I bought two Groupons for FF Massage. When I went for my appointment, they refused to give me a massage because I am 12 weeks pregnant. They suggested I come back later or send someone else. It was hard to communicate with them due to their limited English. I asked how they would know if my husband redeemed the already used Groupon or tried to use the active one if he returned. They just reiterated that I couldn't get a massage that day. I understood the situation but wanted to avoid any issues with the Groupon. I don't feel comfortable getting a massage there due to the language barrier and my pregnancy. I am requesting a refund as I won't be returning to this establishment.

Subject: Refund Request for The Hawthorne Hotel Groupon Purchase Hello, I am reaching out regarding my recent Groupon purchase for The Hawthorne Hotel in Salem, MA, made on 2/1/19. Unfortunately, I had to cancel this reservation due to unforeseen car issues on 2/4/19 at 11:30 am, well within the cancellation policy stated by Groupon. I have notified Daniel at the Hawthorne Hotel of this cancellation and also sent emails to Groupon to inform them of the situation. I have encountered difficulties trying to reach customer service via the provided phone numbers as well as the online chat feature. Despite this, I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].36 for this reservation. Attached is the bank transaction record showing the purchase, and I have noticed that my Hawthorne reservation no longer appears under My Groupons on the website. Order #[redacted] Hello, I wanted to share my disappointing experience at a wellness dental center where I had scheduled a check-up and cleaning. Unfortunately, the visit was far from satisfactory. The dentist seemed more interested in pushing for an expensive deep cleaning than providing proper care. I ended up only getting an X-ray without a proper diagnosis when I declined the costly deep cleaning. The lack of attention to my needs left me feeling mistreated and disappointed. I believe that this behavior is unacceptable, and I am requesting a refund for the services that were not provided. I purchased a light aircraft experience for my husband from Darley Moor Airsports in September. The initial booking for October was cancelled due to bad weather. After rescheduling for December, the flight got cancelled again in January due to weather conditions. Despite providing the Groupon code, the voucher shows as used when it hasn't been. I tried contacting them multiple times to rebook before the voucher expired on January 27th, but no one returned my calls. I am disappointed as it cost me £69 and my husband still hasn't received his birthday present. They cancelled the flight twice, not us. Last August, I purchased two full-size Vilano Springs Pleated Sheet Sets from Groupon. I've used one set multiple times, washed it, and put it back on my bed. However, when I recently tried to use the second set, I realized there were no pillowcases included. Despite my frustration, I had to use the sheets as they are now nonreturnable. The set missing the pillowcases is the deep brown one shown at the bottom of the pile in the picture on my Groupon order history. I have contacted South Shore Fine Linens via email with this issue but have not received a response. I simply need the two dark brown pillowcases that were supposed to be in the package. Please assist me in getting these pillowcases, either by reaching out to the supplier or checking your warehouse. - Linda B.

Hello, my name is Julie, and I bought a Groupon for a 90-minute massage for my boyfriend on December 6, [redacted], for $45. I used my ESL debit card for the purchase, my first time using Groupon. The Groupon I bought is valid until April 15, [redacted], with order number 1[redacted]26-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the business my boyfriend contacted for the massage turned out to be illegitimate. They asked to communicate via text instead of email, as instructed by Groupon. After giving the Groupon number, my boyfriend received unprofessional and inappropriate messages, causing him to feel unsafe. I recently bought a Groupon for Blend The Salon but had trouble booking an appointment. I called multiple times during their operating hours but couldn't reach anyone. The voicemail was full and the automated system felt unprofessional. When I tried to exchange the Groupon for something else, I was given 24 hours to do so. However, when I attempted to swap it for a plant night Groupon, I got confused about the payment process. I would like a refund to my account for the unused Groupon or clear instructions via email on how to proceed with the exchange. I prefer not to patronize the salon due to their lack of responsiveness. Additionally, I noticed I was mistakenly charged twice for hair services, totaling $83. I bought a Groupon for a Prime Medical Clinic oxygen facial for around $49. Initially, I didn't provide any skin information during booking. I purchased three massage gift certificates for my wife on December 8, [redacted], totaling $[redacted]. I tried contacting the business multiple times but got stuck in their phone system. I decided to visit the location, which turned out to be a regular house in a lower-end neighborhood. A woman at the house mentioned that a man who rents space in her basement provides massages, but she couldn't give me his details or even a business card. I found this concerning and didn't want to send my wife there alone. The lady mentioned that many female clients bring their partners for safety. I purchased a Groupon voucher for gel nails at "A One Hair and Beauty in Edinburgh," but when I tried to contact them, no one answered the phone for three days. When I visited the location, I discovered it was closed until February 15th, even though the voucher didn't mention any closures. Additionally, the Groupon voucher displayed a photo of a French manicure in gel, but when I called to book, I was informed they don't offer that service. During my appointment, they refused to do my nails because I had nail polish on. Given these issues, I am disappointed and would like a refund for the voucher, as well as to file a complaint regarding their misleading information and closure without notice.

