I am experiencing issues with Groupon as my ad has been hijacked with a video that does not represent my company. Despite requesting its removal in [redacted], the ad is still up. Furthermore, I am obligated to honor coupons for offers that do not align with my services, and I have not received the money owed from these sales. I have been attempting to reach a live representative for four days to address this matter to no avail. If not resolved promptly, I will have to seek legal action. Kindly contact me at [redacted].

I utilized a Groupon at the Lash Lounge on Monday, April 8th. Initially, my 2-hour appointment turned into a lengthy 4 1/2-hour session. While the technician was cordial, I felt neglected during the procedure. I wasn't offered a drink or a break until towards the end. The results were unsatisfactory; my lashes looked barely different, and soon after, I lost most of the extensions and my natural lashes. This disappointing experience has put me off getting lash extensions again. Despite not being charged extra for the excessive time, I paid for the Groupon and added a $30 tip. The company provided me with $40 store credit, which I don't plan to use. I've reached out twice with no response, even after Groupon's follow-up survey. This lack of communication and the wasted time and money, totaling over $[redacted], have left me disheartened. I hope my concerns are addressed. I have been a loyal customer for almost a decade. Sincerely, A.

I reached out to Groupon last week about an order issue. Initially, they promised to resolve it within a few business hours but have not gotten back to me. On their website, I customized an order for two large mahogany cutting boards with the Anderson design and the name "FRIEBERG" and the initial "F." Unfortunately, when trying to redeem my code, it was not accepted despite multiple attempts. Even after clicking on "redeem voucher," the issue persisted. I am seeking assistance as I have had positive experiences with Groupon purchases in the past. Thank you.

I purchased two vouchers for a trip to Krakow three days ago. The travel agency, "Via," was unable to accommodate the date I needed despite it being advertised as available. Via then informed me that they could arrange the holiday on the required date but for an additional £[redacted], and that the voucher might not be accepted. Later, they mentioned that the voucher could indeed be used but still with the extra £[redacted] charge. The vouchers have not been used, and Groupon is only offering Groupon credits worth the vouchers' value, valid for 12 months. I've requested a full refund in cash, but have not received a response yet.

I purchased footwear for my husband and myself on Groupon about a month ago. Unfortunately, both pairs were too small. I would have preferred a larger size, but the largest available was 11. I am requesting a refund for my shoes, while my husband would like to exchange his size 12 shoes for a size 13 in the same color. He has purchased shoes from this vendor in size 12 before, and they fit well. However, this particular color was too tight. Due to personal circumstances like the passing of my aunt and my father's medical appointments, I couldn't address this issue earlier. As a long-time loyal Groupon customer, I hope to receive a refund or credit for future purchases for these unwearable shoes. Items: - Gino Vitale Men's Lace-Up Medallion Toe Burgundy/Navy, Size 12 (exchange for Size 13) - Product ID: [redacted] - Western Girl Women's Cowboy Boots Black, Size 11 - Product ID: [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I attempted to make a purchase initially using PayPal and then my debit card, but both transactions were unsuccessful. Oddly, when I checked my Groupon account, there are two entries for Panacea Day Spa, one for earrings and the other for Primera Day Spa. I've genuinely used and paid for the Primera one. However, it's unclear why the Panacea transactions didn't go through since my PayPal and checking accounts show no such activity. Upon checking, I realized I have two Groupon certificates now. Although I can see a charge on my debit card for Groupon, I don't want to be double-charged. Why did the website indicate issues with both transactions when one went through? The email associated with my Groupon account is [redacted]

I recently bought two vouchers from GroupOn, one for carpet cleaning and the other for air duct cleaning. I carefully reviewed the details before purchasing, but the services provided by the vendors were quite different from what was advertised. The air duct cleaning service wanted extra money for each vent cleaned, and the carpet cleaning service required an additional charge for shampooing, which was not mentioned initially. I had to cancel one voucher and was disappointed with the bait-and-switch tactics of the vendors. I hope GroupOn will address this issue as it tarnishes the platform's reputation and deceives customers.

Regarding Voucher #[redacted]6 with Squeaky Clean of Valley Stream, I had a concerning experience during my appointment. Initially, I was informed the service would take 2 to 3 hours, but upon arrival, Carolina, the cashier, stated it would actually be 5 to 6 hours. After discussion, they adjusted the timeframe to 4 to 5 hours, which was still too long for me to wait. This miscommunication caused me significant stress as I had traveled a considerable distance to reach the location. I am looking to cancel this Groupon voucher and receive Groupon credit instead. Carolina mentioned she couldn't reverse the voucher and advised that only Groupon could assist with that. As I do not want to continue patronizing this business, I am requesting $[redacted] in Groupon credit. Thank you. - Rachel T.

I recently bought a GroupOn voucher for Forouzan Spa for "20 Skin Tag, Cherry Spot, Milia or White Bump Removal" at a discounted price of $87.00 (60% off). There was an offer mentioned for an extra $13.00 off if purchased that day, but the discount wasn't applied during my purchase. I assumed it would be subtracted automatically at checkout since no special code was requested. However, the final charge did not reflect the $13.00 discount. I kindly request to adjust the charge and deduct the $13.00 from the $87.00 total, resulting in a $74.00 charge on my credit card. I prefer a refund of the difference instead of a GroupOn credit. I have proof with screenshots showing the $13.00 discount offer if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

I requested a $60 refund on the second day after visiting Ace Autowash. I was given an extension until April 30th. Today, April 25th, I went to the Troy location after visiting the Sterling, MI location. They requested an additional $40 for a rug shampoo and mentioned they don't wax cars. As this doesn't align with the $[redacted] detail service they advertise, I left feeling frustrated. Being retired, I can't afford to waste $60 like this. I've been a member for years, holding numerous coupons and credits. I urgently require a refund.

