I am disappointed with the dog bed I purchased. The jumbo bed I received is smaller than the dimensions advertised. The sleeping area measures 35 by 25 instead of the promised 38 by 29, with a sleep surface thickness of only 3.5 inches. Returning the item poses challenges as I lack a computer to print a return slip and would need to find a large box for shipping. This experience falls short of previous orders from Groupon, making me hesitant to recommend them in the future. I am seeking a refund as the product does not match the quality and value I expected.

On 4/2/[redacted], I purchased a real estate course for $[redacted] from RealEstateU.Tv. The course was supposed to include audio, but I only received a PDF version. Despite seeking help from the company, I was unable to resolve the issue as they kept giving me the runaround. They insisted the problem was with my new computer, but after having a technician check it and find no issues, they then claimed I hadn't completed the course all the way to the end. This seems deceitful. After reading other reviews online, it appears this may be a pattern of behavior for them. I am now looking to cancel my order and receive a full refund of $[redacted]. Hello, my name is Raman. I noticed that my Groupon Bucks totaling $55.20 are missing from my account. I discovered that they were used for a $95.00 voucher for Paris Nails without my authorization, charging my credit card $39.80. However, I live in Florida, and the voucher is for New York. I request a refund for both the unauthorized credit card charge and my missing Groupon Bucks. Additionally, I have two Groupons for Nail Rejuvenated, but I have been unable to contact anyone as there is no response when I call. When I visited the location, they informed me that the business no longer exists. Please assist me in locating the person from Nail Rejuvenated or issue a refund for the Groupon Bucks. After purchasing a Groupon deal for 2 ski lift tickets at Camelback Mountain for $78, my mother fell ill. I contacted Groupon to return the vouchers due to being unable to use them before the expiration date as I live far from Camelback. Unfortunately, the customer service representatives I spoke to were unwilling to issue a refund or Groupon credits. Now, with my mother still unwell as previously mentioned, I have been unable to make use of the Groupon as anticipated. Despite being a long-time Groupon customer, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of understanding and assistance provided during this challenging time for my family. Regrettably, I have decided to unsubscribe from Groupon and would not recommend the company to others based on my recent experience.

I recently purchased a massage from "Massage Odyssey" through Groupon for $38 due to back pain. Despite facing challenges scheduling due to unanswered calls, rude customer service, and difficulty canceling my March 30th appointment due to pneumonia. I encountered issues with their phone system and booked appointments being unavailable until mid-May, just before my Groupon expires on May 5th. I believe the customer service I received was unprofessional, and I am now hesitant to utilize other Groupon deals in the future. Hello, I have a helicopter flight booked for two people through v2 Helicopters tomorrow. It's a Brisbane CBD scenic flight. Unfortunately, they called me to cancel because only two people are booked, and the flight requires a minimum of three passengers. This was meant to be a special present for my mum's 60th birthday, who traveled from Victoria for this experience. She leaves on Wednesday, so I won't be able to use the voucher after tomorrow. I purchased two vouchers for birthday gifts for myself and my partner at Crescent Beauty Salon for a 90-minute massage. When I tried to book for both of us on my partner's birthday, they said they couldn't accommodate two people at the same time due to having just one therapist and regular customers. This information wasn't on the voucher. So, I booked for my partner on the 7th but couldn't book mine then. When I called later, they weren't taking further appointments. They contacted me the day before my partner's appointment, offering me an appointment on the 22nd. However, they also said my partner's booking on the 7th needed to be rescheduled due to the therapist being sick. This last-minute change upset me as my surprise gift plan was ruined. They couldn't provide a replacement for the sick therapist, which wasn't satisfactory. I'm disappointed and no longer wish to visit this salon, seeking a refund for the frustration caused.

Dear Groupon, I made a hotel reservation at Hooters Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas for April 7-15, [redacted], through your website on April 4, [redacted]. After facing issues with pending bookings, I contacted a Groupon associate for assistance. Despite attempting to make a new booking over the phone, the problem persisted. I then requested to cancel both pending reservations. The associate assured me the cancellations were processed; however, I later discovered charges totaling $[redacted].10 for Hooters Hotel & Casino and $1,[redacted].17 for Excalibur Casino and Hotel on my bank account. I purchased a coupon for carpet cleaning services, but unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the results. The cleaner missed a substantial area in my master bedroom, and my stairs now look worse than before. Additionally, there are noticeable spots in my living room, leaving my carpets in worse condition than prior to the cleaning. I was also surprised to find out that the cleaner used my own water and only seemed to vacuum the carpets with water, without the use of any cleaning solutions. I bought 5 individual serving boards on Groupon yesterday. The process was confusing. There was just a picture of cutting and serving boards with no option to choose which ones or select a monogram. After receiving my order confirmation, I was instructed to use a redemption code online, but I couldn't find the monogram company for the code! I am seeking guidance on how to proceed with MonogramOnline as the provided number is out of service. I bought the Loudoun Indoor Skydiving experience from iFly Skydiving (Loudoun) for April 6 at 2:00 pm. Unfortunately, my daughter couldn't attend because she was sick. I attempted to reach out to Groupon to request a reschedule with the merchant due to unexpected illness and the costliness of the experience. However, my efforts to contact Groupon were in vain. The email address provided was invalid, and calling their [redacted] number yielded no response. This has been a frustrating experience as I've never encountered problems with Groupon before. I purchased a coupon for a hotel stay at the Hawthorn Suites in Jacksonville, Florida from April 4th to check out on the 6th. The first night was problematic as the room had no toilet paper. After several calls to the front desk, they claimed they had none. Eventually, my husband had to go down to the lobby where miraculously, they had two rolls. We also requested towels which were never delivered. Upset, I informed them I would be leaving the next morning. On the 5th, I spoke with the manager, Evee, who agreed I could check out early without charges. She asked me to contact you for the total refund approval. I've tried calling, but it seems there are issues with your system. Please advise on next steps. Thank you.

