I purchased an activity package through Groupon, but the vendor has discontinued the services, relocated without notice, and is unreachable. Groupon has extended the expiration date for a service that is no longer available. Can I please get a refund of $79?

We received a GroupOn for a Hop on Hop Off tour bus in NYC as a gift for our trip last week. It was purchased by my girlfriend's mother for our young daughter so she could explore NY without walking excessively. The deal indicated we could use the loop all day, but at the first stop, we were told to walk to the next stop. This U-shaped route was not what we expected from a loop tour. We contacted the tour company, but they redirected us to Groupon. We believe the purchase was for a loop tour, not a partially walking tour, so we are requesting a full refund for the misleading deal.

I purchased two Groupon hypnotherapy sessions, but the website was not legitimate. There was no physical location at the address provided, and the phone number did not work. How could a questionable service like this be allowed to offer a Groupon deal? When I contacted customer service and proved that my claims were accurate, instead of issuing a refund, I was only offered a credit. This is unacceptable. I have been trying to reach out multiple times regarding my inability to use the Groupon with no response. It is frustrating that this issue has been dragged out, and I insist on a refund to be credited back to my bank account or credit card ending in [redacted] immediately. I have faced similar problems with other Groupon deals as well. I am considering escalating this matter to the Florida State Attorney General's office in the hopes of ensuring Groupon provides a reachable customer service number. Please contact me in the mornings at [redacted] or [redacted] to discuss resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

I recently bought 4 Catalina Island Flyer vouchers but mistakenly got the Monday-Thursday ones instead of the "any day" vouchers I actually needed. I'd like to request a refund to correct this mistake. The vouchers are under my name, Carol M., and were purchased with my Visa. My billing address is [redacted] Kokomo Road, Apple Valley, CA [redacted]. You can reach me via email at [redacted] I already reached out to Catalina Flyer in Newport Beach, and they advised me to contact Groupon for any changes or refunds. Can you assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I made a purchase for a bidet toilet seat that was supposed to arrive by 03/27, but it never reached me. It has been over a month, and I have not received any assistance or the product I ordered. Instead of providing a solution, I keep receiving emails asking if the issue is resolved. I am extremely frustrated with this experience and will contact my credit card company to stop the payment since I have not received my order. I will not be purchasing from Groupon in the future.

Hello, I arrived at AcuSpace Health Clinic in Bellevue, WA for my 4 p.m. appointment using my Groupon voucher. Unfortunately, I mistakenly went to the wrong address in Wilburton, thinking it was the correct location. Upon realizing my error at the Chinese martial arts place, I noticed two addresses on the Groupon voucher and assumed the second one in Eastgate was the correct one. I tried to inform the owner but due to the time it would take to get to the other location, I couldn't make it on time. I called to reschedule, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I would appreciate it if I could change my voucher to another vendor or if someone could contact the AcuSpace owner regarding the confusing addresses on the voucher. Thank you for your assistance. - Wendy Marie "Violetta" Myers, Groupon # [redacted]9.

I received an email about being charged for a Groupon subscription that I did not sign up for. It appears to be automatically assigned to customers. I did not subscribe to this service, and I have no interest in it. This is not something I would choose as I only purchase one Groupon deal per month. I did not expect Groupon to operate in a questionable manner like this. Kindly remove me from this subscription immediately. Thank you, Karin.

My appointment on April 24th with Ivana for partial highlights did not go as planned. I wanted blonde highlights on my dark brown roots, but Ivana colored them brown instead. I was worried about her skills as she works in another salon, so I tried to be friendly during the two and a half hours I was there. She offered a redo, but I declined. When I requested a refund via text on April 29th, she reacted angrily and even threatened me. I have proof of our conversation. I want a refund and am considering writing a detailed review of my experience with Ivana. Thank you.

I recently made two orders, one on 4/5 and the other on 4/6, both for CBD vape oil. One order was from WeVape and the other from Kangaroo. I redeemed my voucher for both orders on 4/12 and have proof of that. I've been in contact with both companies. Kangaroo has not responded, and WeVape, after multiple emails and me providing a photo of the redemption, claims I never redeemed it. I am seeking a refund for both purchases. Thank you, Patricia B.

Hello, my name is Danielle F. I bought a mattress pad cover from Right Choice Bedding on 3/4/19. The delivery was supposed to take 5 to 7 business days, but after multiple weeks, I discovered that FedEx claimed it was delivered to the post office. After unfruitful attempts with the post office, I contacted Right Choice, expecting a call back that never came. Despite explaining my situation via email, they insisted the order was delivered and advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. Feeling helpless, I went back and forth between the post office and FedEx until FedEx confirmed the package was indeed delivered to my home. They provided me with a case number to give to Right Choice regarding the lost package. This online shopping ordeal has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel let down by both Right Choice and Groupon. I rely on Groupon's reputation and assistance when needed, but reaching them directly has proven challenging. I hope someone can reach out to me soon. Thank you.

I purchased a voucher for a microdermabrasion treatment from Skin Oasis in Westerville, Ohio. I had scheduled my appointment for last Wednesday at 11:30, but upon arrival, I was left waiting as there was no one present at the reception area. I heard a session in progress and waited for 15 minutes before knocking on the door. The employee inside, who was attending to another client, discovered that my appointment was not in their records. Unfortunately, due to their schedule, they were unable to accommodate me. I traveled around 59 miles for this appointment and am disappointed by this unprofessional experience. I am requesting a refund of $95 due to the inconvenience and the associated costs. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you, Carol B.

