I purchased a Groupon deal from Matt Driving School for $[redacted]. It was supposed to include a full driving course, but I have been experiencing delays and poor communication from the company. After numerous unanswered calls and messages, I was informed that the driving portion of the course was not available, despite me signing up for it. My son finished the online course and the written test but has not received the six-hour driving course as promised. I am reaching out again in hopes that Groupon's customer service can address this issue promptly. I feel deceived and expect either the completion of the course for my son as paid for or a full refund. I cannot afford to pay for the course twice and I need this matter resolved. Thank you, D.H. I used a Groupon voucher (Number LG-HM1B-7F3Z-1BL4-F2FH) to purchase Four 20x16" Canvas Prints from CanvasOnSale, with shipping included for $18.90 US. The problem arose when I tried to have the order shipped to Canada. I was charged an additional $32.99 for shipping, despite already paying the $18.90. The customer service at CanvasOnSale couldn't help, instructing me to contact Groupon. Since the $18.90 shipping fee was not utilized, I am requesting a refund for that amount. I enjoy using Groupons and appreciate Canvas on Sale, and I am hopeful this issue can be resolved promptly.

Hello, I have a concern about a recent purchase made on Groupon for a Deka Lash voucher on 2/18/19. Prior to buying the Groupon, I contacted Deka Lash to confirm if I could purchase and use it on the same day at the Wexford location. I was assured this was possible. I scheduled my appointment accordingly and was informed once again that it would be accepted. However, during payment, the voucher did not go through. I later found out that there is typically a 24-hour waiting period before redeeming Groupon purchases. Despite being told otherwise by Deka staff, I now received a call on 2/21/19 stating that I owe them money due to the voucher not being valid and the location restriction. I was misled about the voucher's usability on the same day and at the Wexford branch. I would appreciate it if you could assist in changing the location or clarifying the situation. Thank you, C.

I had a scheduled appointment at 4:30 today, but the service provider called me to come in at 3 pm, and when I couldn't make it due to work, they accommodated me at 5:05 pm, indicating a double booking. The service was rushed, with minimal attention to detail. The microdermabrasion treatment was hasty and incomplete, followed by a brief application of salicylic acid. The focus seemed to be more on upselling than the actual procedure. Contrary to what was communicated, the whole process lasted only about 23 minutes, ending by 5:28 pm. The lack of displayed licenses, communication issues, and unprofessionalism during the appointment left me feeling dissatisfied and questioning the legitimacy of the business. I believe a refund, full or partial, is warranted in this situation.

I purchased a Laser Scar Treatment through Groupon for $[redacted].00 and scheduled a consultation at Laser Aesthetics of Colorado. Upon arrival, I was concerned as there was no reception area and minimal staff. The owner, who was also the aesthetician, assisted me in a treatment room and provided information about the procedure. However, despite her answers to my queries, I felt unsure due to the lack of visible certifications, absence of a medical professional on-site, and the sole presence of the owner. Following this experience, I consulted a dermatologist who advised against proceeding with the treatment at such a facility lacking medical oversight. Consequently, I opted not to undergo the procedure and seek a refund.

Two days ago, I encountered an issue and would like to report missing pieces from a Groupon order. Last August, I purchased two Vilano Springs Pleated Sheet Sets (full-size) from Groupon. One set had missing pillowcases despite the sheets being present. I used the sheets anyway, rendering them nonreturnable. The set with the missing pillowcases is the deep brown shown at the bottom of the pile in the picture on my Groupon order history. I had also emailed South Shore Fine Linens but received no response. My request is simple - to receive the two dark brown pillowcases I initially paid for. I am unsure of what steps to take next regarding this issue. *Linda Bollinger

I have been attempting to contact the owner of KJBdidthat nail salon since December. I interacted with the female owner and paid $[redacted] for a deal. When I tried to book my appointment, she informed me that she was not accepting new clients. Despite this, the coupon I purchased was still available for purchase on the system. I discovered that the salon's phone number has been disconnected and I am unable to reach them. I checked my coupon and noticed it is valid until April 13, [redacted]. I am seeking a refund for my purchase, as I am unable to use the service. If this issue is not resolved, I may consider taking legal action or involving the media.