I want to share my experience at a nail bar in Fairfax, VA after using a groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure. Despite making an appointment 24 hours in advance as requested, I still had to wait over an hour for my service. The ad advertised beverages, but none were offered, and the staff appeared to ignore me, ate at the counter, and didn't seem to clean the utensils properly. Even after waiting an hour, I was told the place was closing soon. I paid extra for a gel manicure that chipped in just five days. When I returned to have it fixed, the technician was unhelpful. This establishment seems to be advertising falsely and providing poor customer service to groupon users. I believe informing others about my experience may help them avoid similar issues, as addressing my concerns directly with the main staff member/receptionist has been challenging.

Groupon erroneously activated my Journal Sentinel subscription without my consent. I only wish to activate the voucher at my convenience. I prefer to speak with a live representative over the phone, as the support team in the Philippines didn't understand my request to delay the subscription. I have missed out on weeks of newspapers that I never received. I urge Groupon to rectify this situation and halt the delivery until I am ready to start it. I require a new inactive voucher for future use and prompt communication with a human representative. Please contact me via email to arrange a phone call. On March 4th, I purchased a Groupon deal for Interior Auto Detailing at Wax Auto Detail for $61. Since then, I've been trying to contact them for three days with no luck. I attempted to schedule an appointment via email and their website but received no response. Finally, on March 9th, I was able to speak to them and scheduled an appointment for today, April 7th at 12pm. Upon arriving at the location listed on Groupon and Google Maps, I found a different business operating there and was informed that Wax Auto Detail had not been there for a year. This situation has been quite frustrating and a waste of time and money. I kindly request a refund for this and urge Groupon to investigate further to maintain their reputation as a reliable marketplace.

I purchased New York Explorer passes which have not been delivered. After being advised to place a duplicate order due to a pending payment, I have received the refund for the initial order but not the tickets. Contacting CEETIZ by phone has been unsuccessful, and my emails are being ignored. Our visit to New York is imminent and without the tickets, we will not be able to use them. We urgently need the tickets. The two order numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. The first order has been refunded, and the second order was paid for but no tickets have been received. We have followed all instructions, completed the vouchers, and now, we only await the tickets. This situation is significantly affecting our time in New York. If not resolved promptly, we will seek a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Groupon for the past couple of years. Recently, I called again to request a refund for $[redacted] for liposuction. They initiated the process and it was pending, but now the balance shows zero. It appears that on June 10, [redacted], they claimed to have refunded the amount back to my Apple Pay account, which I do not have. I have checked all my bank statements, and no refund from Apple Pay or Groupon was received. Every time I call, I can never reach anyone in person, and different representatives provide conflicting information. They deducted $[redacted] from my account after using a $50 off coupon. I need to speak with someone directly about this issue because I am encountering obstacles whenever I try to resolve it.

I have paid for the As Seen On TV Handy Windshield Wiper 2-pack on Groupon, order #[redacted]3, but it has not been delivered despite being marked as "shipped" on [redacted]-03-14 with a "scheduled delivery pending." The tracking information states the shipping label has been created but the item has not started to travel. I bought a Total Clean inside & out hand shampoo service for my newly purchased used car. Despite the additional $25 charge for black cars, I scheduled an appointment for Monday at 10:00am. They estimated it would take 4-5 hours, but I discovered they had no waiting area when I arrived. After waiting for hours at nearby restaurants, I returned to the car wash at various points and was repeatedly told my car wasn't ready. By 6:00pm, I finally received my car back, only to find the truck untouched and the inside still dirty. I feel incredibly disappointed in the service quality given the price I paid. I am seeking a refund for the unsatisfactory experience. Photos will illustrate the uncleaned areas.

I bought a Groupon deal from Qualtry.com for 4 personalized luggage tags totaling $16.99. Today, when I tried to access their website to finalize my order, I couldn't find it. I originally made the purchase in February and delayed completing it due to issues with the personalization process on their site.
