I encountered an issue during my December holiday purchases. I initially bought 4 vouchers for Enterprise Fish Restaurant then quickly changed my mind to only 1, but despite numerous attempts, I couldn't void the excess vouchers. I tried contacting support with no success. I would like to request 3 of the vouchers be voided and refunded to my card or as a credit. Additionally, I mistakenly ordered 2 scooters for my grandson instead of 1 at checkout. Despite my efforts to rectify this, I was unable to. To my surprise, 3 scooters were delivered, and I was charged $58, with the message that a refund or return was not possible. I am willing to keep the extra scooter if necessary, but I have never encountered such issues with Groupon before.

I am dissatisfied with the service I have received and am seeking a refund. This is my second request for this matter. I am requesting the funds that were deducted from my Bluebird/American Express account to be refunded to my Debit Card promptly. I no longer wish to engage with a company that lacks transparency and honesty in their dealings with customers. The communication I received regarding the E-Card gift offer and Sam's Club Membership was delayed and not disclosed to me upfront when I signed up. Furthermore, I only had less than 30 days, without proper notice, to decide or risk losing the money deducted from my Bluebird/American Express account. This does not seem to align with fair business practices. I do not want to associate with a company that engages in unfair or unethical practices. I am requesting an immediate refund to my Bluebird/American Express Debit Card.

We recently booked and paid for a haunted tour in New Orleans, but the tour company did not show up even though we tried to verify the details beforehand. We had a group of six at $15 each, totaling $90. Upon arrival, the restaurant owner informed us of shady incidents and that they don't honor Groupon bookings. The owner was unhelpful and suggested taking our complaints elsewhere. Feeling responsible, I reimbursed my group as I mentioned having used Groupon without issues previously. I encountered difficulties while attempting to buy a hotel room at the Red Lion in Seaside, Oregon for April 4-5, [redacted]. Despite managing to cancel two out of four rooms due to site issues, the last two bookings are now stuck as the website froze. I am experiencing difficulties using my vouchers. On April 1st, when I tried to redeem them before their expiration that night, the system kept indicating they were already expired. On April 2nd, I had five more vouchers, but I encountered issues processing my orders all day. I attempted various troubleshooting steps like restarting from the beginning, clearing my cache, and restarting my computer, but nothing worked. My attempts to contact support via chat were also unsuccessful as I either got disconnected or the chat window appeared blank. These five vouchers were also due to expire on April 2nd. I recently purchased a 50-minute massage Groupon for The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel in Baltimore as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I found the restrictions and conditions attached to the offer quite limiting. I found the reservation experience to be frustrating as I was required to agree to a $45 gratuity before the service and weekday appointments were the only option available. I encountered difficulties logging into the Groupon app on my phone. An error message stating, "We could not log you in to Groupon United States with that password," appeared, despite previously logging in without issues. I proceeded to reset my password, received the email for password reset, but when entering the new password, I received an error message stating "Oops! Internal Error HTTP [redacted]." Despite attempting several times, the issue persisted. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled it; however, the issue remained unresolved. Interestingly, I was able to log in on my PC, but the last Groupon displayed dated back to July [redacted], missing recent pending Groupons. It seems that the version of the app on my phone is outdated and does not reflect the current information accurately.

I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure at Aniet Salon as a birthday gift for my friend. However, when my friend tried to redeem the voucher, she was informed that the only nail technician who provides the service is away on vacation for two weeks. I called to verify this information and encountered a similar response from a woman who does not speak English. She rudely brushed me off, saying to call back in two weeks before hanging up. I wanted to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I've had regarding my Sam's Club Membership purchase. Despite having two pleasant phone conversations with two different ladies, I never received any follow-up. I bought a membership for $45 a few months ago, which included a promised $20 Echeck, a free cheesecake, and fruit platter. I purchased a voucher for my sister from Absolute Audio for a car starter. Upon trying to book an appointment, she was informed there was an additional $[redacted] fee on top of the initial $99 paid. This was unexpected as the voucher was supposed to cover a $[redacted] value, making the total $[redacted]. The business claimed that Groupon does not clarify these extra costs accurately and they have had no luck in getting Groupon to address this issue. Prior to buying the Groupon, my sister had called and was quoted $[redacted] after specifying her car's make & model. The business now insists that the voucher is not valid. Frustrated, she walked out and canceled the appointment. I have always spoken highly of Groupon, but unfortunately, this has been her first disappointing experience with it. My family and I are planning to visit St. Augustine on Sunday, the 24th. I bought a voucher for a dolphin boat tour on Groupon. I verified there was a tour available for noon on Sunday before I made the purchase.
While booking, the real-time website indicated I had 7 or 8 minutes to confirm the tour. I entered my payment details and clicked submit, only to find out there was no availability for that date and time, despite the timer having over 3 minutes left.
Currently, there are no tours available on Sunday at all, which is the only day we are in St. Augustine. We really want to go on the tour on Sunday. If that's not possible, I would like a full refund of $50. I followed the instructions before buying the tickets, but somehow lost my appointment slot.