My name is Ian J. I purchased 3 vouchers for Bodyworks Massage Pain Healing Clinic. I made several calls to them over a week but each time reached a generic voicemail without any business identification. Despite this, I left messages. After reading reviews online, I discovered that other Groupon customers faced similar issues. Many reported appointments being cancelled without notice. In October, I bought a voucher for 3 A4 photo books. The first book was delayed in December due to Printapix's system glitch. After my holiday, I finished the book, but it vanished soon after. Despite numerous attempts, I was told it couldn't be recovered, prompting me to restart. However, half of the photos went missing from the final version. Their response blamed glitches and suggested restarting once more, which I did, only to lose over half the photos again. The company's poor customer service is evident through delayed responses and unsatisfactory explanations. Negative feedback about vanished projects and missing content abounds on various online platforms. Despite investing weeks, my photo book projects show no improvement.

I received an email from Groupon Goods on 2/19 offering refurbished MacBooks at a discounted price. I selected the one I wanted through the Groupon app where my credit card information was saved. However, when I tried to confirm, I saw a "SOLD OUT" message. I've been a loyal Groupon customer, spending a significant amount over the years and referring many people. I'm kindly requesting that my purchase be honored despite it showing as sold out. I understand that "sold out" doesn't mean it's gone for good and believe customer loyalty is important here. I purchased an eyelash coupon in July but never received the service. I made two trips to the lady's house, where she mentioned I needed eyelashes for the service. When I returned after six weeks, she was fully booked. Feeling uncomfortable in her home-based business due to the smell of marijuana, I decided not to go back. I requested a refund of $29, but she claimed it was up to Groupon to handle. Despite exchanging emails, we couldn't reach a resolution. I don't have the funds to spare and hope this matter can be resolved, and I can get my money back.

I purchased a 5-day juice cleanse from JUS by Julie via Groupon. I faced several issues while trying to place my order with JUS by Julie. The website's calendar wouldn't display for me to finalize my order, their customer service was slow in responding, and the shipping costs were high. I addressed these problems last fall, and they assured me they would honor my Groupon on my next purchase attempt. However, now the code I have is showing as expired. I am disappointed as I paid a significant amount for the cleanse through Groupon, only to discover I still need to pay $50-$60 for shipping, which would have been more cost-effective if I had ordered directly from their website. I kindly request either a full refund or for them to honor the juice cleanse deal. I have tried to order three times with the Groupon and had to pay extra for shipping without success due to these ongoing issues. Dealing with their slow customer service has added to my frustration. If they do not honor my Groupon, I would prefer either a refund or to receive the cleanse I paid for. I hope your customer service can assist me better than theirs.

I have requested a refund through Groupon. I originally signed up for my Groupon account using my Facebook login. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the password for the email address connected to my Facebook account because it is an old one that I no longer use. I would like to receive the refund confirmation email at a different email address. Is it possible for Groupon to update my account with a new email address and resend the refund details to the updated email?

I recently made a reservation for the Palm Springs aerial tram for February 19th, [redacted], only to find upon arrival that the attraction has been closed indefinitely since a week ago. I drove over [redacted] miles to get here and now I'm out of pocket on hotel costs, gas, food, and winter gear for a snow activity that I can't even access. It's incredibly frustrating to have purchased tickets for a day that the attraction isn't even open. I demand a refund immediately for the misleading sale. How can reservations be made for a closed attraction with no estimated reopening date? If I don't receive a refund promptly, I will have no choice but to take legal action.