I would like to purchase a Groupon for a Carnauba Hand Wax at Bellagio Car Wash. Previously, upon redeeming a Groupon there, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $10 for having a mid-sized SUV, similar in size to a full-sized sedan. Since the Groupon did not mention any extra fees, I am seeking assurance that there will be no additional charges beyond what I have already paid. I have bought other Groupons in the past and always anticipated that the price I paid was all-inclusive, with no surprises on-site. Can you please clarify this for me? Thank you, M. K.

Hello, I really need some help, please. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a Sam's Club membership to give as a gift. When attempting to activate the membership online, I received an error message instructing me to try again or contact Sam's Club. I tried multiple times to no avail. I then visited my local Sam's Club with the redemption code, but they were unable to assist me in-store and advised me to call Sam's Club's 1-[redacted] number. After a 25-minute hold, I was told there were Groupon-related issues and was advised to resolve it in-store. However, even the Sam's Club customer service desk hung up on the 1-[redacted] number when attempting to assist. I have been back and forth between the store, phone calls, and live chats with both Sam's Club and Groupon, seeking help to redeem the voucher. Unfortunately, the live chat with Groupon disconnected twice. While the live chat with Sam's Club was helpful, they informed me to contact Groupon as they are the ones who issued the vouchers. The gift voucher is expiring today, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

On March 27, [redacted], while browsing travel information online in the US, I was unexpectedly charged $[redacted].16 US by Groupon for a transaction I had not committed to. Upon contacting Groupon, they promptly reversed the charge. However, the refund I received the following day of $[redacted].16 US resulted in a loss of over $50 US due to the exchange rate. I was distressed by this as I was simply exploring options and was not prepared to make a purchase. The frequent email solicitations from Groupon have added to my frustration. I have used Groupon in Canada before without issue. I am requesting a refund of the lost exchange rate amount, as it was unintentional and I felt pressured by Groupon. I hope for a fair resolution to this matter.

On March 27, [redacted], while browsing for travel information in the US, I was unexpectedly charged $[redacted].16 US by Groupon for a transaction I hadn't confirmed. I was surprised that Groupon processed my payment prior to my consent. I promptly contacted Groupon, and they reversed the transaction. Unfortunately, due to the exchange rate, the $[redacted].16 US refund resulted in a loss of over $50 US for me. I am extremely disappointed as I was only exploring travel options and not prepared to make a purchase. I felt cornered by Groupon. Subsequently, I have been bombarded with numerous email solicitations from Groupon, several times a day. While I have used Groupon in Canada in the past without issues, this experience has been unsettling. I believe the resolution lies in refunding the lost amount due to the exchange rate, as I had no intention of finalizing a purchase with Groupon at that time. I trust that you understand the unfairness of the situation and address it accordingly.

I am seeking an update on my refund that was scheduled for April 17, [redacted]. I bought an Easter suit for my grandson, but it was too large, so I returned it upon your request. I got an email confirming the return and stating that my $53.16 refund was in progress. It's now April 30th, and the refund has not shown up in my account. Additionally, my husband ordered a pair of shoes for $56.15 on April 26th. However, you debited an extra $31.19 from our account on the same day. He received the shoes, and we did not place any other orders. I would appreciate clarification on why this extra charge was made.

I contacted Ingram Car Care Center regarding their "brake safety package" to confirm if it covered replacement of my brakes and rotors. They assured me that all four brakes and rotors were included. I proceeded to purchase the Groupon. Upon arrival, I mentioned my rotors needed replacement, and was again told it was covered by the Groupon. However, after waiting for two hours, I was asked to pay $[redacted] for rotors and an additional $[redacted] for control arms. I had been clear that I only needed new brakes and rotors, as agreed before purchasing. Not only were the rotors not included as promised, but the new brakes lacked the necessary hardware. I feel misled and dissatisfied with the service. I believe I could have done the job myself for a fraction of the cost and time. I am requesting a full refund due to the incorrect information provided and poor service received.

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage and now I am seeking a refund. Unfortunately, the available booking times for this offer are limited to 10am - 3pm, Monday through Friday, which conflicts with my work hours like many others. It would have been better if this restriction was clearly disclosed before I made the purchase. I am disappointed by this situation and would like to proceed with a refund.

Hello, my name is Yiselle, and I am a dedicated Groupon customer. I frequently purchase Groupons for my family due to the app's convenience. I am reaching out regarding some expired Groupons. I have a few that I couldn't exchange for new ones after they expired. With several unredeemed Groupons, I am hoping to receive Groupon credit in exchange for these unused vouchers. I intend to utilize the credit on Groupon and I am not seeking a cash refund. I am simply requesting Groupon credit. There is also a specific business where I would like assistance with a payment issue. I would like to provide more details privately since you have a business relationship with them. I would appreciate a response or a call to discuss this matter further. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I recently bought a Groupon deal for 4 Seasons Tanning Salon for $30. Although the salon is not conveniently located for me, I thought it was a good deal, so I made the trip. However, upon redeeming my voucher, I discovered that the advertised price for one month of level one UV tanning (the package I bought) was only $26. The difference seemed small at $4, but what really disappointed me was the quality of the tanning equipment in the salon. It was old and didn't work well, making me feel uneasy during the session. I've never seen a tanning bed with such a low top before. I feel let down by Groupon and this purchase was definitely not a good deal. I have no intention of going back to this salon and I would appreciate a refund from Groupon, either in full or partially. I have a photo of the advertisement, although I'm unsure how to attach it to this complaint.
