I was checking Water Country USA ticket prices in Williamsburg and found a deal on Groupon for $34.99 each. After purchasing 2 vouchers, I realized they were only valid in New Hampshire. Despite using Groupon frequently without problems, I ended up having to buy new tickets for $61.99 each at the park. I reside in Williamsburg and wouldn't have bought tickets for NH intentionally. I'm requesting a refund or credit for this mix-up.

I had items in my online cart and accidentally hit the purchase button while attempting to go back to the previous page. After realizing the mistake through the confirmation email, I discovered I missed the window to cancel or edit the order by 2 hours. Furthermore, the delivery address is incorrect due to a recent move, as I hadn't updated it prior to the accidental order. I am seeking assistance to cancel the order. Details of the order are as follows: Name: Donna Chubb Order #: 1[redacted]29-[redacted]

I used a voucher for parking at JFK Discount Parking. On 8/6/19, I dropped off my car and a shuttle took us to the JetBlue terminal at JFK airport smoothly. However, upon my return on Saturday 8/10/19 at 12:45 am, I called for a pick-up and was initially told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. After several delays, I ended up waiting for over an hour with no shuttle picking me up as promised. Eventually, I had to arrange for a Lyft to take us back to JFK Discount Parking. The staff at the parking lot acknowledged the driver's inefficiency but it was not a satisfactory explanation for the lengthy wait. I paid $48 for parking and shuttle services that were not delivered. I am requesting a refund for the inadequate service experienced, and I advise others to reconsider using JFK Discount Parking due to this unreliable experience.

Good morning Groupon, Yesterday, I purchased a ticket for Busch Gardens and Country USA. I only intended to buy one ticket, but due to a technical issue on my tablet, I mistakenly ended up being charged for two tickets. The extra money taken from my card was meant to cover my vacation expenses, as I am on disability. After speaking with a representative, I was initially offered a refund in Groupon credits, but I explained I needed the money back on my card. They assured me that the supervisor approved a refund to my account due to this being my first purchase with them. However, the money has not been returned, and my vacation with my family is approaching on Tuesday. I would appreciate assistance with this urgent matter. Thank you.

I placed an order, but it was unable to process without asking for my credit card details. I attempted again, assuming I missed entering my credit card information. However, it processed the purchase twice using a credit card you had on file, which I do not want to use. I was never prompted to input my credit card information. I would like to cancel both transactions and provide my preferred credit card details. The offer was for Skin Lab in Great Neck, NY, and there was no option to apply a coupon code during checkout. Please cancel the two orders, provide a contact number for phone orders, and ensure the removal of the stored credit card details. I prefer not to have any credit cards on file.

I purchased an air freshener and foam flooring, receiving a confirmation email. However, I noticed unauthorized charges of $40.00 and $59.00 on my card which I did not make. As I only have one confirmation email for my legitimate purchase, I believe someone has used my information on Groupon to buy items fraudulently. This concerns me deeply. I had stopped using Groupon for quite some time due to a past dispute, and unfortunately, it seems the issues persist. My son convinced me to try again, but now I regret it. I urgently need these incorrect charges resolved and investigated as soon as possible.

I purchased a dock cleaning coupon but used an expired credit card. When I tried to use an updated card, I was informed only one coupon per person was allowed. After contacting customer service, they reset the coupon for me to purchase a new one. However, when the service person arrived, he demanded an extra $[redacted] for services listed on the coupon. Despite insisting on the agreed services, he left without completing the job. The company owner suggested I seek a refund through Groupon. I am requesting a refund of $48 for the ineffective coupon purchased on July 16th, [redacted]. The order number is [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] Thank you. - Salme S.

I am having issues with my solar power bank battery charger. Despite following the proper instructions, the charger does not work correctly. I initially charged it through the wall, and it only charged my phone to 17% before stopping. Subsequent attempts to charge and use the device have failed. Even though it shows it's charging, it doesn't power on or charge any devices. I'm disappointed after spending $30 on this device and purchasing more products from Groupon for an upcoming camping trip. I'm concerned about the reliability of the other products I bought. Trying to contact Groupon for assistance has been frustrating, and I am dissatisfied with their customer service. I would like a working device or a refund as soon as possible.

I encountered an issue with a spa deal purchase for two at Doubletree Hilton Bellshill in Glasgow. There were technical problems during the transaction resulting in multiple charges totaling £[redacted] instead of the intended £82 for two. I didn't receive a verifying code due to the glitch and assumed the transaction didn't go through. Due to personal circumstances, including a recent bereavement, I haven't been able to address this sooner. I am unable to reach the spa directly due to connectivity problems both at home and on my mobile. Could you please contact me via email at [redacted] instead? I am looking for assistance in confirming the deal for two at the correct price and the possibility of a refund for the excess charged to my Mastercard. Thank you. Susan C.