Good Morning, Yesterday, I received an incorrect package from Groupon. I ordered a liter of Pureology shampoo but got four canisters of another brand's dry shampoo. I have already started the return process, but I still want to get the item I originally bought. I have a couple of concerns: I printed the return label but am unsure if there will be a charge for the return. I would like the replacement at the same price I paid. I am still waiting for my SALAV GS18 steamer Order #[redacted] to arrive. Initially, it was scheduled for delivery on Feb. 14th. However, I got a notification on Feb. 8th that it would be delivered that day. Since I was away for the weekend, I contacted FedEx to hold the package until my return. Despite my request, I received another notification that the package was already delivered over the weekend. I checked with my neighbors, but no one has it. Hello, I bought a Groupon for a paint night a while ago. When I tried to use it recently, I was unable to redeem one of the two tickets. Initially, one was incorrectly marked as redeemed, but customer service corrected it. Now, I'm facing a new problem where it won't let me use the code at checkout. This is frustrating as it's the second time I've encountered issues trying to use these tickets bought through Groupon. This needs to be resolved quickly before my tickets expire. I am encountering difficulties with two Groupons I own that are not eligible for trade-in. The first one is for Beverly Hills Beauty Medical, where there has been no response despite repeated attempts to contact them within their stated business hours for the past three weeks. The Groupon is expiring in two weeks, leaving me with no choice but to use it on the expiration date if I manage to reach them, which seems unlikely. Their phone message suggests they use a T-mobile phone, not the professional setting expected. The second issue is with a hairdresser named Helen Nassib, who took four days to respond, only to explain she cannot provide the service as advertised due to her restriction on using bleach, necessary for my dark hair. I recently purchased a Groupon for an activity in Las Vegas for my trip in mid-March. The Groupon did not initially indicate that it needed to be used by March 2nd, prior to my arrival. I attempted to address this issue through live chat three days later but the system malfunctioned, preventing further discussion. I would appreciate an extension on the expiration date. When attempting to repurchase the Groupon to view the expiration date, it only becomes visible after the order is placed. This process is not satisfactory. I kindly request either a refund or Groupon credit for future use upon my arrival, or an extension to utilize the Groupon during my stay in Las Vegas. If resolution is not possible, please arrange for a direct conversation to resolve this matter.

I purchased two massages at Aviara for a total of $[redacted] ($[redacted] per person). The deal included a glass of Champagne, amenity access, valet parking, a 10% retail discount, and a $25 voucher for future services per person. However, my receipt from Groupon showed a total of $[redacted] after a $15 discount. The spa details stated the cost for each massage was $[redacted].20, with a 20% service charge added. I purchased two Groupons for a gel manicure and pedicure at Chic Nails in Miramar in December [redacted] for $30 each. The deal mentioned that any technician would accept the Groupon. I've been attempting to reach out via the listed phone number but haven't had any luck. I showed up for my appointment on a recent Thursday, but the person who could redeem the Groupon wasn't available and wouldn't be back until the following Saturday. Another staff member told me it would be $25 for the gel nails instead of honoring the Groupon. I persisted in explaining that I had a Groupon, but it wasn't accepted. I'm concerned about this situation and would like a refund. I also sent a text to the listed number but have yet to receive a response. It's frustrating to be unable to use my Groupon before they expire on April 12 and April 21. I hope for a prompt reply. Hello, I purchased the "Stylish 40 Piece Cutlery Set" with item number [redacted]70 and Order ID [redacted] on February 15th, paying £13.67 through my PayPal account. While the set is overall great, I've noticed that some of the cutlery pieces, like the cake forks and spoons, are a bit more delicate than expected. I bought my boyfriend a pasta-making class for two from CocuSocial as a Christmas gift. When I purchased it, they listed multiple locations, including one in the Western Suburbs near us. However, when we tried to book the class, we found out it was only offered on Thursday nights at 6:30 pm in downtown Chicago. This timing didn't work for us as my boyfriend works until 6 pm in the suburbs, and getting to Chicago on time would be impossible due to traffic. We managed to schedule a class but had to juggle our schedules, and then CocuSocial canceled it last minute due to low enrollment. Not only that, but the price of the groupon has dropped significantly since I bought it, and now my cost matches their regular prices online. I feel frustrated by their limited options, the cancellation of our scheduled class, and the price change, so I'm seeking a full refund for the groupon.

I recently tried to redeem my Groupon, and unfortunately, the merchant seems to be having issues receiving payment from Groupon. The merchant has tried contacting support but keeps being told her email is invalid, despite receiving emails at that address from Groupon. She has several unpaid purchases, and it's concerning. I don't want to take advantage of the services without the merchant being compensated. If this isn't resolved, I will have to consider discontinuing my account and requesting a refund. The merchant just wants to access her account to understand why she isn't receiving payment. She didn't even mention this until I inquired about her business. Hello, I hope you're doing well. I recently purchased an IPL photo facial deal at Heritage Medical Spa through Groupon with order number [redacted]. I contacted them to schedule an appointment at their Erin Mills location, but they booked me at their Burlington branch instead. Despite discussing my commute from Mississauga to their location, there seemed to be confusion on both ends. When I arrived at the Erin Mills location as scheduled, the staff was rude and unprofessional. I attempted to speak with the manager, but was denied the opportunity. They mentioned reducing my treatment sessions from three to two due to a supposed missed appointment at the Burlington branch, which I found concerning. Although they noted down the booking code, I have not received any treatment yet. Given the poor conduct of the staff, I no longer wish to receive services from them and would prefer a refund. My partner and I moved into a new flat on the 21st of February and found a lovely two-seater sofa on Groupon that we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, the two-seater was out of stock, so we bought the three-seater instead, which seemed like a great deal. We ordered it on the 20th and it was delivered the next morning. The delivery men couldn't get it up to our flat on the top floor as it wouldn't fit through the door. They offered to leave it in the communal hallway for us to attempt to get it up ourselves or return it. I opted for the return and signed the paperwork for it. Later, I found the two-seater back in stock, but now I'm unable to order it until I receive the refund. After reading the return policy, I discovered that assembled products couldn't be returned. However, since the sofa never left the delivery truck, I believe I should be eligible for a refund. If not, I would like to exchange the three-seater for the two-seater, considering its size.
