I purchased a Groupon deal for a hair salon appointment in December. However, my first appointment was delayed due to the stylist being stuck in traffic, resulting in wasted time and frustration. Two months later, I tried to redeem the voucher and scheduled another appointment for today at 2:30 pm. Unfortunately, today the salon called at 2 pm to inform me the stylist was out of town and asked to reschedule for tomorrow. This last-minute change is unacceptable after planning in advance. I am disappointed in the lack of service and do not wish to support an establishment that cannot honor their appointments properly.

I purchased a Groupon for Lipo laser, but the whole experience was terrible. It took months to book an appointment, and each attempt was met with last-minute cancellations. Despite living in Abbotsford and the appointment being in Surrey, I made the effort, only for the provider to cancel due to being tired. At the appointment, she delegated the procedure to a friend, who was unaware of the treatment area. Suggesting I try CoolSculpting instead, she initially agreed to use the Groupon amount towards it, but later demanded an e-transfer during the session. Promised results in a month, it's been two months with no change. The provider failed to organize my Groupon refund or deliver outcomes, making communication difficult. I feel scammed, having paid $[redacted] for the procedure and waiting on a $[redacted] Groupon reimbursement. Despite reassurances, the delay and lack of progress have caused immense stress.

Hello, I am seeking a refund from this Groupon shop due to their unprofessionalism. I contacted them three days ago to schedule an appointment for today, Wednesday, at 1:30 p.m. They did not ask for my name during the call, instructing me to message them instead. Despite messaging to confirm the appointment, they asked last minute if I could come tomorrow, which I couldn't due to work commitments. I had even canceled my plans for their service today. They never apologized for inconveniencing me and seemed indifferent. I find this lack of professionalism disappointing, and I'd like a refund to seek services elsewhere for my lashes. Unfortunately, circumstances beyond our control have prevented us from submitting the agreement online. Despite this, Asil threatened to withdraw from the agreement in a disrespectful manner. Delays are understandable in business, and expressing concerns respectfully is expected. Hanging up the phone without respect is unprofessional and not befitting a company like Groupon.

I recently came across a Groupon deal for a trip to Ireland from March 1 to March 30, [redacted], for $[redacted]. Even after verifying the availability on the Groupon site for the past four days, Great Vacations mentioned that it's not possible. This has caused a lot of inconvenience as I was planning this trip for my son's spring break. It's disappointing that despite showing availability, I couldn't book it due to discrepancies on the Groupon site. I strongly believe that such errors affect the trust customers have in the platform. It has wasted a significant amount of time for both my son and me. I request that the trip be honored for the price offered or provide a similar alternative as soon as possible. Great Vacations assured me a call from a supervisor, but no one contacted me yet. Gabriella from their customer service had promised this follow-up. I hope for a quick resolution as I have been a loyal Groupon customer for many years.

I bought a Botox deal from Sunrise Clinics through Groupon. I've been trying to contact them for two weeks - no answer on the phone, and a full voicemail. I also emailed with no reply. After finding the office location empty, I discovered another place associated with them that answered. The person seemed unsure and needed 3 days to figure out where to send me. I don't have time to wait as I'm leaving the country in 2 days. It's concerning that they don't have a set location but are offering deals. I now want a refund due to the lack of communication and uncertainty about the services offered.