I am requesting a full refund for the order number 1[redacted]26-[redacted] concerning the Dave and Buster's unlimited whole day for 2 deal in Denver. The advertisement led us to believe the voucher provided unlimited play, but upon using it, we discovered it actually only allowed for 3 games, not truly unlimited as stated. My family was disappointed, given this was intended to be a special treat to end the summer. I would appreciate a prompt refund to avoid having to dispute the charge with my credit card company due to false advertising. One voucher remains unused, and the other is untouched. Additionally, when attempting to contact Groupon's customer service, I was only able to reach an automated system. Adding to my disappointment, the offer was said to never expire before purchasing, but an expiration date was later revealed. This contradicts the initial information provided by Groupon and is frustrating.

I had purchased Groupons for Woodlawn Park Zoo for 2 adults and 6 kids for a total of $[redacted].60, intending to go on 8/8. However, the zoo did not accept them on 8/9. I tried calling on the same day, only to find out they were closed until Monday. When I reached out to Groupon, they offered me Groupon Bucks instead of a refund. When I declined and requested a refund, they claimed they couldn't locate my purchase. I'm planning to send them a copy of my credit card statement once I receive it. -Katherine C.

I reached out to Groupon over a week ago about an undelivered purchase from June. After sending a follow-up last week, I have yet to receive a response. Here is the summary of my initial conversation for reference. I am looking to have this matter resolved promptly within the next few days, or I will consider withdrawing both my company and personal business from using the platform.

I purchased 4 boat tour tickets yesterday, but my sister and I arrived late due to a parking issue. We drove around for half an hour looking for a spot, and by the time we got there, the boat had already departed without us. When the remaining two members of our group boarded, they were forced to use all 4 tickets or forfeit them and pay the full price. I am requesting a refund for the two unused tickets due to the unforeseen circumstance that caused us to miss the boat tour.

On June 10, [redacted], I purchased a Groupon for $[redacted].00 from The Movers Depot. I contacted several moving companies before buying it to confirm they accepted it. Triple 7 initially confirmed, but later declined the Groupon. Unable to find any other movers under the same name, I arranged my move elsewhere. At this point, I have no need for the Groupon and would like a refund of the $[redacted].00. I made efforts to use it but faced challenges without success. I am reaching out for your assistance in processing the refund promptly as the money spent on this Groupon is significant to me. I have also contacted my bank to look into this matter further if necessary. Thank you.

During our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton North, we encountered issues with the housekeeping. My wife accidentally spilled juice on the bed sheets, which were not properly changed during the cleaning service. Despite the room being tidied up, the sheets remained unchanged, and garbage was left in the bins. Upon informing the front desk, they mentioned refunding the money, however, as the reservation was made through a third-party such as Groupon or Expedia, they were unable to process it. We stayed for three days, and even when garbage was left outside upon staff instructions, it wasn't collected. I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory service experienced.

I purchased a $37 one-hour massage deal from Massage Advantage in February. I attempted to schedule the appointment for July back in May and have tried almost every day since. However, every time I would click to view details in my email to book the appointment, it said the website was temporarily down due to cleaning up a coffee spill, which I found amusing at first until it became a daily issue. My main concern is that due to the website malfunction, the massage expired yesterday on August 12. My husband mentioned that if you do not refund our money or extend the validity of our purchase, I will need to uninstall the app and stop using it. It's disappointing because I frequently use it to plan trips for our family, especially for my 2- and 3-year-old sons. What can be done to resolve this matter?

I recently placed an order and was surprised to receive double the quantity of each item I ordered and was charged twice. I had alerted you about this issue prior to the shipment, but unfortunately, the duplicates were still sent. It's frustrating as I can't make use of or return the extra items. Being a loyal customer, I expected better service. The financial burden of having double the amount deducted is significant as I am currently caring for my grandchildren after the loss of my daughter. I urgently need to return the excess items in one shipment to be refunded for them promptly. This error has put me in a tough spot financially, and I need a resolution quickly. Please assist me in addressing this issue as soon as possible.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for a trip to Alaska in June from Miller's Landing in Seward. I initially thought it was for an 8-hour adventure, but it turned out to be a 4-hour excursion, causing some confusion. I spoke with Elijah Wessel, the operations manager at Miller's Landing, who explained the situation and advised me to contact Groupon for assistance. The correct payment was deducted from my account. Despite this, I have been receiving email notifications about the Groupon potentially expiring. I am unsure why I am getting these emails, as I have already used the Groupon for my Alaska trip.

After making a hotel reservation, I noticed that the price had dropped significantly. I rebooked at the lower rate within a few hours, hoping to receive the better deal. Despite my earnest requests, the hotel has been unwilling to cancel the original booking. I have not utilized any services and simply wish to avoid paying for a reservation that I no longer need. I am seeking a fair resolution for both the hotel and myself. I kindly request the cancellation and refund of order #1[redacted]70-[redacted] for $[redacted].34. This reservation for late September has not been used and I have already secured the same hotel through Groupon at a more favorable price shortly after booking with them. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
