Hello, I recently received my order of 6 IZOD boxers from Groupon. My order was for size medium, but unfortunately, one of the styles I received was in a small size. I have photographic evidence to support this discrepancy. I reached out to customer support via chat and was disheartened by the response I received. Despite explaining the situation, the representative informed me that due to the final sale policy, they were unable to assist me with a return or exchange. I am reaching out for further assistance to rectify this error as I believe I should receive the correct items that I originally ordered. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Preemesh

I have purchased 2 tickets for The Escape Company Orlando for 4 adults that will expire on March 1st. Unfortunately, due to being on disability since November 6, I am unable to use them as I am still under doctor's care and uncertain about my health. I kindly request a full refund for both tickets to my Visa card. Additionally, I also bought tickets for Art a Go Go for 4 people and would like a refund to my Visa card for those as well. Lastly, I need a refund for the Orlando Forum Rock Show ticket, as I only need one that expires on March 5. I have a history of enjoying Groupons and hope for understanding regarding my current health situation. Please refund to Bibi A J, and kindly do not refund the Orlando Forum Rock Show ticket for April 15, [redacted]. I appreciate your assistance and understanding during this time.

I bought two massages. After numerous attempts to reach two salon locations, I visited both but had trouble. I waited outside for two hours on the first visit, only to realize no one was there. When I finally met a masseuse, she informed me I needed to buy a membership online through Massage Advantage to book. I questioned this process and got no clear answer. I prefer booking directly and not having to pay for a membership. I insist on a full refund of my $66 Groupon purchase and find it frustrating to contact Groupon for help.

I made a purchase in Fremont Las Vegas for zip lining through Groupon. Upon arriving at the zip lining location, I was informed it was for a different spot. I then attempted to use it on the Las Vegas strip later in the evening, but was told it couldn't be redeemed. The staff mentioned contacting Groupon, but I couldn't find that option. I tried to cancel the order myself but had trouble finding the right option. I accidentally clicked "redeem," even though I hadn't used it. Now it shows as redeemed at 10:50pm, but I never got to use it. Is there a way to get a refund? One small click caused this mix-up; any assistance would be appreciated.

On February 24th, at 9:29:16 p.m., I placed an order for the Holiday Inn hotel deal using the app. Unfortunately, I encountered an error message stating that the order could not be completed. When I checked my deals, the order was not there. I attempted to purchase the deal again, but encountered the same error. Upon closer inspection, I realized I inadvertently made a duplicate order due to the repeated error messages. It was only five seconds apart, indicating a possible app glitch. I am seeking a refund for the second order, as I did not utilize it since it was a duplicate for the same evening. I will be sending an email with proof of purchase and the order confirmation numbers for your reference. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

On February 18th, I bought 3 custom face cut-out pillows through Groupon for a total of $48. After receiving the instructions to redeem the voucher, I visited the cutoutpillows.com website, selected the shape I wanted, and uploaded my photo. When I applied the redemption code from the Groupon voucher at checkout, the total amount charged was $[redacted], instead of the expected $48. Unfortunately, when I contacted cutoutpillows.com, they explained that the vouchers couldn't be combined as per the Groupon deal, resulting in a total cost of $[redacted] for the pillows, including shipping. I'm reaching out for assistance with resolving this discrepancy. Thank you. - Leisha

I recently bought six necklaces from MonogramHub for my granddaughter's birthday but accidentally completed the purchase without reviewing the order. Each necklace had an $8.99 shipping fee, which I was not aware of beforehand. I have been unsuccessful in canceling the order despite several hours of trying. Unfortunately, there is no phone number provided for inquiries. I would like to cancel the order and receive a refund as soon as possible. The order was placed inadvertently, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I purchased a "gift" massage for my boyfriend's birthday last Friday. When he tried to redeem the voucher, he was informed that I needed to be present. I have bought many Groupon massages as gifts without any issues before. I emailed Groupon on Friday but have not received a response yet. Since he couldn't get his massage due to this policy, I am seeking a refund. The suggestion for him to pay and redeem later is not feasible as this was intended as a gift, leading to a frustrating experience instead of a relaxing one. I am feeling frustrated as I have been unable to reach anyone despite waiting the 24 hours for Groupon's email response.

I recently found a deal on Groupon for a "Transmission Fluid Change" and saw Jiffy Lube listed as a participating provider. I called Jiffy Lube beforehand to confirm if they accepted the Groupon voucher for transmission oil changes, and they confirmed they did. After purchasing the voucher, I went to Jiffy Lube to get the service. Upon completion, they handed me a bill for $[redacted].00, with labor costs amounting to $[redacted].00. I was surprised to be told that the voucher was not valid for transmission oil changes, despite my prior confirmation with them. The invoice showed the oil cost at $13.99 for 2 quarts. After discussing the issue, they reduced the bill to $[redacted].00. This experience was frustrating as the outcome was not as initially agreed upon. I have since lodged complaints with both Groupon and Jiffy Lube.

I recently encountered an issue with overcharging for a couples massage purchased through Groupon. I paid $[redacted] for the service and made an appointment at Massage Green Spa (Scripps location), mentioning my Groupon. However, upon arrival, I was asked for card information as they stated Groupon payments are only processed on the day of service. To my surprise, my card was charged twice, adding up to $[redacted].90 for both massages plus tip. The additional charges were made by Massage Green Spa, not Groupon. The correct amount should have been $[redacted] as stated on the Groupon deal.