I am requesting a refund for the purchases I made for "Ethereal Beauty and Lashes" as well as "Red Door Chicago." Unfortunately, Red Door Chicago closed before I could redeem my coupon, which I believe was already closed when I bought it. Additionally, due to health reasons related to lupus, I am unable to use the lash service and would like to receive a refund on my credit card. If that is not possible, I would accept the $[redacted] refund in Groupon credit. I recently subscribed to Groupon Plus, showing my loyalty as a customer. The expired Groupons were associated with the email [redacted], but I currently use [redacted] for my account. Recent activity on the mcainkar account includes purchasing Groupon Plus and a five-course tasting menu. I would appreciate if the refund could be credited to my Groupon Plus member account. Having never faced this issue before, I am dissatisfied with the lack of live customer support. Interaction with a customer service representative is vital when managing numerous transactions. I recently stayed at Kings Hotel on February 23rd as a gift from my sister to celebrate my 10-year anniversary with my partner. However, I was disappointed to find out upon arrival that there was no hot water or heating in the bedrooms due to a broken boiler. Despite being told it would be fixed in a couple of hours, we were left without hot water for the entire evening. The room was cold, without any extra blankets for warmth. The next morning, the heating still didn't work properly, and we had to shower with lukewarm water which was uncomfortable and rushed. I understand that these issues can happen unexpectedly but I would like to share my disappointing experience and request some form of reimbursement for the incomplete service received. I had a terrible experience with a business called The Pain Stops Here and The Salt Cove of Lakeland. After a bad encounter, I searched online and found many negative reviews about this place. It turns out they are not a legitimate business and have been scamming people. The owner operates out of the Tigers Den without any clear signage. My appointment was at 1 o’clock, but she called me at 12:20 asking where I was, insisting I needed to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork, which seemed unnecessary for just sitting in a salt room. She even marked my Groupon coupons as redeemed before I even had my appointments, to avoid giving me the service. When I complained, she rescheduled me for 2:30, but then arrived late. I discovered she doesn't have a valid business license for either of her businesses. It's essential to check other reviews about her to prevent more people from being scammed. She shouldn't be allowed to operate on Groupon.

I am having an issue with an order I placed for cutting boards through Groupon. The price I was offered was not reflected on the website after inputting the Groupon code. Despite following the instructions, the price was not adjusted, and I never completed the order. I marked it as redeemed assuming the discount would be applied, but it wasn't. I purchased a deal for four for steak and wine at La Rambla in Paisley. I originally booked it for January 2nd through the app but had to cancel due to health reasons. I called the restaurant well in advance to cancel, and they were understanding. When I tried to redeem the voucher again over the weekend, I saw that it was showing as claimed. The restaurant manager offered to rebook me, but we need a new voucher code. I'm frustrated because I've canceled and rearranged deals through Groupon before without any issues. I feel like I've wasted £44 and missed out on a nice meal. I was even planning to purchase another voucher to bring more family members. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a one-night stay in a superior double room for two people with breakfast, dinner, cream tea, spa access, and treatment at New Bath Hotel & Spa. The voucher expires on April 19th. When I contacted the hotel to make a booking, I was advised that they have no availability on Fridays or Sundays. After discussing dates, I tried to book a Thursday but was told that the hotel does not have a lift and is not disabled-friendly due to being a listed building. As this voucher is intended as a gift for my disabled mother who requires a wheelchair, the hotel is not suitable. I would like to request a refund or find a similar deal at a disabled-friendly hotel. It would be helpful if hotels could indicate their accessibility in deals for future reference. I recently bought a membership deal at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Colorado thinking it was a one-time use ticket. I discovered it was a membership deal and would like a refund as I don't reside in Colorado. I was informed by the museum that I could contact you to arrange for the refund. Additionally, upon checking my Groupon deals, I noticed I was refunded for 3 impractical Joker tickets even though I did not request a refund, as these tickets were purchased by others. I am baffled as to why this occurred without my knowledge. I am troubled by this situation and would appreciate help in resolving it, as I paid in full for 6 tickets but only received 4.

Regarding Groupon #[redacted]. I purchased this voucher and was surprised to be charged $7.12 in sales tax during my first visit. I have never been charged sales tax for a personal service at any other medical spa Groupon before. Although they mentioned it is in the details, I reviewed them and did not see this tax mentioned. I placed an order for a Detroit TV cabinet on January 1st, order number [redacted]57. Despite contacting customer service twice via live chat and sending an additional email, I have not received the order or a refund as requested during the second live chat. I am dissatisfied with the level of service from Groupon. During the live chats, I was promised information about a discount system that I have yet to receive. I use Groupon frequently without any prior issues and feel let down by this experience. Hello,
I need a refund for the Big-O oil change I had in Berkeley on February 20th. After the service, my car showed low oil pressure and nearly stopped. A mechanic found the engine oil housing cover missing and a tool left in the hood. The oil was almost empty with no leaks, indicating it was not refilled properly. Despite Big-O's offer to fix it, I don't trust them and will take my car to a Volkswagen shop for a thorough check due to ongoing low oil pressure trouble.
