I had a Groupon for a massage I couldn't attend on 08/12. I attempted to cancel the appointment on the "Fitness First" website multiple times without success. I noticed they somehow redeemed my Groupon without my authorization. I spoke to a representative on 08/12, explaining my unsuccessful cancellation attempts. They confirmed seeing the appointment available before and mentioned accessing their website for cancellations. Due to time constraints, I prefer online communication. The representative assured me not to worry, suggested rescheduling now or later, without addressing the Groupon issue. I used a Groupon there in the past, so they could have linked it to my new one. I recently had a carpet cleaning service done by Fair Cleaning Service for 2 rooms and a hallway, and the technicians, Alex and Matt, were fantastic. However, I want to express my disappointment with Groupon for not clearly stating that the $39 cleaning I purchased was just a surface clean, not a shampoo which costs significantly more. I had to end up paying extra money, unbeknownst to me beforehand, and it's frustrating as my budget is tight. The lack of transparency about this in the fine print is upsetting. While the technicians were great, it seems like there was miscommunication between what was advertised and what the actual service entailed. I believe I should receive a refund due to this misleading information.

I recently purchased a three-course meal voucher from Renzo's Bar for my partner's birthday. After contacting the restaurant to inquire about the menu options included, the store manager refused to provide details and insisted that I visit on the booking day. I expressed my desire to know the menu beforehand, leading to a confusing exchange where the manager only repeated it was a three-course meal. The conversation quickly turned confrontational, with the manager accusing me of wanting free food and ultimately refusing my patronage. This unpleasant experience has left me feeling disrespected, and I am hesitant to visit Renzo's Bar in the future. The abrupt escalation of the situation was unexpected and troubling, and I'm unsure about what prompted such a negative response from the manager.

I contacted Vanity Room regarding my two Groupons I bought, one for $22 and the other for $55. Unfortunately, I've been unsuccessful in scheduling an appointment since purchasing them. The phone number listed on the Groupon instructions now directs me to a voicemail stating they no longer accept Groupons and advised me to seek a refund from Groupon. It's frustrating as they are unresponsive to my calls. I am seeking a full refund for both Groupons from Vanity Room, as they are still valid and I have not made any mistakes. According to Groupon's policy, refunds should be processed within 3 days of purchase, and I am not at fault for this situation. I wish I could use these deals, but Vanity Room does not honor Groupons. If they are not accepting Groupons, they should not continue to sell them. I recently learned from Angel Brandt Aesthetics that according to Groupon's policy, vouchers are intended for first-time clients or as gifts. Since I've purchased a voucher for Microneedling in the past, they are unable to accept another Groupon voucher for the same service. I've consistently purchased Groupon vouchers for the last 3 or 4 years without encountering this restriction. Can someone confirm if this information is accurate or not?

I purchased a carpet cleaning voucher, but when I contacted the service provider, I was informed that they do not operate in my area, although this was not mentioned on Groupon or their website. Now, I am attempting to get a refund for the voucher, but I read that viewing the order may prevent me from getting one. This is confusing because it's natural to check your order for accuracy. Please cancel my Al fresco holiday order number [redacted]35. I have tried to reach out to your customer service team twice over the phone, but got disconnected both times. After sending an email the next day and receiving no reply, I tried reaching out via chat. Unfortunately, I was disconnected due to my slow typing speed. Despite this, I tried again in chat and finally got confirmation that my order would be canceled. I explained that there was a typo in my email, preventing me from receiving the voucher. I attempted to purchase a ticket for A Day To Remember at the Armory using a credit card through groupon.com. Despite receiving a "thank you for your purchase" email, I later got another email saying the transaction could not be processed and that I would be refunded. Surprisingly, upon checking my bank transactions, I discovered that all my payment attempts went through without any confirmation emails. Unfortunately, there is no evidence of the transactions on my groupon account. I kindly request a refund for all the unsuccessful ticket purchases made. Hello, my name is Raisha. Today, I attempted to redeem my first Groupon voucher for a hair appointment at 12:30. Upon arriving at 12:00, I was informed that the stylist was running late. Despite our early arrival, we agreed to wait. Once seated with the stylist at 12:45, I specified the desired hairstyle to be met with the news that the Groupon only covered $60, requiring an additional $[redacted] for the desired service. Moreover, extra charges were mentioned for toner used in highlights, details not disclosed earlier. The stylist's focus on another client at my appointment time and the unexpected additional costs left me feeling dissatisfied and considering not using Groupon again. A refund would be appreciated. Hello, my name is Lorri Linkhart. In late May, I bought a Groupon for “Quality Air Solution” in Hillsboro, OH, for $46 to service my new condo home in Centerville, OH. Unfortunately, due to being displaced during the Beavercreek tornados, I had a lot going on. Despite reaching out twice to schedule an appointment with no response, the Groupon expired on Aug. 4th. I bought a Groupon (VMJNGPKJ) for a weekday date but needed to change it to a weekend date. When I called the representative, I had to open the voucher to provide the Groupon code, and now I'm being told I cannot get a refund since the code was opened. I explained that I mistakenly bought the weekday date instead of a weekend one and requested to credit it towards a weekend date. The representative asked me to email Groupon support for further assistance. I'm hoping for a refund or a credit to use the Groupon for the correct weekend date.

I had a disappointing experience at Botanical Beauty after purchasing a $99 facial. Upon arrival, my appointment was changed without consideration for my time constraints, despite arriving early. The staff member was rude and even provided a code to enter but did not allow me inside promptly, leaving me waiting on a dirty couch outside the salon. The location also seemed unsafe, with individuals loitering outside. Given the poor service, I am seeking a refund for the full amount paid. I have emailed Rajesh K, and he responded asking for more information. However, being a 73-year-old lady, I struggled to reply back as I am not familiar with tech terms. I recently purchased my first Groupon Coupon, and when it showed as confirmed, I didn't realize I needed to validate it further. Upon trying to use it, I was asked for a Voucher number, which I didn't have. Despite trying to call for help without success, I ended up buying tickets for an anniversary gift last minute. Hello, I booked a reservation with Island Party Boat through Groupon a month ago, and I encountered some discrepancies regarding the captain fee. Dear Groupon, I recently bought a pair of Vincent Cavallo leather men's wingtip dress shoes and matching belt in size 9 medium dark brown monk-strap. My order number is [redacted]63. I am disappointed because instead of the correct item, I received Santino Luciano shoes that are not leather. I want to return the incorrect shoes for the Vincent Cavallo leather wingtip dress shoes I originally ordered. I tried to redeem a Groupon voucher at ZAATAR restaurant in Portland on 7/5/19 but found it closed due to an exhaust system issue. The manager at the alternate location would not honor it as advised. I looked into the 24 hour exchange program but didn't find a suitable deal. After contacting customer service, I followed the instructions on the FAQs page. My phone is glitching, and now it's saying I can't change my deal since my voucher was already opened. I'm seeking a refund because despite numerous attempts to book a massage appointment, I was directed to a third-party call center. The person I spoke to seemed unsure about passing along my message. I had planned this as a surprise for my mom's upcoming birthday, but it seems unlikely now. This situation is both disappointing and unprofessional. I was really looking forward to giving this gift to my mom, especially considering her chronic back pain.
