I purchased 4 tickets for a show at Tuacahn Amphitheatre in Ivins, UT to see Alan Menken on April 26, [redacted]. Upon arriving at the box office as instructed, they did not have any record of our ticket purchase in their system. Fortunately, they provided us with 4 tickets after I showed them my receipt and presented the 4 vouchers. However, they mentioned that if no seats were available, we might not have been able to attend the show. I had a disappointing experience during my recent spa appointment at Henderson Castle. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email, I only managed to speak to a manager on the day of my appointment. Unfortunately, they refused to honor the resolution discussed with the manager without an additional charge. The spa's uncleanliness and the staff's personal hygiene were not up to standard, prompting me to leave without receiving any treatments. I recently purchased my first Groupon while visiting New Jersey and ordered from Dominos using a deal for $30 worth of pizza for $15. However, when I tried to use the coupon, it wasn't accepted. After contacting Dominos in Texas, I was told to order online, but the coupon clearly states it can't be used online. I'm seeking a refund as the offer is not working as expected. I am disappointed with the service provided for a Couple's massage that I booked through Groupon. I scheduled an appointment with Angela for a couple's massage at 7:15 pm on 4/27/19, only to arrive and be informed there was only one masseuse available. We were rescheduled for today, 4/28/19, but upon calling to confirm, I was told they still only had one masseuse. When I inquired about future availability for a couple's massage, the staff member abruptly hung up on me. I purchased the PaVeRa Inspirational Beauty Groupon for a manicure and pedicure. The voucher does not expire, but the promotional value expires on May 3, [redacted]. The experience with this salon has been disappointing and unprofessional. It was challenging to book an appointment, and upon arrival, the shop was dirty and the nail technician was not present. I attempted to book a room at the Tuscany Hotel and Casino Las Vegas yesterday. Since I did not promptly receive a confirmation email, I believed the reservation was not successful and attempted to book multiple times. This morning, I finally received the confirmation email, but to my surprise, I ended up with two reservations instead of one. I only intended to make one reservation and would like to keep that one while requesting a refund for the second reservation made in error.

I recently used a Groupon for Sulmida shaved ice with hot or cold tea on North Road on April 3rd. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the service I received. According to other Groupon reviews, the hot tea should have been served with a glass pot and a small cup, but instead, I was given a disposable paper cup. I raised this issue with the staff, but their explanation was not satisfactory.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at the Spa at Eaglewood on April 28. The massage therapist, Sal, lacked proper training and made me feel awkward during the session. I had to ask him to leave the room after 15 minutes due to his inappropriate techniques. I do not wish to pay for this service and request a full refund for the Groupon purchased.