I bought a Groupon for my wife to experience the Float Pod at Remedi Spa & Wellness in East Lansing, MI. The Groupon included three 60-minute sessions. However, during her appointment, my wife found several issues with the float pod. The water was not warm enough, there was salty residue around the pod and in the speaker, the light functioned like a strobe light instead of a relaxing setting, and the intercom button was unusable due to salt corrosion. Additionally, the sound from a nearby dance studio was audible within the pod, disrupting the experience. The staff suggested other services like the sauna or salt chamber, but due to the unsatisfactory conditions and cleanliness concerns, we are requesting a refund for the Groupon. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Best, Denny R.

I bought a Sam's Club Groupon that I couldn't use due to a website error. After contacting Sam's Club and not receiving any email follow-up, I recently visited the store to get a membership using the Groupon credit, but was asked to contact the [redacted] number after paying the full $45. Despite spending 30 minutes on the phone, I was told to go back to the store or contact Groupon. I revisited the Groupon fine print and saw that I should have been able to redeem the $35 paid for the Groupon at the store as I attempted to.

Hello, I purchased a Groupon for Wharf House Restaurant in preparation for my trip to Capitola. I frequently buy Groupons and always review the fine print carefully. The terms stated that the voucher is not valid on specific holidays, which excluded Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Labor Day. Despite adhering to the requirement of making a reservation on Feb. 16th for that evening, the hostess informed me that Groupons were not accepted due to it being Presidents' Day weekend, which was not listed as an excluded holiday. Regrettably, I won't return to the area soon, limiting my opportunity to utilize the voucher. I am diligent about the fine print and find this misleading as the entire weekend is not a holiday. It is crucial for me to trust Groupon, knowing that if I follow the guidelines, they will be honored. I kindly request a refund. Thank you, Colin M.

During my recent stay at the Royal Park Hotel in New York, I was disappointed to find it subpar, more akin to a hostel. Discovering bugs in my bed and pillowcase was concerning, and I have photographic evidence to support my claim. Furthermore, encountering blood on the hallway carpet and stained decor added to the unsettling experience. Despite my efforts to contact Groupon about this issue, my emails seem to be deleted every time. My wife and I were appalled and felt misled by the misleading hotel pictures. The unfortunate situation not only tainted our first night in New York but also led us to spend an additional $[redacted] on a different hotel. I am seeking assistance to address these grievances promptly.

I bought a California King Sealy Posturepedic bed last night using PayPal. After realizing I had the wrong item in my cart, PayPal flagged the transaction as suspicious. I confirmed it was unauthorized and fixed my mistake by purchasing the correct bed with a debit card. Waking up this morning, I discovered I accidentally ordered two beds through Groupon. Despite contacting their CHAT Line, the employee refused to cancel the order. I believe they can still cancel it as it is currently being processed, according to their cancellation policy. I need assistance with this issue as I only want one bed.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with a Groupon I bought for a massage. I faced challenges reaching the business so I converted the Groupon to Groupon bucks. The representative assisting me was kind and also proposed a 20% discount on a Groupon for laser hair removal, which I found exciting. Unfortunately, the laser hair removal company noted I am not eligible for the service due to a prior visit 5 years ago. They suggested requesting a refund. I am not keen on receiving Groupon bucks again unless a 20% discount can be extended for a different laser hair removal service on Groupon. Thank you for your assistance. - J. H.

I mistakenly purchased a Groupon deal for a hotel in South Beach due to website errors. Trying to go back, the order was placed. After contacting the hotel to cancel immediately, the manager advised contacting Groupon for a refund. Despite my prompt cancellation, Groupon mentioned they would communicate with the hotel manager for approval and email me. The email confirmed a refund in Groupon credits, which I cannot use for bills. I prefer a cash refund to my account. I urgently need a resolution and request a callback from a supervisor at [redacted] if necessary. The situation is frustrating as I need my funds returned to my card, not in Groupon credits.

I previously reached out regarding an issue with Balensi Spa in Chula Vista, CA. When I bought a Groupon, they claimed no appointments were available before the certificate expired, yet said I could use it later. Subsequently, they insisted on a $75 difference from the $49 deal when I moved to Colorado and tried to book, directing me to Groupon. Their unhelpful attitude makes me think they never intended to honor the Groupon. I am eager for Groupon’s help with this. I have made multiple attempts to connect with customer support, and my support ID is [redacted]1-0-2.

I purchased a mattress through Groupon, but I missed the delivery slot due to work commitments. I had the delivery rescheduled for tomorrow, requesting an early slot, but they're planning to deliver between 12.45-2.45 pm, which I cannot be present for. I am frustrated by the lack of flexibility from both the vendor and the delivery company as I cannot receive the item at a convenient time. Since I will be away for two weeks, I would like a refund so I can purchase from a more accommodating company. It has been challenging to get in touch with Groupon for assistance. Could you please communicate this issue to them, requesting a refund and cancellation of my order? Thank you. - Julia R., Order number [redacted], Post code ME1 1SD.