I purchased a QS duck down quilt from Groupon, but unfortunately, it has a strong smell making it impossible to use. After reaching out to the merchant, bdirect, multiple times with no response, I contacted Groupon for assistance. Groupon was helpful, but the latest communication suggests washing and tumble drying the quilt, which is not feasible due to its size and care instructions advising against tumble drying. I'm in need of a new quilt for the winter season and bought this one in good faith, but it's unusable in its current state.

I bought multiple Groupons from Lapis Oapis for massages and other services. I used some but now they refuse to honor the ones I have left. I have a history of neck problems from a car accident years ago, which is why I need massages. The owner, Tommy, informed me via text that he can no longer honor the remaining Groupons due to my car accident history, despite providing services before. He suggested using them for other services, which is not what I intended to use them for when I purchased. I am uncomfortable returning and would like a full refund for the unredeemed Groupons. Thank you, Karri Lesley. [redacted].

I am disappointed that Groupon offers tickets to the Garden Bros Circus, knowing that they mistreat their elephants. I believe it's important for companies like Groupon to reconsider supporting circuses that use wild animals. Many circuses nowadays focus on human performers, recognizing the issues surrounding animal cruelty. Wild animals in circuses endure harsh conditions, confined to small cages, transported frequently, and forced to perform unnatural tricks. Elephants, for instance, are chained, mistreated with bull hooks, and live in fear. I encourage Groupon to think about the ethical implications of promoting circuses that exploit animals, like Garden Bros. Here is a link showing the mistreatment of elephants by Garden Bros: [redacted].

I need to return two orders that were shipped later than expected. I had planned them as joke gifts for my dear friend who sadly passed away last week. I would appreciate it if an exception could be made given the circumstance. One item's seal appeared opened, though I did not open it. I have tried to contact someone at the corporate office to facilitate the return, but have had difficulty reaching a human. A return voucher would suffice. I am 75 years old and faced challenges with this situation. I vow not to shop here again and will share this experience with others in my circle. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Sylvia M. ([redacted])

I recently bought a Groupon voucher for services at Soft Touch Skin Center in Oxnard, CA, with the voucher number #LG-T2H5-6NHX-6NXZ-YVK1. Upon scheduling my appointment, I received unexpected instructions from the center, including avoiding tanning, not taking antibiotics or iron for a month, and being advised to come in during the Winter months. None of these conditions were mentioned in the initial ad or disclosed at the time of booking. Unfortunately, this conflicts with my plans to go on vacation to Hawaii in June, for which I specifically purchased the Groupon. As a result, I am unable to use the voucher before it expires in October. Could you assist me in obtaining a refund of $[redacted] since I was not made aware of these requirements beforehand and have not utilized the services yet? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Our experience at Escapeology was disappointing. The staff member mistakenly advised us that we could use the Groupon immediately, but the manager clarified that this wasn't the case. We are now seeking a refund as we are unlikely to make another visit due to childcare constraints. The $70 spent was a significant expense for us. The Groupon account in question is under my husband's name as [redacted], but he can't recall the password. Please contact us at [redacted] or call [redacted] for assistance.

I purchased a coupon for Rockstar Landscaping and reached out to schedule a yard cleanup. After several attempts to get in touch, Robin finally contacted me. I provided my address, and she visited my property to assess the job and provide a quote. We agreed on a time for the work to be done, but unfortunately, no one showed up yesterday between 12-2 as planned. After reading reviews mentioning similar issues, I tried contacting them again with no success. I decided to cancel and recommend others do the same. I value professionalism and customer service, especially considering my history of purchasing Groupon coupons like the one with the code LG-GPXY-6HFB-F55N-BWY4 for a total of $55.00.

Hello, I am John C. and I am seeking a refund for a hotel reservation issue. I booked a hotel through the Groupon app in the late afternoon on April 22nd for the same day. I waited for a confirmation email, which I only received at 4:39am the next day. Thinking the transaction didn't go through, I booked a different hotel through Priceline. Only later did I realize my money was taken for the initial reservation. I understand the no-refund policy, but the delayed confirmation caused me to book elsewhere. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this as I was unable to use the initial reservation. Kindly review my case. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased a black and white striped tankini from Groupon. Despite being a medium size, I opted for a large due to the possibility of online items running small. I was shocked to find that the tankini was extremely small. It did not provide adequate coverage and was inappropriate to wear in public. My daughter also confirmed that it was too small, even though it was labeled as a large. I kindly request a refund for this item as it is unwearable. When I tried it on with underwear, it was evident how much smaller it was compared to my size 10 underwear. It is disappointing that an item labeled as large would be so skimpy and ill-fitting, even for a size 8 individual. I appreciate your assistance in processing a refund for this item. While I usually have good experiences with Groupon, this particular purchase did not meet expectations. Thank you, Reena R. Email: [redacted]

I mistakenly bought the wrong escape room. I am from Newport Beach, CA, but bought one in Las Vegas. I spoke with the escape room in Las Vegas, and they mentioned getting a refund through Groupon. They assured me to contact Groupon for the refund, which should be processed within 3 days. If anyone has advice on how to handle this, please let me know. You can reach me at [redacted] Thanks, Garrett K. Regarding: Groupon purchase of "Private Escape Room Experience for Up to Four People" on April 26, [redacted].
