service is lacking, making this experience frustrating.

I need help with my recent purchase from Canvas on Demand through Groupon. I have been mistakenly charged twice on two different credit cards. The redemption process for the Groupon voucher was confusing, resulting in charges on a credit card other than my intended Groupon one, and the voucher was not even redeemed. I purchased 2 adult tickets and 1 child ticket for the ice cream boat tour in Tampa, Florida, as well as 2 kids' admissions to Sylvia’s Clubhouse in Clearwater, Florida. I used my debit card for guest checkout, and after confirming the order, it stated that I would receive an email confirmation shortly. However, I have not received any email yet nor seen any charges on my account. I am concerned about being double charged if I reorder. While browsing Facebook, I decided to compare prices for my upcoming trip to Cancun, Mexico, booked through Bookit.com. I have used Groupon previously, and noticed my information was already saved in your system without me providing it again. I have not traveled or used your services to incur any charges. I feel my information was improperly handled and these charges are unjust. I intend to report this to the BBB to address these unethical billing practices.

Today, I used a Groupon to purchase tickets for Sky Zone in South Plainfield. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience as my son was involved in a physical altercation with four other children, causing distress. When approaching the store manager for assistance, she was unhelpful and rude. We had to involve the police to resolve the situation, resulting in a loss of our playtime. We feel that our money was spent without receiving the expected enjoyment. We are looking to Groupon for assistance in receiving a refund for our experience.

I tried to purchase a Groupon today. I initially chose PayPal but then decided to use Apple Pay, so I went back a page. However, when I returned to the payment page, it said the Groupon was already purchased. I hadn't finished the PayPal payment, so I don't think the payment went through. I recently relocated to a new state and purchased several Groupons. One of them was for my daughter's birthday on August 25, [redacted], but she never received the email. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, it has become quite frustrating and has tainted the purpose of the gift. We are now seeking a refund for the yoga Groupon in the original payment method. Another Groupon experience with "Hair by Traci" left a bad impression as it felt unwelcoming, with unresponsive communication. Due to the negative encounter, I am no longer interested in redeeming the offer. The third disappointing experience was with a Groupon for services by Meridith. The haircut was rushed, resulting in an uneven cut for my daughter. Following this, we had to return to get it fixed. We would like a refund for the unused Groupon with Meridith due to the unsatisfactory service received. Overall, I have been a loyal customer to Groupon, but these three incidents were particularly disappointing.
