I am experiencing an issue with my order #[redacted] that UPS claims was delivered, but I did not receive. Using my Ring app, I can confirm that only regular mail was delivered yesterday, and today I received a package from Amazon but nothing from Groupon. UPS informed me that the package was transferred to USPS for delivery. However, when I attempted to track it using the UPS tracking number, it turned out to be invalid. Therefore, I am unable to track the package through the post office.

Hello, I've previously reached out about an issue, but I have more details to share. I'm Stacy Johnson, and I received a birthday Groupon from Dawn Burke for Metro Salon in Howell, NJ. The Groupon includes a haircut, conditioning, blow dry, and full highlights, and I paid $70.50 for it. The Groupon states that the amount will never expire. Metro Salon claims they haven't heard of this and don't know how to apply the $70.50 credit to my service. I purchased a Groupon voucher for Llwyn Hall in Llanelli, which was redeemed by the merchant. Unfortunately, the business has closed down, and we were not able to enjoy the meal for four as planned. I purchased a Groupon offer for paintball at Skirmish in Billericay in January. However, when I attempted to book with them, I was informed that they no longer accept Groupon vouchers. Additionally, I purchased laser tag vouchers for Brentwood but the day I booked was allegedly fully booked. When I tried to reschedule, it showed as used. I purchased a Groupon for Funtopia in Naperville in December. The Groupon had no blackout dates then and expired on 3/25. I called on March 9th to book a visit for the 25th during spring break. When I called again on March 12th, I inquired if they were opening earlier. Both staff I spoke with confirmed I could use my Groupon on the 25th. However, on arrival, there were signs saying no Groupons were accepted. The manager, Eric, was unhelpful and mentioned they decided in early March to block the dates. Their sudden policy change after confirming my booking is disappointing. I offered to pay the price difference for a visit, but he declined. Despite no prior notice, he stated the Groupon was now valid until 4/15. I feel misled and undervalued as a customer. I seek a refund due to this unreasonable policy change.

I booked 2 Groupon deals for a 2-night stay at Bridge of Cally Hotels from Friday, March 29th, to Sunday, March 31st, [redacted].
Upon arriving on March 29th, I was informed at Bridge of Cally Hotel that only one booking was under my name. Despite insisting on two rooms and making calls to your Hub in Perth, it was confirmed by Groupon that only one booking was made.
Ultimately, our weekend plans were disrupted, and the stress led to my friends having to find alternate accommodation at their own expense.
Upon checking my Groupon account, I discovered charges for both bookings on January 3rd and January 31st, indicating that I had made the reservations correctly.
I would appreciate an explanation for the confusion surrounding my bookings and the inconvenience caused during what was meant to be a relaxing getaway.

I visited Atlanta over the weekend and bought two Groupons for local restaurants. The first one went well, but at the second place, they didn't accept our printed sheet because we didn't have the actual voucher. I realized later that I should have checked the order status for the true voucher, but we just printed what came up on the page. My wife is disabled, and we don't eat out much, so this was disappointing for us. As retired military on a fixed income, $20 mistakes hit us hard. Order #[redacted]: I bought these Groupons on February 11th to use on Valentine's Day. Today, the last day to redeem them, I tried to apply them to my order. However, when I used the first voucher code, it only deducted the amount I paid for the Groupon, not the full Groupon value. The vendor also confirmed it would only deduct $20 instead of the full $40 value. Since today is the expiration date, I wanted to use them as planned but not if I can't get the full value. I am seeking a refund from TeEvas for pralines I attempted to purchase in-store but found it closed. Upon learning I needed to order them for pick up at a warehouse, I contacted TeEvas via email.
